Very disappointed .. our whole family went for lunch serving was very slow and for side items we have to remind them..Not recommended for big families

The food taste and quality are fair. But the service, coordination and customer friendliness are all at a far below average side. They do need training on those areas, I believe.

Food tastes like trash. Out of garbage. I saw them take rotten food and cut off the rotten part and serve it 😭🙂

Iam disappointed because the quality of their food has gone down nowadays. Today I ordered beef roast and I got it with more chunks of bones and less of meat.Earlier their food was of good quality even though the price was high.

They are charging high price for poor quality food.

I have ordered Mutton biryani but it was not up to the mark. Mutton was not well cooked. Masala and rice was not tasty overall it wasnt taste like a biryani. Earlier i had veg pulao also but that was also not that tasty.

Their dal tadka and butter chicken are my fav. Love their food and services

I found this restaurant through Zomato and I’m pretty satisfied with the quality and service from this restaurant till date. I’ve made a test order for pothy chicken biriyani and from then this place has been a regular place for ordering.Food quality and quantity is pretty impressive and I’ve never experienced any issues with delivery.Definitely recommend this place if your a foodie and I won’t think one will be disappointed with the service.I’ve only taken home delivery orders through Zomato , so I’m not much sure about the in dining experience.I’ve tried pothychoru chicken , fish, pothy biriyani chicken, schezwan fried rice,chicken noodles and fried rice also couple of beef items the most liked one achayan beef.

Had Kerala style lunch..it was so good and only 9.50 Dirhams..Good ambience for both family and bachelors to have food..Good service..

Good food but bad service, I Have ordered 2 sadhya and they confirmed the order at 12.pm and they didnt deliver the food as now 1.52 pm and I have to leave for office at 2.30 and I think they dont have any commitment towards the customers if there is rush. I have tried almost 15 times on their 3 numbers and they dont answer any of them. At least answer the line and confirm if they can deliver or not so we can look for other options. I hope someone will see my comments and make their service better in future and they will answer their phones so the customers will not be waiting in false hope.

One of best restaurants in the area. Kerala style basically but they serve great food overall. The ambience is decent. Family hall available.

Whenever I order from Hira , I choose to buy chappati and egg curry and I really like it, especially egg curry!

Hira Restaurants food is okok and when it comes to deliver every staff of the hotel includes the counter guy are very rude and after they don’t have value for time their attitude totally changes when you call back for follow up for food and need to take strict actions or need to complain to relevant departments of UAE.

Disaster. I ordered schezwan chicken fried rice. Horrible. I stopped eating to comment. Waited 1 hr for delivery. I was very hungry though. The taste is not at all gud. Iam also getting a foul smell on the food.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was good and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I order a delivery at 12.17 and I got verbal confirmation so I waited for it.The owner called me back at 13.18 (more than 1 hour latertelling me he was not delivering to that area.Totally unprofessional!

This restaurant has a nice customer service, staffs are very friendly and polite, its a cosy and clean place to enjoy with family and friends, especially at the weekend and normal days as well. An easy access to this restaurant as entering in service road right after the signal and parking also available often.

One very pleasant and good place that we discovered in the near past. Now we frequent this place and almost all items in the menu are always available and delicious.opens until late night on weekends and hence reliable especially after long outings or shopping

Recommend to try chicken biriyani from here. order for home delivery always late, so if you are planning to order call little early.
