Very nice hotel. Great food choices and helpful staff. Always an English speaking person at desk and everyone is helpful. Issued fixed within hours. Kind and courteous staff. Very professional. Near shrine. Use their taxi services for closer drop off or pick up as they have great links. Helped us exchange money, buy groceries and pick up luggage which was delayed by airline.

This is the Best Hotel in Najaf, located right on the doorstep of the Haram. Has huge Rooms with Haram view. It has rooms for 2 people to 5 people. The ambience is super and the breakfast as well. The staff is very helpful as well. All in all the best place to stay.

The service was not as great as previous years. The buffet food quality has declined over the years. The big plus is the location of the hotel and its closeness to Haram Hazrat Amir

I spent one night here with my family and it was excellent. The place was clean and cool. The rooms were stocked with plenty of cold water bottles, towels and bathroom supplies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was packed with delicious Iraqi style foods.The lunch buffet is about $17usd per person, but worth every penny.And its only 2 minutes walk from the Imam Ali holy shrine.Highly recommended

Really nice hotel - close to the shrine of Imam Ali s. Buffet menu is a good mix of Middle eastern; Indian and American food.Staff are always at all hours maintaining and cleaning the hotel.

The place is amazing for the wide varity of people tht want to go there. You get breakfast lunch and dinner in a buffet system giving you a wide varity of food to choose from.

Nearest to shrine of Imam Ali A.S. , nice stay there

You cant reach it by car, you should carry your luggage from a nearest car park, which is a mile away.

They were very helpful. Their location next to hazarat Ali roza is unbeatable. They are a little pricey.

The breakfast was wonderful as was almost everything else. 3 stars because the hotel was not heated even though temperatures outside dropped to 3 degrees Celsius. The heating option in the rooms was also disabled. When we requested the temperature be increased, we were offered more blankets. Had to sleep in multiple layers and sweaters. Would have been an easy 5 stars if not for this. The proximity to Moulana Ali A.S. haram is also a very big plus.

Excellent hotel literally the last hotel before the haram entrance. Staff dont do much, front desk people are useless and arrogant like most other places in Iraq and dont speak a word of anything other than Arabic!There is no house keeping also in line with the Iraqi norm and they only clean the room when you checkout.The food here is very good, though they never put the name of the dish next to it so good luck figuring out what you are eating.The street leading up to the hotel is busy and filled with people most of the time and depending upon the driver/car guests may need to walk around 10 mins to get to the entrance.

Clean and professional hotel along with amazing customer service. Hotel definitely stands out from the rest. Located within 30 steps of the haram. Meaning very close and convenient. Meals accommodated for wide range audience. Over 30 dishes prepared every meal. Can’t fault the workers or hotel.Rooms were provided with clean packed towels, toiletries, hair dryer and coffee/tea facilities. Safe and fridge also provided.On-site you can find male barbers and money exchange.

Excellent hotel to stay in Najaf. Can easily compare with any other 5 star hotels in World. This is our 2nd stay in this hotel. Simply love it. Location as well as service is exceptional. Dinning is good, used to be on 7th floor in past so you could view the shrine but now is underground. Still amazing, comfortable beds & Air conditioner helps the 40+ deg C temp outside. I think a more powerful wifi will certainly help as current wifi speed is not good. Also no access to hotel via vehicles due to proximity to holy shrine which could cause some inconvenience in carrying luggage to & from taxi or car. There should be a service for this from hotel which will help international travellers particularly. Thank you so much.

A few feet away from the shrine of Imam Ali (as). The hotel is constantly kept cleaned. The staff was overall friendly and exhibited excellent customer service, especially the front desk. Ali and Laith worked the night shift and were most helpful.The buffet was ok. It was located in the basement, no views, food was mediocre and staff was curt. Food was warm. The inly benefit of eating here was convenience.7th floor restaurant views were exceptional with full view of Imam Ali (asshrine. The food was ok. The staff was curt. Smoking is allowed, so beware if you have allergies.Transportation is not normally available to the front door of the hotel. They do have golf carts that go back and forth from the main gate to the hotel, but the extra cost for the “Shrine car” is well worth it, because it drops you at the front door.

An excellent hotel which is next to the Shrine of Imam Ali and the Shrine can be seen from the hotel Resturant.The rooms are very good and all meals are good too with varieties.Close to all amenities.Recommend this hotel.

Arrived at the hotel after a long miserable experience at the Najaf airport. The staff were very friendly throughout our multiple night stay. My elderly father in law realized he lost his phone, staff member found his phone and turned into the reception desk. We were relieved as he has very important numbers and information on his mobile phone. The staff is always around to help and clean up after guests leaving the lobby,the gentlemen stand near the exit to assist with luggages and strollers. I will not stay at another hotel in Najaf, I would recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good quality. The rooms were clean , bathroom was small but I didn’t care considering it was used only for showering. Cafe also had great options for a late night meal. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the US and around the world, the service provided at Qasr tops them all. Thanks for making our experience a great one

Good rooms, great selection of buffet food, and 10 star rooftop on the 6th floor with a great view of roza. Right in front of new extension of Imam Ali(A.Sroza, 2-3 mins walk to Haram. The staff is also great, and they have a few people who understand and speak some English and Urdu. Highly recommended for english speaking zaiareen.

6 stars for location.6 stars for haram views.Rooms are tiny though, barely any space to unpack. Washrooms are excellent. Breakfast has enough variety and covers several cuisines, also delicious.Reception was constantly busy and unavailable to help with any questions.No conveyance available to and from airport.No clocks in rooms!!

Very nice establishment, very near to the shrine. Good cafe on the 7th floor, dont recommend the surrounding eats. Better you find places to eat away from the city, the hotel itself has a very good buffet if you dont feel like leaving the city. Also, they turn off the A/C in winter time and the room can get a little warm.

1 star is for the Location, 2 star for the room space bed and restroom which were good by Iraqi Hotel Standards.The Bad is everything else,Food, Noise, Lobby Crowds, Street Noise, No Sleep, No food allowed in the room, broken bathtubs, no proper door to enter the hotel.

very good place, 50 miters from imam Ali shrine and I give it 3-4 stars hotel with excellent free open buffet for the breakfast and reasonable prices for lunch open buffet, I do not choose another place for my visits

The hotel has been beautifully renovated and new floors have been added and added to it. The menus were varied and delicious and the service was superb and respectable but the only drawback was the long wait for the elevators to arrive despite their abundance
