فندق جميل ونظيف ويصلح للعوائل الجميل فيه انهم يحددون جهة القبلة وهذا ما لقيته في فندق باكو ولا قوباواحد من الموظفين قال ان المالك سني 💚فيه تأجير سياكل للصغار والكبارللاسف وجبة الافطار دون المأمول يعني الخبز يتفتفت قدديم جداوالاصناف محدودة بشكل زايدفيه وحدة تسوي الامليتلكن يبقى ما يخدم الرغباتالموظفين بشوشين وخدومين واسلوبهم راقي جدا

Great place to stay with family but it’s quite far from the attractions in Qabala

We dont know why ?!ماء المسبح بارد غير مسخنرفضوا اخذ ثمن الليلتين من بطاقتي الموجودة على بوكينجلا يوجد سماحه في التشيك اوتمتطرف وبعيد عن الشارع الخارجيالأبواب المؤديه للجلسات الخارجيه في المطعم مقفله عدا باب واحد بعيد ،لا أدري ما المغزى ؟!

فندق جميل الريسبشن لا انجليزي ولا عربي الا انت وحظك تلقى احد يفيدك شي يجيبه واشياء مايجيبها لكن لاباس حقيقة فطور متنوع ومتوسط الجودة خدمة التنظيف باستمرار حتى لو ما طلبتها

جميل جدا جدا عجبني ككل 😍 من ناحية الغرف فخم والديكور جميل وحجمها ممتاز الخدمة جدا راقيه اما الموقع جميل 😍 كانك في غابة تتمتع بجمال الاشجار في كل جهات الفندق حسيت نفسي في منتجع استمتعت بالمشي والجلوس خارج الفندق انصح فيه 👌😍

بالمختصر ما انصح فيه ابداً.تعامل العمال وحتى المدير جداً سيء. و خدمة الغرف ما احد يرد ولا احد يتكلم لا عربي ولا انجليزي. نظفوا الغرف ولا بدلوا الفوط كلمت كذا مرة ولا احد يرد او ما يفهم. و لما وصلنا لا مناديل ولا ماء موجود في الغرف. مكوة ممنوع استخدامها علشان تستخدم خدمة الغسيل تبعهم. فندق ابو نجمة و لا يستاهلها من تعامل فظيع مع النزلاء.

لا انصح بالفندق خصوصا الاكواخ. وتعتبر ٣ نجوم. الاكواخ قديمه ولاتصلح للسكن خصوصا للعوائل. لان الحشرات والعناكم منتشره داخل الاكواخ وفي كل زاويه. الحمام بدون مفتاح. كرسي الحمام خربان والماء شغال على طول. وطلبت المدير ووريته كل شي وطلبت منه ينقلني الى الغرف وتعذر ان الفندق فل. وماقصر جاب لنا صحن فواكه هههههه . يوجد غرفة بولندق طاوله وحده فقط يعني انتضر اذا في احد قبلك واذا في احد بعدك ماراح تاحذ راحتك.اغلب العماله يطلبون بخشيش. بأختصار اذا شباب يمكن يمشون حالهم فيه اذا مالقو حجز في مكان ثاني. مع العلم ان الفندق بعيد عن كل شي. اترككم مع بعض الصور

المكان جميل للأمانة والافطار لذيذ ونظيف لكن الجلسات الخارجية ممنوعة.. ماعرف ليش مع انها ضمن المنتجع لازم اطلب من المطعم عشان نجلس فيه او ندفع 10 مانات

I did not recommend it and there are much better options hotels in Qebele.Service low and there aren’t more option in the breakfast

المكان هدى جدأ في وسط قرية زراعة فندق و اكواخ مخصصه للعائلات ولكن الموظفين في الإستقبال ليجيدون للغة العربية و للغة الإنجليزية ويحتاج له صيانة ....The place is very quiet in the middle of the village of Zaraa a hotel and huts for families but the staff at the reception are proficient in Arabic and English and needs maintenance....

الفندق طبعاً هو 5 نجوم.اطلاله وجو ممتاز.موقعه بعيد عن المنطقة المركزية ب20 دقيقه تقريباً.الفندق هادي جدا ويطلع ع جبال ومناظر خلابه.الفندق نظيف مره.المطعم وهنا المشكله.. الفطور سي والترتيب جدا تعبان يعني تنتظر اقل شي 10 دقايق ع شان تحصل اومليت مافيه الا طباخ واحد وعين وحده وكل الي يفطرون يبون اووميليت وزحمه عليه مررره. وكذلك الاطعمه تخلص وبتاخرون يعبونها،وخاصه الشاي والحليب .لديهم مطعم ممتاز للعشاء وجلسات خارجية جدا رايقه.فيه عربه خيل يلف عليك ع الفندق بس غالي ب25 مانات. وفيه سياكل تمشيه للاطفال والكبار برسوم.

سيىء حيل ولا يستاهل. نجمة ⭐️ واحده خدمة عملاء سيئة حيل اول م دخلت الغرفة لمبة 💡 الغرفة خربانه المكيف اقول لهم مافي شي عدل في الغرفة يقول لي تبي ولا اطلع الماء للشرب مافي بفلوس فطورهم جد عادي حتى في فطور ماء مافي اخر مره انزل فيه

الفندق جمييل ونظيف وموقعه بوسط منطقة جميله وقريبه من بحيرة .. اخذنا جناح جونيور حجمه جمييل واطلالته علي الحديقة .. وتظل نشكله التواصل باللغة الانجليزيه مع العاملين مشكله .. افطارهم متنوع وجميل .. المسبح كان الداخلي فقط وللاسف مافيه نظام تدفئة شغال فلم نستفيد من الخدمات الاضافيه .. ولكن بشكل عام ممكن نكرر الزيارة رغم انهم تأخرو في تجهيز الغرفة وانتظرنا تقريبا ٤٥ دقيقه عند الوصول.. عشان كدة نقصتهم نجمة فقط

I highly not recommend this hotel, it should be one star hotel and not a resort! Very bad experience and they don’t even provide basic services like tissue and trash can 🗑 when I asked for tissue they provided me with toilet paper as the picture shows.The cups in the room is already used as you can see in the picture I think it’s a dried milk!!Additionally, this hotel doesn’t provide a kettle and most of the cups and spoons are dirty you have to double check the cups, plates and spoons before you use them!Very slow service in the restaurant and poor breakfast 👎🏻The yard music and coffee place is not bad and this is the ONLY good thing in this hotel.لا انصحكم بهذا الفندق حيث لا يوفر الخدمات الاساسيه مثل الغلايه والمناديل وعند طلب منديل للغرفة 🧻 اعطوني مناديل التواليت اعزكم الله!بالاضافه الى ان الاكواب والملاعق مستخدمه مسبقا، يلزم التاكد من نظافة الاكواب والملاعق لانهم يقدمونها مستخدمه !!يستحق هذا الفندق نجمه واحده فقط!!الحسنة الوحيده في هذا الفندق هي الجلسات الخارجية 🙂

للامانه كل شي كويس بالفندق الا اني بعطيه نجمه لان صار لنا موقف بالفندق حسينا فيه مدى دنائتهم وحبهم للفلوس استخدمنا احد فوط الحمام نحط الفواكه فيها وطبع الفواكه على الفوطه يوم نسوي تشك اوت قالو ادفعو على الفوطه لانكم وسختوها مدرى هم حاطين فوط مناظر ! ولا مايبون نستخدمها !!المشكله يمديهم يغسلونها كأي فوطه من فوطهم بس يقولون بنستخدم فيها كيميائيات ! مدري وشو الكيميائيات اللى كاذبين عليناالمهم قالو ادفعو فيها 20 منات هبال مارح ندفع على قلة ادبهم وقلنا دقو على الشرطه و سفارتنا صحيح نقدر ندفعها بس مانبي احد يلعب على السعوديين🇸🇦👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This is a very comfortable hotel.

Services low quality, stuff not friendly specially with arabs women’s who ware “abaya” cleaning services so bad the carpet was dirty my whole stay even when I called to clean nobody cares to come. Breakfast very simple , I wonder how they get 5 stars . The hotel very far from every thing , nothing nearby even market!! No cups or kettle in the room , need to call to get one!?! Worse hotel experience ever. Don’t recommend. There are other hotel choices in the area better than this one

Service is bad ... v wanted 3 plug adapter for our cellphone to charge.. day 1 they told us it was over they gave to other rooms.. and promised us next day saying they odered 15 pcs from company and you will get one.. but next day when asked he was like no adapter.. you cud have purchased from qabala..🙄.. s dis d way to say.. aftr promising us previous day.. finally we had to pay 10 AZN for adapter n charge our fone.. even day 2 room cleaning dey kept us one water bottle.. even tea station was not changed.. also wash basin had problem ..

The location is very far for Gabala city 30 mins drive. No supermarket or restaurant near

Qafqaz Thermal hotel is the prior choice of the ones who search for the serenity and the comfort of their houses during their journey.A combination of fascinating nature . You can relieve stress by fishing in the specific area for fishing. Beautiful view and friendly atmosphere.

Hotel is nice its 10km inside the village you have to drive 10km to go out to visit some places like its 24km to tufandag or Gabala, but otherwise breakfast and employees are really nice especially Mr Roman hes really good man and always ask us if we need anything or tell us some ideas about the tourist placesFood at hotel restaurant is good and prices fair enough for 5 star hotel, the garden is nice with lake and some other activities, the swimming pool is great alsoBut there shisha is not good and little expensive 50manat 😳 and they use same shisha for all flavors
