Very good hotel but breakfast not so good

Nice property rooms are clean and spacious, they got fitness center, pool (warm water), sauna, steam, spa etc. staffs are good and friendly. Lobby is good. Breakfast food options are very less.

I stayed there for two days in the last week of November. The rooms are good and well maintained; you get a seat out in front of every room on the common corridor that encircles the interior courtyards of the hotel. Staff were helping. Food served were good. For those who are interested in architecture and construction, I feel the elevation quite unique. It has a huge backyard too with swimming pool and other amenities. You can have your morning walk there. The locality where the hotel is situated is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small super market and two bars nearby where one can frequent to.

Qafqaz Karvansaray is one of the best hotels of Gabala we enjoyed a lot and the facilities offered by the Hotel were amazing.

Bad experience with everything the room not clean, the bathroom very small and the selling drops water, the two chips and two drinks in the room if you eat them they will cause you 30 manat, bad reception. I dont recommend this.

The hotel spa gave us head lice, completely uncentairy and disgusting

The hotel is very beautiful , but the reception @ rooms service deal with the customer in a very official way , so don’t expect any extra help .

We stayed for one night. It is average hotel1. The rooms are big and clean2. Reasonable price at around usd 80 per day standard room including free WiFi and breakfast.3. Staff are very courteous and polite4. All room.amenities are of good qualityHowever areas of improvements are:1. Quality of breakfast2. No 3pin electric adaptor at the hotel. I had to pay usd 6 to get one. I gave the suggestion ro the front office staff to buy at least 5 pieces and upon request by client keep deposit of usd 5 refundable upon return of adaptor (like it is done world wide.)

I liked this hotel very much. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was very clean and nicely decorated. It reminded me of an Arabian fairytale. Most guest are from the Arabian region as well. Hardly any women use the spa facilities in the basement but I did and it was very nice. The breakfast buffet offers many options so there is always something that you will like. We went straight to the desk without online booking before and paid 80 euros per night. With is not a lot for a five star hotel.

It is a nice hotel. Needs to replace the floor carpetswhich are badly maintained. And take care of ceiling water leaks both in walkways and bathrooms.

Small but nice room. The pasta is a bit disspointing.. just boiled pasta with meatball that not round and the other with ketchup... 😂

Poor breakfast. High ceiling ... long time till heating is effective. Good location in Qabale. Cheaper to have dinner as "room service" then eat at hotels restaurant. Stayed in room # 118 ,on the 6th of Dec. 2017.

Beautiful all the way through. Room service, standards, food , and staff. If it were in a close location to restaurants it would have nailed a shining five. Certainly recommended if in Qabala.

Good hotel, rooms and service given are excellent. Rich breakfast buffet, SPA area can be used without any extra charge. Only small remarks are about position (7-8 mins walk to the town centre on an empty roadand about information provided: staff was really professional but could not help with useful tips about what to do in that area.

As a local traveller, for me everything is perfect
