Good food always. Wish there were more Qdobas in the area instead of Chipotle or Moes.

Love Qdoba mexican food, taste was rich and satisfying. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Really bad online order experience. The order notification said ready for pickup at 6:30. Didn’t get the food til 6:47 - and there wasn’t a line beforehand.

Went to Qdoba with my girlfriends… had an amazing time. Loved the ambiance and the food was very fresh and the people working there were very patient and friendly. Had an amazing experience. Will surely go there again soon.

The people working in this place are so nice. The gentleman who seems to be the manager is doing a great job to keep everything neat and the food is always fresh.

There were only two employees working the front.. A manager and a young female at the register and the service was beyond phenomenal.... With several people in line the food still moved efficiently so great job!!! And it will definitely take you to flavor town.

We always come here before we see a movie next door. Food is great, reasonably priced, and always fresh. Service is great. I love that you can customize your choices, eating as healthy as you want or as indulgent.

I ordered the veggie salad and Im so disgusted that I found a long black hair in my food. I know its 100% not mine because I have lighter hair. Why dont the employees who are preparing the food wear hair nets?

The customer service was GREAT! The people were really NICE and they were so patient but there was this one lady (cant remember the name sorry!who was just AMAZING. When we walked in the store, she was so excited to make our food and she just made our day a whole lot better! Also nice food! Keep up the great work!

Love Qdoba for their quality and sauce and salsa taste. I really like the mini bowls they are the perfect size for quantity for one time meal. Last night I tried the chicken quesadilla takeout. It was not that great.So choose your meal carefully people :)

The employees working that day were funny and helpful. Im pretty picky so they were very patient with me, even I forgot the sour cream they added some for me :. I got the spicy chicken bowl and it was Soo good way better than Chipotle! I will come back here again. I just wished they had an option for sliced avocado. They also had the soda machine that has a ton of options, I like that.

Went today and had the best experience!! Besides the food being so fresh and tasting great, the customer service was what made it the best! Im not sure what the man behind the counters name is (we were there around 12:45 in the afternoon today), but he is what makes the experience different and in a fantastic way! His happiness shines through to customers, and I will absolutely come here way more often!! Just wanted to send appreciation to someone who definitely deserves recognition!

Consistent. We go frequently generally when we go to the movies. I’d give them 5 stars, but minus one for the customer service from some members. If you see customers waiting acknowledge them don’t continue to have side bar conversations. Especially when you’re not even wearing your mask… at least smile!

Basic variety of tacos, bowls, barritos. I think Moes is better - more options in toppings and better flavor. Plus Moes gives you free chips and Qdoba does not.

Nice, clean, quiet, great, affordable, healthy options like whole wheat wraps, impossible meat, greens. We like to come hear for a simple and good meals. And you have a whole mall to wonder around after. Our favourite Qdoba.

So corporate Qdoba decided to make some changes. They cut out the tortilla soup which simply was the best thing they had going for them, they reduced bowl and tortilla shell sizes, removed fresh lemon and limes, and the one vegan/vegetarian (Cauliflower mashnew option that is decent they decided to slap on an additional $1.75 charge on. Seriously not cool Q corporate DHeads. This was my regular go to Americanized corporate take on Mexican food but Ill be back at Chipotle these days. Addios.. ✌️✌️

The street tacos were excellent. My daughter said that the fajita vegetables were better than those of the competition.

Great service and great filling options ranging from the vegetarian impossible meat to the brisket able to be put in their many great options like borito, nachos, quesodia and tacos all prepared fast and efficient in a great quality.

Absolutely abhorrent establishment. Placed an order on uber eats after a 12 hour shift and got an estimated delivery time of 45-55 minutes and waited. A full hour later the driver messages me to let me know that Qdoba gave my order to the wrong driver and cancelled it because they refused to remake it to rectify THEIR mistake. Had to wait more than an hour after a very long shift to end up without dinner anyway. I feel if YOU make a mistake then YOU should be responsible for rectifying that but they did absolutely nothing

Its Cinco de Mayo so I thought I would order a couple of burritos and since my favorite Mexican restaurant doesnt deliver I thought I would try QDOBA. What a mistake, to call these burritos a mess would be a compliment. They were more like a dry tasteless log. I ordered the Grilled Steak Burrito with cheese, pico de gallo and beans and rice. It was supposed to be Served with handmade tortilla chips, choice of salsa and dessert. Instead what I got was 2 dry stuffed burritos with some meat, cheese, pico de gallo and beans and rice. No sides, assumed it would be the rice and beans, no chips, dessert or flavor either. They say we should support local businesses in these tough times but some businesses should just be left to whither on the vine, much like my burritos

This is such an underrated chain. The for is prepared fresh and exactly to order. The ingredients seem high quality and fresh. Every employee I have interacted with has been way above fast food average.

Nice service & options; mostly clean location; but foood was so over-sodiumed (this doesnt equal good flavor, people!it was barely edible...may never eat at one of these places again.

Sour cream was very soupy. Didnt have ingredients I get at the qdoba in freehold. Quesadilla wasnt cooked enough...warm garbage.

Plant protein tastes awesome with Chips or Rice !

The one in princeton market fair the food seasoned well. Lines never really long. I like better then chipotle and moes. They have impossible protein for vegans and vegetarians.

I constantly come to this location for the quality and charm. The people who work here are always so kind and make our meals with care. Not throwing things together and sloppy like Ive received at Chipotle. Just the kindness alone makes me come back. The employees are wonderful!!! Not to mention the food is great ALWAYS!?

I’ve been going to this location at least weekly for over a year. Everything is usually perfect. Occasionally there will be somebody new on the line who messes up wrapping my burrito or doesn’t give proper portions, but there’s never a problem asking them to remake something if I se something wrong.

The queso is awesome and the mad rancher taco was delicious. The store was very clean and this staff was quick and friendly. This is just enough different from Moes or Chipotle to be a unique Mexican franchise experience.

I have been coming here for about 10 years now (since they first openedand ALWAYS preferred qdoba over chipotle. Today will be the last time I will ever come back here (along with my friends and family). My brother ordered a regular sized burrito and the woman who wrapped his burrito wrapped it very poorly that it tore completely in half before he even ate it. So, my brother asked if he could get it re-wrapped nicely and was given attitude as she said “I guess.” After it was re-wrapped the burrito was the size of my fist.. very small. The smallest burrito I have ever seen. I went back up and asked if they could add more to the burrito since it was abnormally small and lost a lot of the contents when they rewrapped it. The workers on the line looked at me like I had three heads and the GM came up to me VERY RUDELY and said that it’s small because my brother asked to re-wrap it (yeah he wanted it rewrapped because THEY messed it up). I then took my normal sized burrito to compare the two and show them the difference. The GM continued to argue saying she wrapped it tight so that’s why the burrito is small. I told her I’ve been in the food service industry before and am not trying to be “that annoying person” and just wanted more in the burrito. However, she kept arguing with me about how my brother wanted it rewrapped (again, he wanted it rewrapped because THEY served a complete disaster of a burrito). She just continued to give excuses and no apology or anything and wouldn’t stop so I just walked away.I have been a GM for a similar store and would never talk to a customer like she was talking to me. I understand that the service industry can be hard but no one deserves to be talked at like that for their own mistake.If I can rate this store 0 stars I would.

Tried using my be my guest, free entree cards which I received from corporate for an inconvenience I endured at this particular location and was treated like I forged these cards, especially when I gave a letterhead from Corporate Qdoba & Jack in the box. The manager on duty, a big heavyset black man by the name of Tye was an absolute defender of castle, the worst kind I have ever endured!!! Made me feel like a second class citizen, especially when he proceeded to call his GM or DM, when I clearly told him these cards were for an inconvenience, and didnt want to go into it further with him. He also looked like he just woke up out of bed. Shirt was untucked, and a homeless person was more presentable than this dirtbag!!!

Good and healthy Mexican fast food built your way. Good service. They keep a staff table for themselves and their junk at the front. It is a bit tacky, but the place is good.

Portion sucks here! I had double meat and she gave me less than the regular amount of one scoop of meat. And the lady was so rude!! A big no no!

I usually enjoy the food here well enough, but today, I encountered multiple severe problems. I asked for 2 orders of nachos and was given only 1 bag of chips. The nachos (just regular 3-cheese quesowere too spicy for me to eat (and I can generally tolerate some heat). I ordered a quesadilla and it was too soggy to stay together. Really dissatisfied with todays experience.

This used to be my favorite place to eat until I went in 1 evening and saw every single employee with their underwear showing. I get that it is supposed to be a fashion statement but I do not want to see anyones underwear when I walk into a restuarant especially employees that are making my food. I havent been back since and that was over a month ago. Wont be back again.

We are mexican food lovers and weve visited almost all mexican fast foods stores around here Qdoba, Chipotle and Moes. I know this place serves least amount food but I went with small kid there today because he was hungry. He ordered burrito and it was so small. He finished and had to order one more. And I asked add more food but it is still small. Skinny 55 inches kid can finishe two burritos one time.

Consistently bad food and service. Servers (especially one guy in particularwill give you the least amount of food possible ... Im talking 2 sautéed pepper servings. Ask for more and ye will be granted 1 extra pepper. Thank the lords for his generosity. Under seasoned meat on top of that, so nothing worth coming in for unless bobbys has a long time and your movie starts soon and youre hungry. All this place going for it, is the location.Chipotle is across the street and a gazillion times better

Ok walked in floors are already done its 8:30 at night you dont close till 10 ..The guy taking the orders is basically yelling at us to give him our order --- let me look first please !!!!The the disturbing music is loud I cant hear him .. when I ask him to repeat the order he gets a even bigger attitude ..He needs a hair cut , push his glasses up on his face , and a attitude adjustment !!!Customer Service Sucks !!!Food is on point !!!Disappointed my first experience in Indiana was #AmazingFound one in Jersey Hugely Disappointed
