QDOBA Mexican Eats in Huntington

Never had a problem with Qdoba food but here the kid makes the burrito and its very small because he puts a tiny amount of the ingredients in it. So for what you pay its not worth it. What I recommend is if they do this to you just tell them you dont want it and go over to the nearby Chipotle .

Got chicken burrito, barely any chicken in it and it tasted super processed, staff was very friendly though

The day we went it was very crowded & loud! The staff moved thru the line efficiently and quickly. They even handled a difficult customer very well. The food was good as well.

Qdoba is usually pretty good. This time wasnt that great. The grilled chicken to me tastes kind of strange. You pay $2.79 and they give you a small 2 or 4oz cup hardly any chicken for $2.79. Qdoba is still a good place to eat just need to revamp the grilled chicken and be more generous with the sides.

Taco salad was yummy. Reminds me of Chipotle but better

Had to treat myself. Chicken quesadilla, pinto beans, pico, and guacamole. Of course got the queso dip, I might have ruined the workout from planet fitness but it was worth it.

Friendly staff, excellent food. Its nice to eat somewhere the employees arent on edge... ready to bite your head off or giving you an attitude when politely asking for something.Never had that problem at Qdoba in Barboursville.... and Ive been there more than several times. Whoever does the hiring there is doing an excellent job.

Qdoba is like Chipotle...but WAY better! I love the food there!

About a year ago I finally convinced my girlfriend to try qdoba and since then she cant get enough lolLove the quality of the food, the speedy service, and an absolute amazing a kind staff. Definitely give them a try if you havent, you wont regret it!

Our favorite place to eat. Especially on Sundays bc kids eat free with adult purchase. They dont nickel and dime you like Chipotle does and the food is 100% better. Qdoba helps our community with an awesome fundraiser. Get the 3 cheese nachos, nothing else compares in my book. Alot of great food at a great price. According to my Qdoba app, I just had my 98th visit, but Im well over 100. Love Qdoba, not sure why it doesnt get the exposure others do. Love to have on in Kenova area.

Always a good option for eating out. Friendly employees. I prefer them over Chipotle.

This Qdoba is my favorite place to eat. Love the food, has a great value and the employees there always takes care of me. Some even knows my order before I say anything. Give them a chance to make you some delicious food.

I purchased a large order for no-contact delivery through doordash. It was scheduled to be delivered at 12pm (I received a confirmation email with the delivery time & address confirmed.At 12:15 I tracked my order only to find that our doordash driver was 26 minutes away, driving in the opposite direction from my apartment. I called QDOBA wondering why my order was so late/where it was going. The manager, Whitney, tried to get ahold of the driver several times (with no luck& did everything she could to figure out what was going on with the delivery. She was so helpful & kind; she was in contact with me for the next hour trying to help me locate my order. Finally, Whitney got a hold of the doordash driver and apparently he took our order to a different location (he claims he went to the address he had, but it was a different address from the one on my confirmation email & the address QDOBA had for me...Although it was not QDOBA or Whitneys fault, she & her team re-made our order quickly, gave us 3 orders of free chips & queso, gave us gift certificates for 2 free entrees to be used in the future & she even personally delivered our order to make sure it got to us. Whitney went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of & we are extremely happy with the service we received from her! Our food was also delicious & fresh! Thank you so much to Whitney & the QDOBA team!

Delicious and fun experience. It is like the Mexican side of subway. They have all of their fresh meats and veggies in front if you and you order as they maje your food right in front of you.

Great place to get your burritos, tacos, and bowls. I ordered the steak burrito bowl and was not disappointed. The steak was not over cooked and the flavor was perfect! The veggies were still fresh, even though I was in there late in the day, almost closing time. The staff was courteous and professional. I recommend you try it out!

Stopped here on my way to NC, and the burrito bowl was so loaded with good food that I had to stop on my way back as well.

The prices are the same as most places. I love that you dont have to make an appointment. However, Ive had the paint come off my nails 2 times at this place and had to go home and repaint it. Im not talking immediately after. I mean hours after I leave, the paint scuffs. They charge you for gel even if you tell them you dont want it and they double charged me once because I gave them a $50 gift certificate and only got a pedicure. The bill was $60. I just thought they were expensive until I noticed that their basic pedicure is no where near $110. Will never go back. Ive not had this experience at bigger, high end places.

Always easy and quick at this location, food never disappoints! I did however visit on the first of August in the afternoon for lunch and was uncomfortable with the way one of the employees spoke to another. There were to young women working the bar preparing orders, no one at the register. I assumed the woman finishing our orders would ring us up (we weren’t in any hurry, and that would make sense as she knew what we had ordered- I have never worked in food so try my best not to judge based upon speed or accuracy, I know it gets tough). Another woman stepped behind the register and watched the girl as she added finishing touches to our orders, before loudly clearing her throat at the girl, and said her name in a very rude voice (I think the girl’s name was something like Jazzy? The one preparing our food, not the one behind the registerJazzy, I’ll stick with that, acted flustered and quickly told her our orders. Again, I don’t work there so I don’t know what the problem was, but found the girl’s attitude towards her coworker to be very rude and unsettling.

I got a pulled pork taco salad for the first time and it was yummy! We went today for free kids meals.

This was my second time ever eating at a QDOBA and I got just plain soft tacos with meat and cheese. They were really good, the cheese was I think mozzarella which I dont understand. The beef was great and had a spicy taste to it. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. The place was really clean.My first visit was a chicken quesadilla with jalapenos and I wasnt too impressed, they heated the quesadilla up but it seems as if they remove the jalapeno seeds. Lastly it was good eats and will definetly come back.Fri.9:20pm 8/9/2019

Love Qdoba! We go on sundays to get the kids meals free. Love ordering the gumbo with the taco bowl. We only come here or chick fila to eat out lol.

Im a mall employee so I stop here pretty frequently and the employees are always super kind and quick to get my order done. One employee recommended the tortilla soup and its been my favorite ever since. Good atmosphere, great food, fantastic service.

The service was good but I did not care for the food. My daughter did not like it either and we got 2 different things. Its a lot like Chipotle as far as ordering goes.

Staff was goofing off while I was there, and didn’t pay attention to the customers. The food was sub-par for a Qdoba. I would avoid this location.

Qdoba is simply the best place for a Mexican lunch or dinner. I love their triple threat and two timer knockout tacos (edited 4/4/18: They are testing out having less of the knockout tacos because they slow the line down. You can still order the bohemian veg, gladiator, two timer, etc.)

You cant really expect too much from a mall restaurant and this Qdoba location tried its hardest to not exceed that expectation. The food was the same as any other locations, but here it was noticeable that the crews had been well lectured on portions as they painstakingly measured protein portions. The most dissatisfying concern with this location was the lack of cleanliness. This isnt entirely the crews fault (theyre not the one who leave napkins and discarded food on the tables and floorsbut in the time that we were there we did not see anyone come out to refill straws (missing), napkins (strewn out on counters), or pickup food that was sitting on a nearby table from people that had left while I was ordering. Maybe they were understaffed, but either way the place was dirty. If youre at the mall and you want to pay for overpriced burritos and dont mind eating at a unclean restaurant then this might be the place for you.

Consistently great quality food; the staff is always pleasant, enthusiastic, and efficient. A favourite for awhile!

The food is not the same as it was with previous owners..its too hot and today when I was eating my burrito I found hot peppers in my burrito

I love love love Qdoba! My family, friends, and I all get the Tortilla soup in the taco shell, its so yummy! You can add anything you want and its pretty reasonably priced for the amount of food you get (about 8 or 9 dollarslove it!

Great service! Food is excellent and the employees are always friendly and efficient. I have never had a bad experience there. Even when there is a line, it moves quickly.

This place use to be good. Maybe I have expanded my tastes, but Qdoba is way down the list now behind the likes of Chipotle, Cafe Rio, Baja Fresh, and California Tortilla. Unfortunately, 3 of those four dont exist in WV so I can only hope my job takes me out of town each week so I can get good food elsewhere.
