QDOBA Mexican Eats in Helena

Trying to order online is always a headache. Having to call the restaurant to tell them they have protein or sides missing from their app has become a regular occurrence. Usually, they’ll apologize and make it available “oh yeah, sorry. We’ll update the app.” Up until now, it’s been an annoying but minor inconvenience. However, now I can’t even contact them through the number provided on their website. At this point, ordering with them has become more inconvenient than not.

I hadn’t had qdoba in YEARS. I’m talking like 5 years. I lived somewhere very remote and it wasn’t accessible. So needless to say when I seen one while traveling I was extremely excited to have it again. Turns out the food was very bland. No flavor at all. Asked for pinto, was given black. Asked for cheese and got literally a tsp of crumbs. And ended up getting hot queso when we asked for the mild/regular. The hamburger was actually bad tasting. The prices have always been high but it use to be worth it. Now, unfortunately, it is not. I will have to stick to rival restaurants I suppose. Overall very unhappy with our experience.

I had the surf and turf bowl. They made it just the way I wanted too. And brought it to my table because I am disabled. They are always so nice and helpful.

Qdoba is where its at! Every time we pass through Helena, this is our go to place to eat. Delicious Americanozed Mexican food. I got the pulled pork burrito with spicy queso, cheese, guac, pico and sour creme. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would recommend to everyone especially if you like Chipotle or similar places.

Delicious! Had the chicken protein bowl. Sadly, they were out of steak & shrimp, but the chicken bowl was tasty & satisfying. Service was great. Friendly, & amiable.

The workers here are great. The shortage of workers is obnoxious, but everywhere. Be patient :-The experience is exactly what youd expect and 5/5 for that. Currently, wait times around lunch are really long. No fault of the workers, they hustle as best they can.Get here early or plan on long lunch.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly, attentive. Made us all (or at least mefeel very welcome. Was extremely busy and he kept apologizing for the wait, but got us all served. Great attitude. Wish I would have caught his name...

Our dinner was amazing! I was especially surprised by the guacamole! Definitely in house made and yummy is an understatement! Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Sign said training, yet everyone was fast and friendly! Food was delicious as always!

It was good, by I would have to say the Qdoba in Bozeman is far better!!

Went for lunch around 4 pm. Staff was nice and the service at the counter was quick. The chicken I got was pretty dry but otherwise everything else was good and I will still be coming back to try some other items.

I love Qdoba, and this location is no exception. In my mind, there isn’t a better value for healthy lunch and dinner options.

I’ve visited this location once or twice a week for the past six months since I moved to the area. I’m always struck by how friendly and professional the staff are, how clean the place is, how calmly they handle rushes and rude customers, and how much they do seem to care about making sure customers get what they want. The (I presumemanagers seem to be pretty hands-on and are often making food or working the register, and they remember their regular customers! And my food has been good every time.

We went for lunch at about 1230-1pm and this place was BUSY. Line almost out the door the whole time we were there, and the 4 folks working the line we impressive. They moved quickly, but were still accurate, AND they remained smiling and personable, talking to reach customer, including my kiddos. They had great teamwork, coordinating the madness in the store, as well as takeout orders that were coming through. These guys deserve some recognition for working hard and being positive!! Thanks for a great experience!

I went into today to ask for a burrito, chips and queso. I was greeted at the end of the line by a lady who barely was able to operate the cashier, spoke in the most ratchet high pitch scream I’ve ever heard. Over charged me, and some how was not able to serve chips and queso at qdoba. “We only have chips and salsa” as I just got it put in my burrito….. most clueless team I’ve ever seen.

They have a make your own style Mexican wrap or bowl station. Its fast and affordable if that is what you are looking for. You make your own dish so if it doesnt taste good then its kind of your own fault

Good food, good price, friendly employees. Id never eaten here before but was pleasantly surprised. Reminded me of chipotle.

Sadly-we placed a to go order, this salad was part of the order and got absolutely no lettuce to make this a salad... got a bowl of toppings tho. 😒

Love the food! Was so excited to see the sign in Montana and stop... they left California about 8 years ago. Best burritos and bowls ever.

I ordered a double meat burrito along with another burrito and a mini bowl. The gal that took over creating these didnt listen to a thing I said. In fact, she ignored me. I asked for the burrito toppings to be spread out because its no fun to eat one or two of the four or five ingredients, and I asked for the mini bowl to only have toppings on the side of the bowl so my toddler could see everything (trying new foods). She started to roll the first burrito but rolled it into a ball almost. I asked if she could roll it the long way so it would be easier to eat but she didnt acknowledge me and proceeded to wrap the second into the ball, lastly, placed the toppings for the mini bowl all over. I said thank you and didnt tip. Sadly she lost out on a $4 tip. Not happy. I gave 2 stars for the fresh ingredients and the first gal that listened.

It’s 26th Aug 2021 time: 12:54pm…. I got a, to go order… everything was right until the Cashier…. Cashier had some attitude problem…. Responding with limited words and giving all the stares…. Better get your attitude checked pal… bad for business… don’t underestimate any customer…. We may be different nationals….but we know how a customer must be treated… we are not ur enemies or something for that attitude…. Tipped u 2$ if u r having a bad day… enjoy

Im not one for chain restaurants, especially since I make truly authentic Mexican food at home ... But today my wife was hungry and we needed something in a pinch. She ordered the Protein Bowl and it was fabulous... In a pinch ... We will definitely be coming back.

I like it here. Lots of room to individualize orders even for kids, less waiting than most restaurants and pretty good food at a fair price. Would recommend.

Closed prematurely before posted hours, sad a business cant keep their doors open, we drove 30 minutes to eat Qdoba and they sat there on the other side of locked door 20 minutes before they were supposed to be closed

This place charged my credit card multiple times and then they say they never got my order. Then they never refund my money and I get nothing. Over $40 for nothing. And then the lame manager asks if my card was denied for NSF. Nice customer service. Try Taco Bell, Qdoba is trash!

Was just meh. I had a few questions for the worker and told him it was my first time at a Qdoba. He was unhelpful and I felt like my bowl of just lettuce, beans, and veggies could have been more full especially since I didnt get any meat or dairy. When I asked for a side of quac it was super brown. I asked for a different one and the other worker rolled his eyes as if I was an inconvenience. My son liked his queadilla which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2 for my meal.

Usually they do great! However, online ordering is hit or miss. Like today, they didn’t include about half the ingredients. No guacamole?? Borderline tragedy! Or a previous time my order wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after scheduled pickup. Granted they were very busy, but it’s frustrating to see that I could have had my food faster by going through the line.

There foods pretty good.I have food restrictions so there’s only a few things on the menu on I can get , but when I order on doordash they give me very little food. I have tried talking to them about this several times & each time it seems like im asking for to much by asking for a decent amount of food & management is usually very rude. it’s not even closely filled up to the brim up the bowl & there’s maybe 1/4 of rice in the bowl if that. Ive always ordered from different qdobas through door dash before & I have never had this problem.

Hot, fresh and fast. Cant go wrong with these flavors. Keto, low carb, paleo, and vegan options (including Impossible plant-based meat substitutes). Menu available online for pickup or curbside service. They also offer beer, so thats a big bonus for me!

The food here is good but the service is very hit and miss. Its either the manager stomping around the restaurant without a mask or the line cooks all look completely miserable and are rude. Every once in a while everyone is in a good mood, but more often than not, they arent.

Usually love eating there because its a healthier option than fast food. However every time I come the service just keeps getting worse. You used to have a stellar team years ago, and that place was hopping! Now, its rare to see a full parking lot.Brandon was rude & not welcoming. Very poor service and the other teens were decent. Wasnt very impressed. The 2 outside pieces of quesidilla didnt have anything on them they just put everything into the middle. (On both we orderedalso they put the liquid salsa in it so it was soggy. ? I also asked for a side queso and they charged me for a full chips and queso and when I corrected them she didnt offer a lesser charge or apology.The only good one Ive been to lately is in Kalispell I think.

This is my first time at this establishment. The staff could not have been nicer. They explained how it all works to place an order. The portions included are generous and tasty. As I live in Nevada I will be returning to one in my home state and hope the hospitality will be as good. I believe the food will be as well

Visited your location tonight (only my second ever Qdoba visit, my first was in Bozeman and it was excellent food and service). The people behind the counter had no desire to do anything but get you out the door. The first young man just put chicken and veggies in the bowl and pushed it toward the next young lady. This young lady just stared I to space for a while before realizing I was there and I started to request extras with my bowl, the young lady behind the counter ignored me as she pushed my bowl toward the cash register. This is not the way to win over someone new to your restaurant and the Helena area.EDIT 11/8/20: Decided to give you another chance and come in this evening. We were met at the door by a male employee who stated that they were closed (it was 810pm and your website states you are open until 830pm, it was close to close, yes... But it was a to go order and we wouldnt dirty the dining room). The male asked if we were doordash and when we said no he said were closed and when when questioned about the time, he pointed inside and said, thats what she says and closed the door in our face. Again, highly disappointed in this place! Will not be back!

My husband and I love eating at Qdoba and wanted my mother to try it. However, her experience was ruined by the nasty attitude of one of the employees. She was not helpful and only seemed annoyed that we didnt have our order already planned. I could understand if we were holding up a line, but there was no one in the line at that time. Hope the food is better than the employees attitudes.

The food is always great! The service this evening was less than how I expected to be treated. My order was take away, my chips were basically thrown at me and I had to ask for a bag to carry my order in. This is the first time this has ever happened, so Im sure someone was having a bad day?

I have to admit, this wasnt my first choice to eat today, but my favorite restaurant on a Sunday to go to was closed. This was my first time to this particular one. The place was clean and the staff was easy to talk to and helpful as I picked out the various items I wanted in our burritos. It was a To-go order so by the time I got to eat it 35 minutes later it was still warm and tasty. My husband would have liked a little less rice but overall it was a good burrito for the money.

Fast & friendly service. I frequent here often for quick service and good food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Products have always been well stocked. Food is good. Recommended for a quick bite to eat that’s a simple alternative to the typical fast-food establishments. They also offer excellent vegetarian options, along with a lot of Bacon lover options.

Lots of good and healthy choices. My wife and I had burrito bowls, mine included pulled pork as the protein, hers hot ground beef. Both were hot and included a good selection of toppings. Really appreciated the brown rice auction and beans. Food was tasty.

Its a gamble whether or not youre burrito will be hot. Would only recommend going there during main dining times. Its great when its hot, but really sad when it is not, hence the low score.Update: They seem to have gotten better with delivering food at temp. Plus, they are offering impossible meat which I think is amazing (and pretty good)!

Weve been here before and it was good. This time not so much. Cilantro was HUGE. Burritos were TINY. I usually am ok with any size food, but I had to keep asking for more. And the brownie was tasteless. Very disappointed. Oh and just realized since I started going to Qdoba their prices have risen 2 dollars and burritos have only gotten smaller

Great food. Friendly service. Not too hard on the pocket. Clean & conveniently located!
