QDOBA Mexican Eats in Columbus

Ive always liked theyre food but my last visit was so expensive, especially considering that they overloaded my burrito with rice.

Everything was good. Food was good. Ill eat there again for sure.

One of my favorite places to eat. Ive only had a bad meal once (missing stuff I ordered), and they made up for it. Theyre always fast. Im shocked that theyre not busier. I just went there at 6:30pm during a b1g1 sale, and there was no line. Compare that to Chipotle! Ive waited 40 minutes for an online order at the Chipotle on 5th and they werent busy at all. This Qdoba beats Chipotle every time.

This has to be the best Qdoba I’ve ever been to. Great portion sizes, the food is ALWAYS fresh. That on top of a genuinely great staff, I’m shocked people are ever choosing the chipotle down the street over these guys. If you’re considering your options, trust that you’ll be super pleased with this spot.

Friendly staff, good variety, quick service and they offer impossible as a protein option.

For $14 they skimp on the food. At the register someones "friend" was just hanging out, which was strange.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Hot and fresh food, very clean dining room. One of our favorite places. Came back to update. Still one of our favorites. Hot, fresh, clean. Employees are the best. Updated: October 4, 2022 still very nice to eat at.

This place has always been awesome. I think theres some new management and they somehow made this place even better.

This great location did wonderful with the guacamole and also the new surf and turf burrito bowl. Will order again for sure.

I normally love the food here, but my last couple of visits have been disappointing. Today, my chips were stale and one of the slices of my quesadilla was literally a flap of tortilla with nothing in the middle. This may be my last visit. Didnt think to take a picture before I trashed it.

This is the worst customer service i have seen in my life. This store just lost a regular customer. We usually order through the mobile app. We were out of town last week and we decided to order from another location, unfortunately my wife missed to change the location of the store. In less than a minute of placing the order she called the store and spoke with the manager to cancel the order as we were 3 hours away. The manager was very rude and refused to cancel it and he even said the order is ready! She told him i just had the order in less than a minute, how come you have an order of 2 ready!We did not get the order and we will not be back to this store ever. Before running a restaurant try to be polite with your customers. It was never about the money, its all about the customer service

The staff here is always great and the food doesnt disappoint. Im a fan of the brisket and the spicy queso in any combo, but especially as nachos.

Placed on online order - was ready when i arrived right on time! Portion size was okay. Overall food was fresh and taste was great. Will always choose Qdoba over chipotle! (not to mention grandview chipotle is a hot mess usually)

Walked in, stood at the counter and was ignored. The young lady avoided eye contact so she could continue wiping off the counter. No acknowledgement, no manners. Ill never be back

Staff are usually nice. New crusted quesadilla is excellent. Tables could be wiped down better but such is life.

When ask for side of sauce and employee mentioned i cannot do because i am busy. Poor customer service.

Good food,a different verity to choose from all fresh

Im not going to tell you to stop going to Chipotle. But you would if you ate here. So good. Get the hard shell bowl and the Cholula-lime chicken, and tell them David sent you. Theyll actually be pretty confused at that, they dont know me by name or anything. Enough of you do that, though, then one day Ill come in and be like, hey Im David, and theyll be like oooooh, okay. For here or to go? And Ill say for here, and point at my heart. For right here.

We ordered a family pack meal. Though it was ready on time and most everything tasted great, the tortillas we received were uncooked, raw and crumbly, therefore unusable to make tacos with. Everyone had to make a rice bowl.

The food here is fantastic for this type of establishment and the staff is always quick and friendly. Coke freestyle machines just add to the awesomeness that is Qdoba

I go to this place 1 or 2 times a month because the food is made fresh and is delicious. The managers and the workers you can definitely take pride in working there and it definitely shows in the quality of the food. I would recommend this place.

Love the Q - but food wasnt HOT even when dining in. If rice sits in a warmer... it should at least be warm. This goes for the beans/veggies/protein as well.Clean interior and prompt service and preparation of our bowls.

They should package the burritos better for delivery. Leaked everywhere, soaking into my brownie. RIP brownie. Additionally, the side of rice is crazy tiny for 2+ dollars. 8 oz, not filled to the top. So more like, 6 oz. . . I also recieved no eating utensils, so I cant even eat it properly. First experience with this place, not great. 👎

Been looking for a replacement to Chipotle for awhile now. 2nd visit even better than the first. All food in our order was good. I Especially enjoyed the quesadilla.

Excellent burrito place! Good sized portions, fair price, and kind staff. Most importantly, they always get my mobile orders correct which I cant say about the competitor down the street.

Dont order from these guys unless you go into the store. Just ordered a steak burrito with 3 cheese queso and hot sauce. No queso no hot sauce. But they through guacamole on there anyway. Also ordered a burrito bowl with queso and salsa. No salsa No queso. And then they tell u to contact grubhub for a refund even though grubhub did their job and grabbed the right bag with my name on it. Its sad u have a bunch of tOSU students working there and they cant even read an order. I understand messing up a thing here and there. But to miss queso and 2 diff salsas twice. Is just pure incompetence. I HATE GUACAMOLE AND IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN. IM GOING TO CAUSE HELL IN THAT STORE. -Ray

Food was ready on time and as requested. For fast casual chains the expectation is consistency and cleanliness. This location exceeds the bar.

In a neighborhood where chains don’t do well, this place has been here for 22+ years. It’s staffed by folks whom have been there the whole time at that. The food? It’s what I expect for what I’m paying, probably slightly better. It’s not often that I give a fast food place five stars, but this is a multigenerational family run place, and they’re wonderful folks. Would have one on the other side of the block too.

Very good! Super fresh! This was my first time ever at a QDOBA, and I will return. Love the kiddie bowls.

Love this place....I had never eaten here but decided to give it a try because Chipotle was so busy...I am so glad I did because the food is so fresh and tasty....I have found my new quick mexican restaurant... Chipotle just lost a customer to Qdoba

I have been a fan of Qdobas food for about 20 years (not an exaggerationand had the best service at this location today. The staff were so friendly and took genuine pride in the food. Their excitement was infectious. I so appreciated their suggestions and fun spirits while helping build my lunch. I highly recommend this location!

Ordered online to pick up. When we arrived to get our food it was not ready. We waited 20 minutes after our pick up time for our food to be ready. Luckily we checked the bags before leaving as we were missing 2 orders of queso for our chips as well. Not a great first experience at this store.

Ordered delivery online 11:50 - called at 12:05 to find my order was cancelled. Asked why and was not told any reason but that they have what I ordered and will prepare it I said great be there in 15 min to pick it up. Arrived at 12:20 food was not even started. Moral of the story do not order online waste of 45 minutes.

Not quite as good as that other Mexican Grill but we enjoyed the food...

QDOBA in Grandview is the Grandview Chipotles daddy. If you go here, you will be in and out quickly, the service will be friendly, and the food will taste great. Unlike Chipotle, where it will take you an hour even if no one is in there, the staff will be slow and mean, and the food will taste like it is six days old. Go QDOBA!

The app for ordering has been improved and food is always hot and ready and accurate to the order when we come pick it up. Staff are friendly and work their butts off. So much better than Chipotle.

Great food. Like that it includes queso and that you can get your burritos pressed with the hot iron. The restaurant was clean and well kept.

Im loving it! I ordered salad bowl with Adobo chicken & Spicy brown rice on my favorite tortilla shell.

I ordered 4 kids meals and 2 chicken bowls . The servings were great but the chicken that was inside the kids meals and bowls were sooo burned not a little charred i mean BURNED and it made all the food taste like the burned chicken it was just terrible. Needless to say i wasted 40$ in food that got trashed :(

Tasty, fresh ingredients, spice that enhances and doesnt drown out the flavors. Our familys go to quick and easy Mexican food. Easier to choose menu items that are amazingly delicious.

I always love eating at Qdoba. The food is always freshh and tasty. Tonight was no exception. I had the three tacos meal, one each chicken, steak and carnitas. They were outstanding as always. The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful. The restaurant was clean again as always and the staff friendly. I wish there was a store on the east side of town because driving a half hour for a fix is ugh! Thank you.

Been coming here for years. Compared to its competition (Chipotle), the fajitas are crisp and lively, the cheese sauce more savory, the guacamole free, and more drink options with a Coke remix machine. The inside of the store is nice and newly renovated. The only place for improvement is the quality of the steak: I find it more chewy and prefer the adobo chicken.

Always a good experience. Theyre constantly compared to Chipotle and in my opinion theres no comparison, Qdoba is so much better than Chipotle, and cheaper! I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you havent already

Went during lunchtime on a Friday. Service was quick, however my order had some mistakes. There was seating available but ALL BUT 1 table was clean. People were in and out, there really wasnt a long wait time, so I think at least one employee could have came out to clean the tables. Overall, the food was good, but the establishment was dirty.

Great food. I love their bbq sauce and queso - both are thick and hearty. Good variety of protein and other toppings too. Also they have good premade combos. This place also has ground beef, which is great. I wish they also have chorizo. Qdoba also loyalty card, which gives you 1 free burrito after 10 purchases.

Never crowded. Easy access. Mucho parking. Nice servers.The beef burrito was mixed with rice. Odd taste. It hit the trash can after three bites.My wife liked her tacos.

Really solid place, I prefer them to Chipotle, as do my kids. The rice sometimes is a bit undercooked, but the foods so good it doesnt matter a whole lot. Best part is the people here. Very nice folks.

This place is amazing, definitely one of my favorite places to eat. They are far superior to Chipotle in food taste and quality, not mention menu options available and array of different salsas for their chips. Id recommend this place to anybody
