very bad service, staff very rude and restaurant abit dirty aswell. Food was disgusting dont recomend at all.

SHAMBLES! one of the bartenders is has fish lips. constantly talking about a girl he smashed in the mens toilets on the 5th of december 2019. i was disgraced! as a strong black woman i hate to see women being talked about like this. other than this the experience was great, loved the food and drinks and pool and music and racism and formula 1 and geek bars and the coke bag strewn across the bathroom floor and slazenger.

We booked out a room aug22 for an evening wedding shindig.From the start, organising with Becky, right to the end, of last orders on the night, we couldn’t fault anything.The room was lovely, good food, bar staff were fab, and a great evening was had by all.Many thanks

I bought food from here and it was awful. The food was cold and tasted like it came from a supermarket. It took 40 minutes to come and the bartender was rude when I asked where my food was

Arrived on Sunday with friends at 3/30 for a meal ordered our drinks and sat down we wer the only ones in restaurant so thought wouldnt take long after about 40 minutes we asked about our food so staff went to find out when the food arrived we wer disappointed chips wer warm not hot chicken wings was burnt fish and chips wer cold yes you did refund on fish chips and wings but not one staff came to ask if meals wer OK and yes we would like to see the cctv as youve stated we wer served in 9 minutes

i booked a table yesterday for 8 people for 3.30,didnt get served till 4.30, when the food arrived it was warm and one meal was cremated, i wont going back there again and i definatly wont recommend it , we were all dissapointed, the service wasnt very welcoming.

Nice atmosphere, went today for the first time, it has a bar, and a few pool tables. The venue is huge however

I am due to getting married here on the 30th of july, i can not thank the amazing staff for helping us all the way through this, me and my parter have been in today to set up a plan with Becky and she was absolutely amazing, she went through everything in such detail and before today i have been so anxious but now im happy and trust Becky and other staff members 100% to make the venue look beautiful for our big day. You guys deserve a medal for all the work and planning you do. Thank you all for all the work you have done so far xxx

Well cared for snooker tables at a reasonable price. Coffee is excellent. Very friendly staff.

We just had our wedding reception there on Saturday 21st of MayThey organised everything, which made everything so much easier. The staff went above and beyond there duties to make sure everything went well on the day .We couldnt of asked for a better venue which helped our day be as perfect ✨️Mr&Mrs killaway

From door to bar staff they are really friendly, thats why gave 2 stars, but...The place is classy but the punters are trashy.Had to barricade myself in a cubicle in the ladies, due to young lasses arguing.Then theres the so-called "entertainment." Thought some guys were fitting, was all good tho, turned out they were MCing (dont think David Walliams would have given a "yes."After a few hours was convinced I had died & was in hell, it was complete torture. First time in my life gone out & was home asap coz even alcohol wasnt numbing the excruciating pain.

We take our disablity group there to watch footy and play pool they love it!Let us buy food in too which is good

Visited Q gardens last night for a bottomless brunch with the girls and had the best time! We were late for our booking but they had no problem adjusting the time we’d booked so we didn’t lose any drinking time. The food was absolutely scrumptious with lots to choose from and the drinks were flowing for the full allotted time. The staff were great and very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We ended up staying until closing time and dancing the night away. Great experience, thanks guys we’ll be back soon!

I really enjoy snooker, both watching and playing. The location of Q Gardens is great fir me. The tables are well maintained and perfectly level. The balls appear to be polished.the environment is calm and friendly and its nice to play there.

Full of kids, had a bad experience as something was let off in ladies toilet and the staff were not interested.

Absolutely disgusting racially abusive staff- left me and my Muslim boyfriend waiting 40 mins for food then come out and said the chefs gone home and refused to give us a refund. Its a shame I have to 1 star just to make this comment.

Absolute shambles!!!! Never again!!! No heating. Staff didnt know room was privately booked. The lady on the bar was struggling with literally everything!! Management useless when finally arrived.first and last time!Ps: i I wasnt asked to leave at any point! I left on my own accord! I wouldnt want to stay in such a disgusting place for a second Longer nice try! And management is absolutely entitled to a day off but brief your staff! You have no clue what is going on. And maybe look at your own appearance 🙈 shocking place...

Unfortunately I cant give less than one star. arrived on 11th of September before a stock car event at Bradford Bulls stadium. Walked into the pub at 12:45, ordered food at 12:50. Currently sat here at 14:41 STILL waiting for the food to arrive. The ovens were broke but we were not told this until an hour and a half into our wait time. The staff had no idea what was going on, didn’t even know the table numbers, manager made excuses and disappeared. We left the restaurant at 15:00 after still not getting our order. Absolute shambles. Will not return will make sure to tell others not to visit.

Very good. Just had a meal with my son. A very friendly pub.

Nice modern building. Comfortable sofas to sit on. Friendly staff. Good food,reasonably priced. Only drawback is the tiny car park. Other than that, cant fault it.

Good quality cooked food at reasonable, prices, plain and simple they way I like it.

The pub area needs a face lift. The function areas are brilliant. Toilets in need of upgrade. Staff fantastic. It was great being amongst proper Yorkshire Tykes.

Food was excellent good value for money. Would be even better if you could order drinks at the table.

5 star food amazing long awaited but best things come to those who wait photos to show will add them all welcome brill

Visited mid day so pretty quiet. Nice pint, friendly staff. American pool tables with a snooker room. I enjoyed my visit. I will most likely visit again if Im in the area.

Very nice snooker club easy access 12 snooker tables & 6 pool tables nice big bar plenty of room too sit. Me and son go quite a lot plenty to do family friendly cheers frisby

Worst experience ever. 1 guy behind bar serving. Very slowly. Basically stood at the bar waiting for most of my time herd, complete and utter joke. Dont go to play pool here wasting your time. I wouldnt go back ever again.

Food menu size is shocking, and the food they serve is equally as shocking. The menu was a side of A4 with a handful of things to choose from. The burger was so greasy the bun was disintegrating on arrival. They did not bring cutlery over with my friends order, when they were asked for cutlery for his steak dinner he as given a fork and a blunt knife, had to specifically request a steak knife. It was not busy, so a lapse of judgement like that when it was basically empty is just dire. The Snooker area is good though, just do not under any circumstances order food. The interior and outside are nice with the exception of everything is sticky.

Was at a wedding function and waited 15mins to get served only to have a flat pint pulled and was told to go to the other bar. All the bar staff looked like they were still at school and sometimes forgot who they were serving. Place was a disgusting mess and music way too loud.I have saved the best till last, on a visit to the gents I was met with unsavory looking thugs sniffing coke and dealers openly chatting what they could supply, there was urine all over the floor as well. I will never set foot in there again.Police need to be informed.

I visited Q gardens with my son (13we had a great time playing pool on the American 9 ball table. The only downside was the background music was too loud. Unfortunately we couldnt have a normal conversation.

Lovely place in and out. Staff are friendly polite and helpful. Food was cooked to perfection so we stay for a double whiskey then left

Booked a function room for a private function and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Staff were so accomodating and the food was great. We felt really well looked after and everyone who attended had an amazing time. Thanks guys for a great night.

Far more than a pub more a sports club without membership . It boasts two large meeting rooms for parties etc, a restaurant, 10 snooker tables 6 pool tables, about 12 dart boards with matchplay boards also applies to snooker and pool, 2 tenpin bowling alleys full size. And video games machines. A great bar and staff and the locals also make you feel welcome. Its a great place to visit. 5stars given by me.
