Purezza Brighton in Hamhŭng

Ordered via deliveroo and the service was quick and efficient even for a Saturday night.We ordered one The Margherita One and one The One With All The Seasons. The sauce and cheese on both were absolutely delicious and in good proportions. However I did find the pizza base to be quite salty for my tastes and the sauce wasnt able to balance that level of saltiness.The base was nice and thin though and the crust nice and chewy. Perhaps it might be better fresh in the restaurant so I will be sure to try that sometime.Definitely will be visiting/getting takeaway from Purezza again, as I am keen to try more of what they have to offer

Loyal customer and have been several times to different Purezza restaurants. Today went to the one in Brighton and the manager came to the table and asked us if we wanted water while we were choosing to which we said yes.What was my surprise when he came with a bottle and opened it before we could even said anything. We are always offered tap water, except for this time. I looked around and everyone had tap water so not sure why did he bring us a bottle if we didn’t specifically asked for it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not the money, but the attitude. Bottled water it’s not even on the food menu or drinks menu. So basically I was charged for something that I didn’t ask for and that it’s not part of the menu. I have been going to Purezza for many years and this has never happened. It seems like a small thing but didn’t like the attitude. Didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to spoil our meal but pretty disappointed. It doesn’t seem like the usual Purezza service. Not sure if it’s just a way of making more money for the business, but there are surely better ways.

I have just had the sweetest and nicest time in Purezza! My friend has some very tricky dietary restrictions and instead of being treated like she is an inconvenience (which usually happensPurezza were so accommodating and friendly and kind, both our pizzas (my truffle pizza and her totally bespoke orderwere FRICKING DELICIOUS. I am super sad that I live too far to come here regularly, but after such good food and lovely service, I’ll make an effort to make the trip again soon.

WOW : I love this place ... its vegan and the pizzas are out of this world.. went here while we were in Brighton seeing Morrissey.. had family time in a beautiful place will visit again when Im back in Brighton

I just received my mac and cheese order and I am less than impressed. It’s burnt, yet some how still cold and incredibly small for £7.85. How Pureza can charge this amount is bewildering. Also the garlic bread I ordered was missing. I tried to call to have this amended and I am redirected to their website or Deliveroo. Would not recommend.

I came into Purezza this evening as a non-vegan with my partner and I was initially very skeptical. However, this was very quickly removed through the service I received through Iside. Straight away she told me as a meat eater that I would still enjoy the pizza and that I would leave with my mindset completely different about “plant based” pizza. She spoke through the whole concept of the “plant cheese” and fake meat and recommended the truffle and the pepperoni which she told us were amazing! She also told us about the dough balls and garlic bread with cheese which I never would’ve gone for but she ensured us it would be worthwhile. All I can say is this. The food was beyond my expectations for sure but the quality of service I received from Iside was the factor which will make me recommend this to all my friends and family in Brighton. Thanks Iside!!!

Honestly cannot describe how bad the pizzas were - so different to the other reviews. The dough was decent, but the toppings were terrible. One of the worst things I’ve eaten while hungry. 🤮

Mimosa tasted awful (🤷and defo not best pizza Ive had: dough too thick, tomato sauce flavourless, did not like the vegan salami. Cheese was alright but was not enough to save the pizza.

Me and the boyf stumbled on this place while hanging out of our arses, and it was perfect! The meals were gorgeous and theres a huge range of options, all incredibly meat like, AND the lady who served us kindly made up ginger and lemon juice shots to sort our stomachs out. Beautiful service in a beautiful lil restaurant

Purezza is my favourite. Fantastic vegan restaurant for the pizza lover. The Brighton restaurant is not quite as cosy and spacious as that of the Hove branch, hence the 4* review. Consistently good.

Had the light bites menu, available before 5pm. Great choice. All vegan 😍Had pepperoni pizza, pulled pork ciabatta and meatballs. 3 for £18.For dessert, vanilla cheesecake and salted caramel brownie with ice cream.All amazing. Wish we had one nearer.

Me and my partner went for a two day trip in Brighton and we casually bumped into this beautiful restaurant. We’ve been served by Fred and Sophie, very lovely people who made us feel home.We never tried fully vegan pizza and we have to admit it was an incredible experience. The taste was so good and the pizza dough well cooked, fresh and authentic! Definitely will go back when we’re visiting Brighton again! Good luck guys!

If all vegan food is this good, I’m going vegan!!!Pizza was very tasty and had a good selection on the menu. Availability was a little bit of an issue but I was eating very late and close to closing time, that said it was still busy in there!Desert was equally good! Will definitely be back!!

I have coeliac disease and am always wary eating out but they set my mind at ease, all the toppings are gf, the freedom base is gf and they use a separate oven. Really yummy. Only bad thing - they charged us £2 extra for the privilege per pizza, really purezza ? This is a disease.....

Ive had a great meal with my sister jere. Shes had carbonara pizza and I had pozza with truffles with apple juice and kombocha. Afterwards weve had New Yorks cheesecake - me and chocolate pizza with icecream - sister. Everythings divine 🤤🤤🤤

Okay pizza. Felt like it was slightly undercooked...I asked for gluten free pizza, great that they offer it, however its cooked weirdly... maybe fried? Its slightly weird if you expect a regular pizza base. I wasnt made aware of this at the point of ordering.Fairly priced. Drinks were good.

This is a vegan pizzaria. I was pleasantly surprised of that when I decided to stop by on a whim on my way to the beach. The pizza dough is amazing, the drinks are delicious, and the service is great, and atmosphere of the place is very local. This place is located one street over from the beach.

Wow! An all vegan pizza menu and it delivered! The pesto pizza was out of this world.

Delicious pizza and very kind staff. Went there in my own for a business trip and they were pretty fast for how busy it was. They seem to use high quality of ingredients which does not hinder its taste or texture as with other places

Pizzas were fresh, hot, nice and tasty. Base of the Meat Feast was a little too thin, made eating it a bit difficult. Overall a nice meal. Could also do with some signage that it is a vegan restaurant.

The best vegan pizza we ever had, the only thing that was a bit disappointing was the vegan cheese which could have been better. We imagined how their pizza would taste with a great selfmade vegan cashew ricotta instead of trying to replace Mozzarella. Anyway we highly recommend this place, also I loved the fact that they dont use any nuts in their kitchen what made me feel safe due to lots of allergies. Also the menu shows every allergene. The Cheesecake for dessert was mouthwatering 👌🏼

I used to love Purezza but on my last two visits the quality has gone seriously downhill. I went in February and my pizza was extremely burnt on the crust. I thought Id give them another try so went yesterday and had the same experience. Extremely burnt and inedible crust. I asked for slightly less cheese and ended up with almost no cheese at all. Flavourless and burnt. I ordered one pizza, one sauce and free tap water and paid £15 for the privilege due to their new 10% service charge even for couples.

Booked a table after a quick search of vegan friendly options in the area, was extremely happy with our choice.Ordered the pesto pizza and the BBQ porketta pizza with Gaelic dip, fried corn nibbles for the table and finished off with the cheesecake and brownie for dessert.Everything was absolutely incredible, food arrived at the table quickly and everything just felt high quality and authentic. My girlfriend is not vegan, and she loved everything put in front of her, including a taste of mine and although she was too full to finish the last couple slices, she got it boxed up to take home to enjoy later in the evening.Would 100% come again next time were in Brighton, would fully recommend for any vegan pizza lovers.

Love the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. The Margherita pizza was absolutely delicious and very authentic to what you find in Italy. The pepperoni one was maybe a bit too loaded and a bit oily, but that wasnt a big issue. They also have a cute dog menu which I think was very sweet.

Ive been to Purezza in London as well as Brighton and theyre both absolutely brilliant. The food is great value for money and one of the best vegan pizzas Ive eaten in Europe. Their dough balls are gooey and their home made lemonade is refreshing!

Having been to the branches in Camden and in Hove, I already am a big fan of Purezza. Every pizza I’ve had has been consistently great, unique and delicious. This time, I tried their new carbonara pizza which was really interesting - it was surprisingly creamy! Their meatball pizza was also very classic and tasted great - I love the vegan mozzarella they make. Service was great, only thing was that I found the restaurant a little cramped - it’s much smaller than their restaurant in Hove.

Lovely and attentive staff, great atmosphere, and the pizzas are so delicious, and what a variety of plant based dishes. I had the pizza carbonara which was just so rich and tasty. Although an Italian would probably have a minor fit if seeing this, haha.

We had a lovely meal here upon a recommendation from my mum who is vegan. The whole menu is plant based. We arrived at about 5pm prior to it getting quite busy. Two of us had pizzas which were super yummy. The bases are really very tasty and you have options to make them from alternative ingredients - hemp and freedom bases were on offer for a few pounds more but we were happy to just have the wholemeal. One of our group had the one with pesto and another the seasonal one. I opted for something different the pure bowl a salad type gorgeous mix of lentils, buckwheat, kale, courgettes, sun soaked tomatoes and crispy corn. We shared a chocolate pizza between the 3 of us for dessert - which was a good size and about right amount after our meal. Everyones food was delicious and staff attentive. Will definitely be back.

Had a lovely meal here, perfect for gluten free vegans. I really loved the corgetti spaghetti too. The service was wonderful, cant wait to go again!

Nice atmosphere, decent pizza. The mozzarella cheese was to jelly like for me and so I couldnt eat it and a lot of the cheeses were out, so we had to deal with replacements. We probably went too late. Staff were very lovely and helpful, which made it a pleasurable experience.

Busy place but friendly staff, and the food is really nice. I particularly like having 3 options for the pizza dough, and it is good overall. The pizzas look great and are tasty. What I like the most is the 100% vegan, a première for me at a pizzeria.

Absolutely delicious vegan pizzas. The service is friendly, the venue is bright, airy and cheerful. Food prices are very reasonable for what you get, drink prices are about average. Would definitely go again!

If I could rate this place any higher I honestly would! It had been quite a few years since I had one of their pizzas and I was worried that it wouldnt live up to my memory but oh wow it did. The pizzas are so delicious as are the smoothies and sides. A vegans pizza paradise.

Very delicious Pizza. They offer a lot of different options and even a sweet pizza as a desert. The location is very central next to a lot of different shops and you can reach it very good with public transport. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is amazing as well. The waiters are nice and quickly there for you.

Went here for boyfriends birthday and was amazing. Quick hot vegan food. Got the mac and cheese, dough balls (which were filled with cheese!!). Tasty pizzas, which an amazing tomato sauce and a great selection of toppings.Cocktails were fantatsic too.

Amazing 100% plant-based pizzeria. We had the pesto-based pizza and the tomato-based aubergine parmigiana pizza and both were amazing. Sides really good too! Great fast service as well. 100% recommended!

I’m not vegan or veggie but I LOVE these pizzas! The ‘cheese’ is so creamy and all the toppings are flavourful and the dough is delicious. I always recommend this place to people. The Oreo milkshake is a must.

London Vegan visiting Brighton. Purezza did not disappoint! Potentially the best vegan pizza I have ever had (parmigiana party). Service was excellent, food and cocktails were delicious. Will be back and would recommend! Nb visited 7th july and seating options are available :)

Plant-base pizza that you wont be realized that there is no meat in your pizza. My truffle pizza was so good and the courgette pesto was so tasty, a must to order. We were there with a huge 10-people table at lunch but they manage to get our pizza in a decent time, excellent service indeed

The most amazing vegan pizza I have yet had in my vegan life. Literally the fluffiest dough that was perfectly baked - not too hard and yet still deliciously crispy. The vegan cheeses on the cheese platter were basically a platter full of vegan drugs, couldnt stop eating as how delicious it was. On top of that the pizzeria is beautiful inside out with nicely designed interiors. And to finish it the staff is very friendly, helps out and gives you a smile. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by this one and enjoying a pizza, it would be, literally, stupid not to!

The best vegan pizza ive tried in my life. The vulcano pizza is one of the highlights. Totally caring for the palates of vegans. The staffs are very kind and the service is outstanding. Yet i think they should work more on their desserts, but it is understandable because using vegan products to make a good dessert is quite challenging. Also the organic composed karma cola is just amazing and healthy

After being recommended this very cool little place by our friends down in Brighton, we had to go check it out. The only slight problem was the wait for a table as its so popular, but I was really impressed by the fact that they took a phone number and gave us a call when the table was ready, so we got a drink elsewhere whilst waiting. Its busy and fairly noisy, but we could still talk. The pizzas, starters and sides were all delicious. Im not vegan, and was amazed at how much flavour they manage to pack into these pizzas - and very fairly priced as well! I had the Pesto Manifesto, and the others had the Telling Porkies and Parmigiana Party. All were superb. Thoroughly impressed and would certainly visit again, well done Purezza!

Love Purezza! 100% vegan so no more worrying about which dishes you can eat. The cashew cheese they make is delicious - try the cheese board platter! Amazing pizzas and sides. Milk shakes can take a while to turn up at busy times.
