Puerto Rican Art & Crafts in San Juan

Great place for local, mostly island made crafts. However, i did purchase a necklace that stated it was "island designed, produced in another country " only to find out 2 days later at one of the airport gift shops. I am satisfied with my other purchases.

Best place for arts and crafts hand made by Puerto Ricans. Plus, they also ship it for you for an additional fee if you request it.

I give them 5 +++ stars. Pleasant, welcoming, friendly, profesional staff. Nice, organized, beautiful detailed and perfectly unique variety of puertorrican artisans talent in display in the beautiful historical Old San Juan. If looking for something unique and affordable this is the place to go. They do have some exquisitely detailed art for a higher price but in my opinion it is worth paying for it..

The best store we found for souvenirs. Its all locally made handcrafted arts. Prices range from $10 jewelry to $2000 paintings. Even if you didnt buy anything its essentially an art gallery worth sightseeing.

I’ve bought so many gifts and art for my apartment here. My fiancé, who grew up In Puerto Rico, says that they have one of the best selections from local artists.I love that the prices are reasonable so you you can get something special without breaking the bank. The staff is also kind and helpful, which makes for a peaceful shopping experience. They also package your purchase with care to ensure it will be safe on your flight home.

I think this is the only place in Old San Juan that specializes in promoting and selling products from local artisans. High quality, hand crafted works of art. Not made-in-China products. If you want to give someone hand-made, one-of-a-kind, limited versions of art 🎭 from local artisans this is the place to visit and do your shopping 🛍️. They display the names and backgrounds of the artists or you can ask any of the knowledgeable, kind employees that work there. Year after year my mother visits the store to buy presents. Happy 😁 to know the store is doing well, they have owned that store for many years.

Wow, great store for just about anything you want. They have arts & crafts stuff, paintings, hats, coffee. You name it, its there.

Great place to get handmade handicrafts! They took great care to hand wrap our breakable items so they made it safely on the airplane home. Some prices a little high but had great customer service!

Very nice store with PR authentic art and craft. The store smells good and is always clean. The staff is very respectful and kind and they have lots of souvenirs, Tshirts, non-perishable food, sauces and old fashion PR drinks. Good quality items for an affordable price.

This is a great place to shop for authentic Puerto Rican souvenirs. I bought a flag and some stickers and would have bought more if I had more luggage space. The cashier was wonderful and very patient with my amateur Spanish.

Every time I visit the island I run out of time to get souvenirs. I like them to be authentic and well-made and until recently, I had to brave the crowds at Las Fiestas de San Sebastian for my chance to get real pieces of artesanía. Until I discovered this jewel of a store that has the curated work of island artisans in every price range. From keychain trinkets you can pass out to your co-workers to hand-carved native birds to jewelry and t-shirts, they are truly a one-stop shop. Service is courteous and bilingual with just the right touch of attention. The prices were great, I found, and purchasing at this store gave me a chance to support the local economy. Park in a building just two blocks away. No more sorting through piles of made-in-China junk!

A huge variety of souvenirs and art, all made in Puerto Rico. Lots of cool local artists, and items ranging from cute, well made magnets to gorgeous oil canvases and everything in between.

This is an absolutely fantastic local shop with so many different artisanal craft goods, art and jewelry that will make your souvenir shopping a great experience! (Not to mention a one-stop-shop!)The faculty here is wonderful and very helpful and will happily answer any questions you may have, and your purchases help the local artists and are more than worth the effort of finding parking in Old San Juan! Highly recommend!

A most go in San Juan! They have beautiful pieces from artists from all over the island. Great variety of styles. The employees are very helpful. Every time I go to PR I make sure to stop by and get something.... it never disappoints.

I LOVE this shop! Nothing made in China, and art work is made by Puerto Riqueños! The artwork is unique and beautiful and there’s something for everyone. I purchased one-of-a-kind gifts for both myself and for family.Even though I don’t live close to family, I can bring home some of my querido Puerto Rico with me!

An excellent place to shop for souvenirs that are really mementos of Puerto Rico, made by local artists and artisans, not imported from abroad. The items are fairly priced, and the staff is helpful when asked, but does not try to hurry or pressure you. Its better to go here after youve seen something of Old San Juan, then you are apt to get something that really does remind you of a nice time youve had there.

They have everything here from nativities to art to sculptures to treats to other religious art to photographs, scenery, ornaments, jewelery, seems about everything that can be made in Puerto Rico all in one store. I thought the prices were very reasonable too. I paid $10 for a little Nativity that was super cute.

Price ranges are very varied so you can find something for everyone. They also have other items like jewelry and food, but I go almost exclusively for the local art.

Awesome shop to pick up some authentic Puerto Rican gifts and souvenirs. We went Into a little store less than a block away to shop. We bought a few items and then walked up the street to this cute shop. They had the same type of items but were much better priced. We received excellent service here. Great items filled the shelves, we even did some Christmas shopping.

It was a nice store and most of the art is locally made. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because I was pretty much ignored the whole time I was there looking for a gift for my classroom

The only store in Puerto Rico in which all art and crafts are made by puertorican artists. Carries the most extensive collection of our very well known graphic artists and artisans. This...in combination with the beautifly restored historic building makes it one of my favorite stops in Old San Juan.

Tax-free shop in Old San Juan. We were able to find something for everyone back home! Coffee, jewelry, trinkets, toiletries, and more! All supplied by local artisans and craftspeople, everything looked so unique! Not your run-of-the-mill tourist junk here.

Staff here was very helpful. The store was well laid out and it had a good range of price points. I got a can of soda for only $1. The only negative was that their credit card service was down and it was cash only and were couldnt buy as much as we wanted to.
