Pub Nelligan's in Lévis

We were tourists from Portland, Maine. This pub was recommended to us as a local spot that service industry people go to in Quebec City. Loved it- went twice. Bartender Lawrence made the experience for us, but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere in general. Clean. Foos ball table and interesting features in the taps and bar design. Fantastic watering hole, with all age locals. Playlists were good, too.

Cosy little pub, great atmosphere and conversation. The selection of whisky is very good, with interesting micros on draft.

Nice bar and quite unusual. Outdoor back patio is small but inviting. Lots of drink choices. Gets very busy tho and servers favour the regulars.

Friendly bar with an outstanding selection of beer on tap and whisk(e)y from all sorts of countries). You could spends hours there on a world whisk(e)y tour!

Black n tan, Guinness, whiskey. You got everything an Irish pub has to offer. They dont serve food at the moment. Im a regular.

They have a good beer selection and many types of whiskey etc. Not a place for food.

I ve to tell a bad review about this pub. The bar tender forced me to leave tip. Tips must be something gratuit, free. He expresses said "sir u know, u have to leave tip". I didnt receive any service, like table service. I stood up, went in desk, and asked for a beer. That was very rude. I know the tip "policy" of canada, but it is NOT state anywhere this. And me as a tourist, it was very rude someone that ask extra money for just fill a glass. He could say "sir u know here we APPRECIATE tip" and not "u HAVE TO leave tip".

Staff are amazing. Passionate and proud about what they serve! Awesome vibes from the venue with a perfect playlist. Wine and food was delightful, only downside was cold chips but the amazing, fresh food made up for it!

Really excellent pub, especially on the Tuesday night traditional Celtic music jam starting at 9 PM.

Sooooo, this place is a combo of an modern Irish pub meets Québécois fun. There was only the one bartender (Françoisworking about 25 patrons and he rocked it! Fast as hell and as friendly as one can be in a busy pub! Trust me I know cuz Ive been "in the weeds" behind the bar from working that side of the wood for over 15 years. Its not easy to to keep track of every order, pickup & clean glassware and still entertain your audience. Hats off and Très bien fait monsieur!

Very cozy little irish pub. The crew is extremely friendly. Good collection on alcohol too. Can be a squeeze for a big group.

Mano was so lovely. Made me a list of her favorite spots and was more than gracious to a solo traveler from New Orleans. I returned the next day and the bartender was kind as well. Lots of whiskey good beer. I recommend to anyone. -Sam

Relatively small menu and space! (I thought it was bigger.Nonetheless, a pretty good place! Beautiful building and warm atmosphere. I will go back earlier in the day to try some food next time!

Always a great place to have a drink. Staff is super nice. They now have a few beers from microbrewries, which is even better. Wood and bricks make it a charming decor.

Depending on who pours you Guiness, it can be a good pub. Old bar smell when you enter the place but the staff make up for it.

Cool and cozy little pub. Good micro brew selection. Lots of hard stuff as well.

Massive selection of whiskeys and scotch Very low key and relaxed. I am a fervent Guinness drinker and they pour the best pint in town, and thats the truth. The official Guinness certificats posted certifying several bartenders as having poured the perfect pint can back that up.

I fell in love with this place. Everhthing is perfecf, starting from the ambiance to the interior design to the staff. Definitely would recomment it! Just one minor detail that they do not serve any appetizers.

The terrace is cosy and nice. Always great memories are born around these tables. They are specialized in whiskey and organize amzing tasting events (in their bar but at your place as well). The selection of beers and ciders is also very good. I love the fact that you can try everything before ordering ! The staff is always extremely nice and helpful. Their playlist is based on great old tracks ! To me, the only downside is the fact that the bar is always packed and make it awkward to cross in order to reach the tables. It is also hard sometimes to reach the waiter (service at the bar only).
