The bartender showed us two bottles of vodka without telling us the price of each. Only after he poured us the shots he told us the price: 36 zloty!!!!!!!

They dont let bacherlor parties in. Cant speak for the actual place.

Went outside for a smoke and some fresh air after being in the dump they call a club . The bouncers wouldnt allow me back in after paying for entry. Really worn down place. Terrible

Rips off tourists, be carefull. Try to drink enough before you entry or do drugs. Drink are overcharged on the basis of you ordering them in english or not. Got charged more than 20 euros for a beer and a mix. Music is great tho.

I love techo and the Berlin underground scene, but this is not my type of place. Really worn down, hoerdes of drunken 18-years old and the bar prices is just insane for Poland and a place as neglected as this. And you have to pay 45PLN just to get in. Walk 15min away from city center and find mutch better places.

Worst place ever, you pay 30 zl to be kicked by bouncer! If Id be a man, Id answer, but as I girl I cant fight back a big guy, and its a big disappointment that a worker would treat that way a client

Ridiculous expensive for cracow and a complete dump of a club, even the most exclusive places are not asking 40pln entrance, 5pln a piece for vestitaire, 20pln for a beer or 50pln for a gin and tonic. Next to that it is way too hot, only 1 single airconditioner for hundreds of people and completely overcrowded to the point it is a danger to the public. It is obvious every single person is using prohibited substances otherwise this place would be empty. Needles to say we did not even finish our drinks and left within 20 minutes of entering only to be 160pln out of pocket.

I was on Prozak the first night I stay at Krakow, and I didnt trust it because of the review I already saw here. Well, if you want to get very drunk I dont recommend it because at first beers they told me to pay 15 zloty when I drink the third I needed to pay by cash because I didnt have enough card money so, they try to scam me 25 zloty (by cardand then by mistake I give to them 60 zloty and they returned me back like 21 zloty so they beer was 39 zloty when only 15 zloty was required for it. To thanks them I puke on the bar top. Cheers!

If ZERO stars was a place it’s here! I was assaulted but a random guy who knew the bouncers. He said he was a bouncer but not wearing a uniform. I was doing absolutely nothing wrong. Wrong place, wrong time. My wife was pushed down and knocked unconscious. I was strangled from behind not once… but twice and not one person in the establishment batted an eye. Everyone, including the bouncers, watched it happen and did not help. Then punched in the face and head multiple times. The person who assaulted my wife and I was protected by the bouncers.As a human being I have never witnessed anything more disgusting than this place. AMERICANS and anyone with self respect for another humans STAY AWAY!!!!

We had just left the club and were smoking a cigarette outside, the bouncers dragged someone out, hit him on his head and peppersprayed him while also pepperspraying in the vicinity of a dozen people. I got peppersprayed by accident and was in terrible pain for the next 30 minutes

Best club in Krakow, drink prices are average for clubs in the area, as long as you are not a a** hole the staff is really friendly even the bouncers, Ive stumbled out of this club many times and its worth it every time

The worst experience in my life. We wanted to go there with my friends, because we had bachelor’s part. We just wanted to have some fun. We were polite. They wouldn’t let us inside, because according to them, we were “organized party”. We had some “bride to be” stuff and they didn’t like it. We were shocked how arrogant people were communicating with us. After that (after we change some wordsthey told us if we put that “bride stuff” down, they would let us inside. Of course, we didn’t go there. So discriminating…..Instead of that we went to Shine :They didn’t judge.

Music wasnt too bad, was expecting techno room to be better. Some strange people down there. Bar staff werent very friendly, the bottom of one of the glasses completely broke away from the glass and the entire drink spilled through and the girl wouldnt give a new drink even though we just bought it.

Worst place ever. Rude workers and bodyguards. There are many cases of theft. Our jackets and other important things were stolen in there. Dont go.

Tourist trap, luckily I caught it immediately. Saw bouncers get unnecessarily rough with some guys that were already walking themselves out. You can tell by the vibe that its not a legitimate techno club. No love for the music, no attempt at cultivating atmosphere, no pride in there work. Just a cheap way to make money. Embarrassed for them.Responding to the response. I did go inside, was there for a good 20 minutes. I saw the guys walking on their own and the bouncers run up on them to attack them from behind. I had one overpriced drink and listened to one of the worst sets Ive ever heard. Maybe instead of arguing online, you could try to run a legitimate business. Seriously pathetic.

Very rude security guards. High prices. Moreover, they damaged my jacket, which I bought the same night, in the checkroom and say I cant claim they did it, although I have the receipt from there.

Me and my friends were not let to the club because we were looking too nice. I mean... you are for really I heard that you could look not smart enough and get the entry denide but to nice , never come back there again and not recomend.

Would not recommend, the bouncer was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. Also, the drinks are really expensive! So many better places to go in Krakow.

I dont really like to write reviews of any clubs because they are often snapshots.But! Here you have to clearly say that you will be ripped off at least on the weekends. Vodka-Orange for 50 PLN (think about ... what sums those are for Poles... there are no bar cards that define a fixed price.The bartenders immediately threaten to throw you out if you point it out.As soon as you order in English you will be tricked....It is best if a Pole places the order.In any case, you should take legal action here, as it is fraud. Poland falls under EU law.There are cases like this in Hungary ... and legal action is being taken against them.Unfortunately I only had this experience in Pozak.Im also a little disappointed as Ive been coming to Poland for years. And to be ripped off by my brothers as a half Hungarian is actually a cheek.

Dont know what to say. No where in the FB event has been described about dress code. I dont know Techno Parties have dress code. Last night (23-Oct-2021I was wearing decent enough clothes (White and Blue Stripe T-shirt and JeansThe cashier at the entrance told Im not allowed to enter because of the clothes Im wearing. I dont know that I need to wear suit and tie for a Techno Party. I have never felt like this in any club except in Prozak 2.0 and I dont like use the racism card, but being an Indian I felt I was thrown into a Racism pit.

If you are a tourist/foreigner, they will try to scam you as much as possible. They tried to charge me for entry 70zloty (£14which I know is too much in comparison to other bars and clubs. My friend also told me that when visiting the place, they bouncers will say that the card declines couple of times in which actually your card is charged, and after third time they will let you in. So in total you could spend 210zloty (£42for entry alone because they try to take as much money from you as possible. Once they hear that you speak English at the bar, they will double charge you also.

Recommended by a friend at work who visited Krakow last year - liked the vibe, drinks were reasonably priced, music wasnt bad. Had a good night in there and it felt tourist friendly. Lots of different bars inside so queues werent too long. After leaving down the street, my friend realised that he completely forgot to collect his coat from the cloakroom, so had to go back and speak to the bouncers to ask for it back. They were approachable and really helpful in getting it sorted straight away which left a great impression of the place.

As another person noticed, be careful with overpriced drinks! My friend just paid 60 PLN for gin and tonic. Apparently because shes a foreigner, thats a real terrible scam. Also, the staff is very unpleasant and harsh.

Horrific experience. Completely vile, racist bouncers. They ruined a perfect weekend for my sisters 40th saying our faces didnt fit and we were too posh? They were aggressive and threatened to hurt us for questioning why we couldnt come in. Disgraceful and upsetting. Until that point we had loved out experience in Poland.

BEWARE OF PRICES WHEN PAYING WITH CARD!As many, many of the other reviews here are saying, they will at least double the prices for drinks if you are a foreigner or tourist. These prices are completely unreasonable and substantially higher than other bars and clubs in Krakow.As for the club, it was trashy to say the least. A lot more men than women in there and some were clearly on drugs dancing to the terrible hardcore music.Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

I want to say about the unpleasant situation that happened last night . We went there with everyone from our group from Pub Crawl and after some time decided to go outside because it was stuffy enough inside. We wanted to go back, but the guards and the host girl said “no re-entry”! After they closed the doors right in front of us and high-fived each other(we saw this through the front doors). Unprofessional service and insanely expensive prices at the bar!

Pros: excellent speakers, esp. on 1st floor; quality DJs; reasonable entry fee (50 zloty); enough people to dance until late (dance floor at 80% capacity at 04:00); lots of private nooks to hang out with a significant other if youve got one; two dance areas with slightly different music stylesCons: 9:1 male:female ratio at 03:00; dance floor is more of the "small sweaty basement" variety (the bar occupies two basement floors -- the upstairs was closed), with minimal lighting effects

One of the worst places I had been in my life. Unfriendly people, tourist trap at it finest. Avoid at all costs.1- 30zl for entrance and some people paid more or less (if they are poles normally less)2- Ordered gin and tonic and wanted to charge me 60zl for double dose and 34zl for a single one.3- bar downstairs the girl serving totally unfriendly and saying that dont like when i ask her to serve me when she was serving other polish people first.4- Every single person that work in the bar charge more from foreigners and less from locals/poles and all of them are very unfriendly without any type of proper training or anything.5- Music a bunch of remixes worse than the original music. People that goes there is in general wasted and dont care about music.Tips to improve: Train your staff because they are not friendly at all. People that work with people NEED TO BE RESPECTFUL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.There is no list with fixed prices and or they are robbing the owner or the owner itself allows that. Everyone charge what they want. Its a totally mess.Clean the place. I know its a city with a castle, etc. But you really want to live in medieval era?The sound system is good, really equalized. the location is pretty good and the internal space with room for improvements.Check all the reviews here. You must be earning a pretty good money for now but if keep going as it is...

Dont go to this MAFIA club!!I tell you what happened to me: at the end of the night I ordered 2 shots for me and my friend and then the waitress, all of a sudden, gave me 4 shots, one long drink and a bill of 106 zlotis!! As I refused to pay such a high bill because I hadnt ask for those drinks, the bouncers came around me and started beating me up repeatedly in order to make me pay!!They were beating me until I paid something I hadnt even asked for.Thats the way they treat foreign people in there. So think it twice before going there, you could be the next one.

Said to be one of the best clubs in Krakow? That’s sad.. we paid the entrance fee, drank one drink and left. Horrible music, expensive drinks, strange people.. really nothing to see, like a village disco.

Beware! Was charged £30 for two drinks at the top level bar. 😳 30 minutes later it was £10 for two identical drinks in the downstairs (undergroundbar. They must have served drinks in gold plated glasses in the bar upstairs. :)Cool venue otherwise. Good music on the techno floor. It was a fun night regardless of a hiccup in the beginning.

Ridiculously over priced place. Paid £35 for two double vodkas and lemonade!!!! Far from the experience and price range that the rest of Krakow nightlife has to offer!note: we did not order belveder or Grey goose. we asked for basic vodka

Had a great techno evening. The quality of the sound in the basement is very nice, there is also a good atmosphere. Prices beer are okay but special drinks are to high priced.The only thing that was really bad, was the waiting line for the jackets. There was one guy working but working very slow. It took me nearly 20 minutes to bring my coat to the warobe and 10 to get it when I wanted to go home. Waiting line was there nearly al night.

The place and the sound-system are great! But the night I visited it the "DJ" playing was using a pre-recorded set all night long. Such a disappointment specially when you wanted to get into the underground music scene

Recommendable.❤ Since I met this club party mainly there. characteristic. Filled with good variety of music. They value as far as the bar, but they do not differ from the price of clubs on a similar level. Anyway, as you want to drink well you have to pay;)

I came to the conclusion that the only real reason to go there is if you are a local and theres a good booking. If you are a tourist you might as well listen to the artist you are after in another city in an ACTUAL club. Watch out what you order. If you are drunk-negligent, prices can get 100th floor cocktail bar expensive for none of the experience, and theres none of the usual, were here to make you have a good time, attitude. Bar staff will behave like a petty merchant. If theres no specific booking, youll end up dancing to some teenage, weak quality trap music. Place for trendy locals to show off - absolutely. Music lovers club - not remotely.

I really like the parties there, I mean the music in general. It is my favorite club in Kraków for sure just because of that. But there are many minuses, the problem is that I havent find yet anything better here. I do not like that it is in the basement, so it is very stifling when there are many people (so, mostly on every good party). I do not like the long to a club, then to a wardrobe, then to a toilet, then to a wardrobe again. I do not like the service because if you are inattentive (or do not ask before about the price), they will charge you double if not worse.
