Place so nice but I would recommend the management to buy a standby generator. Waiting for hours for the technician to restore power was bad experience

Very pathetic place. Food is very bad. You have to wait for more than 1:30hrs to get the food. Only two waiters and hard to find them. Overall , don’t waste your valuable time here.

Protea Katima Mulilo is amazing you have a nice view of the mighty Zambezi River

Great view of the river. The food and drinks quality is quite good. The rooms are clean, spacious and have all the amenities one would need. Its far enough from the town centre which makes it ideal for a quiet, revitalising time away. The staff know what theyre doing, very friendly and engaging. The breakfast is outstanding! A huge variety of cheeses, spreads, cold meats, cereals and breads. Even the coffee had variety. The place does need some maintenance and the drinks prices are quite high.

Outstanding property for this area. Beautiful restaurant, riverside & sunset views. Staff, especially Adrano at the front desk, are knowledgeable about the area and flexed the reservation to support and improve my travel plans. Easy to get to with a short drive into town so youre not stuck out somewhere.

The most beautiful camping site along the banks of the Zambezi River. Unfortunately the ablutions (although cleandid not have hot water in all the showers.

Beautiful Zambezi river view, staff friendly. However the entrance and dining areas are very untidy. Spiderwebs and spiderd are the order of the day. My room had cockroaches.

Only had breakfast there. Lovely view of Zambezi. Food average. Hotel in need of serious maintenance. Bathrooms/ guest toilets in sad state

Terrible dirty place. Our room was filled with insects , the sofa was filthy I was afraid to put my bag on it even. The cleaning staff had emptied the contents for a vacuum cleaner in front of our room. The door doesn’t open or close without almost breaking it. The pool looks like a swamp.What a dirty place with no character and no soul.The toilet seat was also broken

Beautiful spot. Average rooms and service need some upgrading. For potential I rate it 5/5. Let’s give the guest the experience they deserve for traveling to our lovely country and one of the best regions in Namibia.
