They have quality meals at best prices in Tamale. Their meals are tasty and their priority is customer satisfaction. Theres outdoor seating during the evening. The environment is friendly too. With as little as ten cedis, you can satisfy you cravings and fill your belly. The place is a few meters away from the Aliu Mahama sports stadium in Tamale. Though there are a lot of competitors around but progress stands out.

Fast food. Jolof rice & fried chicken was delicious and inexpensive. They have a decent selection of chilled soft drinks. Super friendly staff. A great place to grab a bite or a drink while your car is being washed or repaired at the bays next door.
