As first timer, yes expensive. But theres no limit in eating and staying (until closed hours)... another, they have foods to offer (w/ fruits and desserts and may more). So, its up to you how to enjoy until youve satisfied wity your payment.

Their food is fresh and delicious. The ambiance is good and relaxing. There are also halls for exclusive dining/celebrations/business meetings. They have desserts too like make your own halo-halo, lots of appetizers, side dishes, and they serve fresh-from-the-grill hotdogs, fish(?), pork bbq, etc.

I visited this place last September and i loved the place. Good food and had enough variety of Filipino dishes. 5 Days ago, we arrived there after 2pm and they were already closed. So you need to remember that lunch ends at 2 and they begin aervin dinner at 5pm.

The food is great but I cant say that it is the best and my favorite food. The food was average. When it comes to, service they are excellent, I still recommend this though.

the place opens up really early, and it is wheelchair accessible. but you have to be really early the place gets crowded easily. the food served are mostly Filipino traditional cuisine. the price range is reasonable. they also have a souvenir corner if you wish to purchase local products you have tasted during your meals.

Its a buffet house serving a variety of mostly Filipino dishes. It is one of the many choices of restaurants you can have after shopping at Victoria plaza mall. The restaurant is just right at the back of the Victoria Plaza mall.

For an all-you-can-eat buffet, they do not have lots of choices in their menu unlike before. Ambience is nice and fits the name Probinsya. Loved the desserts especially the durian float.

This is a great buffet with traditional filipino foods. The price for breakfast cant be beat nor can the local organic coffee if you are an expat who doesnt like instant. Before moving to Davao we would come in early just to go here for breakfast when it was time to renew my visa. Since moving here I have also started having lunch here a few times a month.

Not only they are budget-friendly but with friendly crew. Not a place to satisfy your food craving though, but it opens as early as 7am for customers who need to eat filipino breakfast. Id rather spending less than 300 pesos for breakfast here than at the unhealthy fastfood.Havent tried their lunch and dinner menu.

Probinsya is our favorite place for that hearty breakfast buffet that doesnt break the budget. They offer a wide selection of Filipino breakfast viands, ensaladas and kakanins. Aside from breakfast, they also serve buffet during lunch and dinner.

Food is not good anymore than the last time I had breakfast with the restaurant. I think thats not what 250 pesos deserved. Moreover, when I requested a staff over the egg counter to cook me an omelet and semi side up egg it never happened. Its just too disappointing that I waited for nothing. Thats just two thumbs down for customer service and satisfaction. The only good thing I can say is that their pinoy snacks are really pinoy and that it tasted fairly well.

If you want to have a buffet breakfast thats filling and not too hard on your pockets - then go here. They have a wide spread from garlic fried rice to longganisa, adobo, salted fish and eggs - typical Filipino breakfast meals. Whats more: they have native salad like kangkong, camote tops, saluyot and pako mixed with local sauce and garnishings - the vegetarians will love it. Aside from this, whats to look forward to are their native delicacies or "kakanins" like palitaw, cuchinta, puto bumbong which they have all-year round. My husbands fave here: their dinuguan with puto. They also serve native chocolate( sikwateto down all those food. Perfect to start your day! They also offer buffet for lunch and dinner but havent tried them. We usually go here for early breakfast - right after doing fasting from blood exams. Waitstaff are courteous and accommodating, too.

Probinsya Davao. From early breakfast to a late dinner, they dont dissapoint. A nice "Probinsya" atmosphere making you feel like you really are not in the city. The choice of food for this buffet leans on the more traditional style of the Filipino cuisine. A very nice and cozy place to eat and not to mention easy on the pockets :). If you are ever around, I recommend eating here. Twitter: @Obi1kanobi14

This one of the many good value buffet establishments in Davao City but I am glad to give it four stars because of the range and diversity of the food on offer. Almost all Philippines style.I sometimes have guests from Europe on their first visit to The Philippines, this where I like to take them for a first introduction to Pinoy food.Lots of parking out front.

Their breakfast buffet is pretty much the only reason why I eat here. The choices are excellent if you love Filipino breakfast food. Nothing complicated. Just simple and straight up good food. Service is great as well.

WARNING!So it is my wifes birthday. She is excited and invites a few friends. Our friends have little girls and so do we. Since we were paying for the meal we looked for a buffet that was not so expensive and didnt charge for kids under 5 since even our 5 year old will only eat a few bites of anything when we go out.My wife asked the manager if we would be charged for the children because if they were going to charge us we would keep looking for another restaurant. The manager said if the children eat from the adults plate we would not be charged. So we sat down and began to eat. Shortly after we sat down the manager began staring our way as if we were going to steal the table. Then she roamed over to our table and said something in the native tongue of which I dont speak. Even though I dont speak the language I have seen the body language many times before. I knew she was up to something. My wife and our guess were not aware of what was to come. Being from America, I wasnt keen on eating in this restaurant for a few reasons anyway. I will attempt to speak for most Americans when saying that we dont like food displayed without cough guards and heated well. This food had neither.Being that I am not fond of Filipino food for the most part, I will only speak to my taste. There were only a few items I could eat a little of but being that it was cold and not covered from the public breathing or coughing on, I wasnt excited in the first place at the thought of eating here but it is my wifes birthday after all so I put up with it for that reason.By the time we finished eating and my wife asked for the bill (I dont know why Filipino restaurants dont look to see when you are finished eating and offer you the billbut that is something I have a problem with in general here in the Philippines. Anyway, when my wife received the bill she was surprised that we were charged for half price for the three year old, 4 year old and 5 year old that eat a few bits of desserts only after we were assured they would not be included in the bill. Arguments went on for a few minutes in Filipino language and for that reason and the fact that I suggested we didnt go to this restaurant in the first place, I didnt say anything.Afterwards is when I found out that management changed up after we had eaten and decided to charge for the three children.I know this is a long review but I am happy my wife has decided never to return to this restaurant. It is not a place for Americans in the first place. If you dont mind paying $7 for cold, bland, unprotected food and an unpredictable bill, then go for it.
