DFW International Airport, Terminal D, DFW Airport, TX 75261, United States, Euless
Priority Pass Lounge - Lounge in Euless, United States
Pretty disappointing experience at this lounge. Food selection was limited and had been sitting out for quite some time. Bartender had zero sense of urgency despite a large line. Seating was quite old and distressed. Empty tables were left covered in used cups and flatware. Front desk staff were polite and welcoming.
DFW lounges are not easy accessible, only one on terminal D. Better lounge availability on international airports. I don’t believe is worth the money for frequent travelers.
This place is small, I was told that I cant use the place because my flight left let more then 3 hours and they had a 3 hour rule, mean while there where peoply in there for over 4 hours, very poor management and needs help
Love the lounges at the Lima airport and in Dallas airport
Very good but not showers
Great hideaway for a break when passing through
Perfectly located with high quality free meals and bar.
Good place for drinks & coffee. Food spread isn’t vast. Got limited options
First time at this lounge and it was very comfortable.Be sure to have your membership requirements out and ready.
Nice hot chocolate...
Place is crowded, hot, regular food. Good attitude from the hosts. Still much better than waiting at the gate
Very limited food options
Had a 6hour lay over and was hoping to spend it in the Lounge. When I got there I was turned away because they only let people in that have a flight within 3hours of there check in.
Bad customer service. Its been more than two weeks and no reply. Not worth being membership anymore
Ive found that Priority Pass is better internationally than in the states. There are much better clubs in almost all of the major US cities. This one in Dallas is pretty good. Has a bit of a weird setup, like they are forcing the floor-plan to work, but it still is better than not having a club experience at all. I had a nice soup over rice for dinner and cookies for dessert. Im not a drinker, but had plenty of soda. There were some other snacks too. Ive been a couple times and overall its pretty nice.
Very bad company, they charged me without my approval! I sent an email, their response was so out of order, they did not return my money!
Small seating area at a rather limited "buffet". Soup was great though. There are some comfy chairs on the same upper level outside the Priority Pass lounge entrance. Staff was very helpful getting us in and answering questions.
Hard to find. long lineups. Very little food choice. Hardly a place to relax. The two stars are solely earned by the good staff members specially the bartender.
One of the best spicy bloody Marys Ive had, nice ambiance, nice food options as well
Really poor. No food. No drinks. So sad that Amex don’t check the companies which they partner with.Better to have a coffee at Starbucks
Over crowded and no longer a value for the cost of membership. Waited 20 mins and out of several items. Internet is slow
Nice, but limited food selection, that never appears to change. Also, the bartender had no idea what she was doing.
The lounge is split, so a strange setup. Soup was not very flavorful, tortilla roll (not much filling at all inside), nice coffee machine but doesnt make strong coffee. Disappointed for a loungeand yes I know it is during Covid times but that doesnt mean the few things they offer shouldnt be flavorful. Have been to much better lounges.
Wow. That was exactly what I needed. Theres a buffet of small eats like wraps, soup, and salad. Theres also open bar, a quiet area, and a bathroom with a shower.
The space is incredibly small. I would doubt you could get more than 20 people into the space. Not a typical lounge that I am used to. I certainly would not pay for the experience. The purpose of an airport lounge is to escape the masses not place yourself into a more crowded space. There are too many nice areas in DFW to retreat to.
A little disappoint compared to other clubs. Limited liquor selection and lack of knowledge by staff.
Its a bit small, so it gets crowded, but the staff go above and beyond. It was a nice place to have coffee, breakfast, and check some emails.
Decent amount of food selection but the seating arrangement is a bit awkward.
Mediocre food, no seating, and none of their 4 wifi networks work at all. Completely infuriating
Clean, friendly staff, but does get busy. Overall nice lounge!
Small, and very crowded. Basic selection of foods and drinks. The bartender was an agreeable person
Too small for an airport of this size. When I attempted to visit there was a line of people waiting for a seat! No thanks.
Very small place always very crowded its hard to find a seat
Nice, quiet lounge. Decent coffee and food. I couldnt connect to the WiFi and there was only a single unisex bath with a shower, so it was hard to get in.
Such a disappointment. In such a big airport like DFW you would expect a better lounge. Instead its small, food its ok, there are very few seats both in the dining room and in the relaxing room, and it seems like if they have only 10 plates and 10 forks because we had to wait Everytime we got something to eat. We ended up seating in their privacy room consisting in office chairs and a desk. The staff at the reception is rude as well as some of the servers. They have only one bathroom with shower so when my husband was using, one of the staff came to me and told me to go to another bathroom because someone had to shower. These 4 hours will be very long.
This rating is for the newly opened "the Club"Crowded and not a lot of good food going on. Split floor plan is a little confusing. Some great views of the concourse if you can find a place to sit. Its like they packed too much into a bad space.Staff was super friendly to me.#travelformortals
Decent lounge, lunch seems much better than breakfast. Kind of small and has a weird layout.
Crying babies should be banned. But really, I went there to get some sleep. This became impossible when a lady with her baby and a staff member decided to stand in front of my door and have a conversation. The baby was the quiet one.
The lounge has two separate rooms with a good amount of seating. Lots of food and drink choices.
Poor and measerable. No decent food avaliable, only poor sandwiches and burgers.Coffee machine is broken. You need to pay for the drink which I never seen before in somewhere else lounge. Hotwater is tempid.Eating instant noodles and rice noodles in the lounge.
Turned away on two occasions because too crowded. I got in once and popcorn for snacks and that was all. Staff said I did have a priority pass until I showed it. Bad attitudes.
This was the worst priority lounge so far. Its a space rather than a lounge. We went to our gate and It was nicer than this lounge.
Run out of food and space, no place to sit. Some of the staff members were rude. Definitely not worth it.
Easily one of the worst lounges in the network. They shove everyone in a tiny closet and "serve" stale snacks and a tiny assortment of drinks. staff are rude. this place is only slightly better than just sitting out in the terminal. only seats like 15, so you probably wont even get a seat.
If I could give PP a rating of 0 stars I would. I have had the PP for 2 months now and every time I go to use it (6 timesthe wait is between 30-45 minutes. Unless you want to get to the airport 3 hours before your flight then I guess it could be useful. On the other hand, Ive never been inside the lounge so I cannot comment on if that stage of the journey is worth it.
I have Priority Pass as a credit card “benefit”. The lounges are much less appealing than they seem in the marketing photos. The staff are not helpful and the app is virtually worthless. The Chase Sapphire Reserve card should drop Priority Pass and focus it’s resources on other partners or benefits to cardholders.
The woman in the front desk was very kind, but when we entered, it felt like we were bothering the staff. If you are looking for a place to sleep between flights, DONT GO THERE. They enter to check that you are not sleeping every 2 minutes. Theres barely any variety of snacks.
Very bad experience. No room for anything, very small place with people waiting outside; few food with no variety. People is not allowed to close the eyes on the sofa because is forbidden to sleep!! OMG... Never again.
Pretty lame..not unlike the waiting area at a Jiffy Lube. Barely any food. Only positive is complimentary beer and wine. Be prepared for a waiting list as well! Woman out front will have you wait and when you are granted access youll find several empty seats! Horribly managed and Overall disappointing.
Having to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour in the reception area near the elevators since the lounge is filled to capacity. Not what I expected with
