Taylor Walker pub serving real ales in traditional space with dark-wood furniture and red ceiling.
Amazing English Pub! Food, and atmosphere are great! I go here every time I have a chance, while in London!
Wonderful cozy pub with tasty fish/chips. Bangers and mash was great too!
Nice beer. Good vibe. Great location, what else anyone can ask for at the end of the dayThe idea of renting powerbank is brilliant!!!And second beer is even better than first one
A group of us had booked in advance and even with the advance notice the food was incrediblely slow and sporadic. And the beef on the roast dinner was completely inedible it had been re heated so many times it was a tough as leather.
Great afternoon spent there. Food great, staff particularly helpful
Great portions and prices, had an excellent meal. After visiting another Prince of Wales for a light snacks we decided this location has better chips!
Great vibe. Didnt eat, but menu looked great. Nice vegan options. Like actual vegan cheese and mayo for beyond meat sliders and burgers. Win!
I booked 3 weeks ago and visited the pub a week ago to speak to the Manager, he assured me a long table for my group of 21 people would be ready for our arrival on Sunday 18th September, due to Covid only 17 could dine. On arrival our table was not ready, however this was attended to whilst we ordered drinks. We ordered our meals, what arrived was disgusting, the food was cold, some of it inedible, including the fish & chips! the vegetables in dishes had to be reheated, service was so slow the last diner was served 1& half hours after ordering! A dreadful experience, never to be repeated as none of my party will ever visit a Greene King pub again. I have tried to complain on the Greene King web site, but surprise, surprise, the complaints page does not function. I have to give a one star rating to flag the Post button, otherwise it would be no stars. Avoid this pub
This is an ok place to grab a beer. Good selection.
VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING: Food was just the right amount, superbly cooked and very reasonably priced. I will definately be returning.
This place is a great find, just steps away from Kensington High Street. Good selection on-tap, and also cider, wine and gin if that is your thing! Casual atmosphere
Nice pub with classic pub favorites
Nice little pub tucked of the main high street! You could easily walk by this place and not notice it.Nice little pub, reasonably priced food and drink.Clean place with friendly staff.I would certainly recommend this as a nice little, cozy British pub!
Cosy pub in the heart of Kensington. Good selection of food and drinks on offer and the staff were pleasant!
Asked for my camera discount, and they just said the tills are faulty so cant take it.So walked out and left the drink on the bar
My go to near home watering hole. Love the vibes and of course the service which is with all smiles around all the time. Definitely my go to feel good pub.
Nice pub. Good beer and food.
I dont know about you, but my idea of a pub experience means hitting up places that arent crowded but probably are a big hit on the weekends or most evenings. I visited Prince of Wales right when they opened at high noon, which meant I was the only one. Being the full blown tourist, I indulged in fish and chips that were not greasy, I am pleased to say. The vibe is that of a true pub, with far greater offerings than I could partake. Im curious to know the social vibe in this small-scale establishment, but that will have to be for another time...or someone elses review!
Very peculiar. Very British. Cool place. Beer are fantastic. We tried a couple of draft ones. Enjoyed at well. Recommended
Great food and wonderful atmosphere. Staff were friendly and service was quick!
Green at the Greene! Great fish and chips as well as the sampler appetizer as a meal. Cheers
Pleasant pub. Good atmosphere. Good range of beers
Nice pub, which is bigger than it looks from outside. Watched the football in here on a large screen. Nice variety of Beers on tap, would have given a 5* but the barmaid had a face as long as your arm.
Love the placeNice food good service. The fish and chips is very nice and bigA big variety of gin
Interesting place, pub food fairly good cider was great.
Food is awful, ordered and out minutes later. Had chicken, came out cold sent back for a new one and it was still cold. Bad stomach few hours later.Nice looking pub, beer ok too
A great pub for spending the evening with friends. Good food and good beers.
Great food, welcoming trad pub in a sea of trendy venues that you need a gold card to be seen in. Worth a stop by.
Great food and Great Service! The staff was excellent! Incredible Indian food and Awesome Thai!
Great place. Superb service. Nice food. The cocktails were really well made. We had a great time there!
Only stopped by for drinks this time. Good selection of mainly Greene King real ales and Timothy Taylor Landlord when I visited. Appeared to be well kept.
Food and prices are alright for Kensington (between 10 and 15 £ per main). Nothing fancy, but good portions and a wider selection of things - from burgers, over pies to fish n chips. The staff is friendly but its self-service. So all in all, its a good place for an easy dinner with some beers - not more not less.
Best pub in the area! The staff was super nice and very responsive. The food was pretty good too! Will be coming back for sure.
Great atmosphere, excellent service. We went there 3 times during our 1 week trip in London and all 3 times were great. They have a nice selection of drinks and the food was pretty good. I will definitely visit again on my next trip to London 😁
Great food and beer. Only recommend chips instead of mash potatoes, it tasted like from powder, but dinner was great 😁
Nice pub in the most popular place of London, Kensington Church street. A sport pub, that is why we have gone there to watch a football match of Milan, an Italian team. But we have had a good dinner at the same time as well as a pint of good beer. Lots of different dishes and absolutely good: from fish and cheeps and beer buttered fish to hamburger and rolls and woodland mushrooms pie. Good mixed vegetables salad. Professional and kind staff.
Nice little pub. Enjoyed drink and meal both of which were very nice and great value for money.
Excellent place, great food amazing service,Stephan was very kind thoughtful and considerate as well as professional at all times,,Making sure we were both happy with the food ,,Absolutely will definitely be returningBest fish and chips I can ever remember eating
This was such a cute pub (and cute guy on the bar, but thats another story). Wasnt at all busy, so service was fast and very friendly. Decor was good and well maintained, and the food delivery was pretty quick too.
We went there for an evening with friends. The pub is quite charming but small. The staff was super nice and welcoming. We decided to stay to eat. The mash and sausages with gravy sauce was correct in terms of quality, even if slightly expensive. Anyway, good spot to have drinks ;)
Stopped for lunch at this nice pub. Service was great. I had the fish and chips and it was excellent. My friend had a toastie and tomato soup. A very good. We would go back
Good selection of drinks, sport on TV, welcoming atmosphere and great food in a traditional pub. Recommended.
I really loved this boozer - proper London pub - great food excellent beer - lovely friendly staff - lovely and comfortable pub
Great experience and will most definitely go back! Super friendly and polite staff, great selection of beers - on tap and bottled, and even gluten free options! We ordered fries and chicken wings and both were absolutely gorgeous! The peri peri sauce is quite spicy, and nut free. I would go back for the fries alone, but everything was really really nice! Great pub.
Great pub always enjoy it in here. Friendly staff great seats
Cracking little pub great atmosphere and service. Very popular with the locals it seems always a good sign.
Good place for a drink, but would definitely not be coming back for food. Fish and chips were below average. Seemed like they had left the fish in the fryer...
All over experience:Nice pub with locals and tourists, friendly staff. Got for a short or longer break.Beverage: large variety of beer and Gin. And I choice of seasonal hot drinking stuff tooFood: Traditionel things such as the sunday roast and Sandwiches as well. Good qualityStaff: friendly and helpfulLocation: cosy and warm not to big in this beatiful part of the city.
Location (HSK - very central), staff, music, drinks and the vegan options. First time I ate vegan ice cream, what was really good.
A great pub with wonderful selections and great food. We shared two appetizers and were not disappointed. I absolutely loved the Strawberry & Lime Cider!
