5 star hotel?? Huh... more like -5 star...Food was a disaster and room service never shows up and engeeniers came at 1 am ... there were a bus for shrine but always late for about half an hour... we tried to talk to manager but we couldnt even see him in entire 4 days...

Bad service, unmaintained rooms, breakfast items finish by 10 am and the will not bring any replacement while breakfast ends by 11am, rooms are not cleaned properly

This is number one hotel in karbala you can find everything you need it you can spend a good time with your family the food was amazing the staff was very good they serve me 24-hours

Not a 5 star hotel as they claim.I stayed for 2 nights ( bedroom and living room with one view),I Made a reservation by phone and when arrived there was nothing in my name so consider that in crowded season.and:- No room service.- No laundry service.- Heating in cold nights not working.+ But a decent breakfast meal.I Dont recommend this hotel for a vacation.

Terrible service! Probably the worst hotel Ive ever been to. The staff are very rude, toilet flush didnt work and leak from the room above to the bathroom and the hotel staff didnt fix it or change my room. The restaurant food was way below average! Not fresh, not clean and taste was sickening.I would NOT recommend anyone going there!

Very big hotel with around 10+ floor, reception is very Cooperative, with restaurant available in the hotel, having lift facility for all the floors. Toilets available in each room, few having Indian and western toilets. They accept only cash. Hot water and AC available and tv also available

Great service, great staff, great amenities, too many happy faces and welcoming staff. The price might seem high but its sincerely worth it. Everytime I plan to visit Holy Karbala, this hotel will be my first option.

Very clean and new looking, but only 2 lifts (one at each end of the lobbyand it’s not enough as people queue a long time for them. Some of the rooms have windows looking into the bathroom from the bedroom. And some rooms are very smelly because of inadequate a/c. The lobby is central and all of the rooms are on corridors which are overlooking the main lobby from about 12 floors above with a glass elevator and glass surrounding barrier - a very high drop which is not safe as the glass barrier has a huge dangerous gap at the bottom! Also it’s a long walk to the haram - but there is a shuttle bus apparently. If you miss it at night it’s at least 30 minutes to walk. The restaurant was clean and there was good food available.

Everything about the hotel was worth 5 stars..the service, the cleanliness, the open buffet breakfast, the rooms were very well set up ..the bathrooms were spacious and there is a free shuttle that drops you and picks you up from Imam Husseins shrine area.The only advice I would give is dont take a room that faces the back of the hotel which is where the generator is located which was quite loud when it was on. Apart from that I would go again!

Rayhaana Rothana is a very famous hotel in Karbala iraq. Good servies and fresh air rooms. Have a good restaurant.

We had nice stay there and the shuttle service was punctual and great. Unfortunately we did not enjoy the wellness center as they were undergoing some maintainance. Would stay there again!

It was a very nice, quiet, clean and private hotel to stay in if you visit Karbalaa. It is may be the best in Karbalaa in term of cost vs service value.Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel. Im having a pleasant time here right now. The staff are super friendly. The hotel provided me with free access to the restaurant for breakfast despite my booking was without breakfast. They also changed my room because I wanted a room with a bathtub and while waiting my new room to get ready, they hosted me in the terrace coffee shop and when I asked for the bill they informed me that its for free with an apology because I didnt like the first room. The rooms are spacious, absolutely clean, and elegant. I will definitely come back.

Super great for many reasons, due to the mistake of my travel agent, my booking was not available, the hotel checked me in till my agent send it, the reception and management treat me well, the food was superb honestly during dinner and the staff are very very friendly, seems their slogan "just ask and we say Ok

Had a chance to stay there for 3 nights. from the moment you enter the hotel the staff will treat you like a King. The rooms are amazingly quiet, the bathroom feels like a spa. The Staff is amazing and will make you feel like you are at home. My only complaint is that wifi is not free and the buffet is a bit pricy. I tried several other high end hotels in Karbala and they dont come close to the comfort and service of Rotana. Will definitely come back and stay there on my next trip Inshallah.
