Primus Hotel & Resort in Naga

Superb place!!!

Well probably depends on your taste. Food was superb! Room is clean for a provincial stay, pool is purely clean, they have live band when we went there this weekend. Will definitely be back with our families!

Their venue is so spacious

We did not stay on their hotel. Weve tried their buffet thrice and always having issues with our reservations. Food was not that good. We thought it will change but not. We went there earlier to have their last buffet and still no good, they will be closing their buffet for good. Villa Caceres - RJs Buffet was good compare here.

Very expensive for the rooms, I would not stay here

Rooms are nice but the service could be better. We held an event there and as the days went, parang pa onti yung food. Far frlm city center, not accessible unless you have a car

Primus has it all! This place has everything you need - a hotel, resto, indoor/outdoor Cafe, pool, very pretty gardens, outdoor activities (like airsoft and dartsand an event venue!The food is great in terms of quality and variety! There are food specialties that come with the seasons!

Okay lang pero may langaw yung resto nila. Yuck. Needs more maintenance and cleaning. Hindi sulit ang bayad sa food. More like mag villa caceres nlng kaysa dito.

The place is nice and clean. The Garden buffet is Great! The athmosphere is comfortable and cool. Nice to hold a party and any event. Pricey.

Poor service. When guests need help staff just looks vacantly. Paid for a package with room. After paying for it they told us that it was considered as checking out. We couldnt use the room for the night. They had the audacity to charge again for the room. Do not come here

Very slow service, incomplete food order if the order was left unnoticed, late mentioning of juice being out of stock and changed into softdrinks instead.

My husband lost his gadget while in the cafeteria during a special occasion spent in this hotel and the management wont let him see the cctv footages with reason that there were electricity disruption during the exact time the item were lost..

This is a good place to enjoy bonding with the family! Its a hotel and resort in one! They got package when you want to enjoy the resort only and that comes with free foods already! :With accomodating staff you will surely enjoy the place!Its certain this 2020 Summer we will be there again!!! :Plans have been made and agreed already! Will be coming back again! :)

Approachable staff,crew ang guards

We stayed in this resort hotel during the 2019 Peñafrancia festivities , we immediately like the place as we were cordially welcome by the front desk personnel. The atmosphere is cool, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is alright and reasonably priced. Breakfasts were excellent.. we’ll surely book in this hotel in our next trip to Naga City.

Training hall was huge, and staff were helpful and pleasant. Meals were good, too.
