Prime Gold Hotel - in Iwo, Nigeria
Services are Moderately good
Cool place
My first encounter at the Prime gold hotel was nothing to write home about. To start with, I entered the premises with no security on site, and no one questioned me as I walked in. On getting to the reception, no receptionist was available to attend to me. I stood at the reception for more than 15minutes, shouting, "Who is here? Receptionist? Is anyone there? I overheard conversations amongst the other staff members, mumbling, Where did mama receptionist go?"I saw a flyer at the reception, and I called the phone number on it three times, no response, so I left the premises. When I was heading out, no one showed up to question me or respond to my needs. Then I got a call from the number I had dialed earlier, and he said I should wait up and that hell send me the chairmans number and I should ask the chairman for whatever I wanted 🤣. I asked the person what his job description was at Primegold hotel. He said he is the Managing Director🤣🤣🤣🤣. Then it dawned on me that they were not ready for business. I just told him that I dont need to go through the stress of calling your chairman all because I want to get a room.🤣🤣I am not going back to that place for any reason. They wont get any ratings from me for wasting my precious time.👎👎👎👎👎Staff management 0Hospitality 0Services 0
The service is extremely poor. The staff are completely unprofessional. You will never see them when you need them. The kitchen, the Bar , the security and gate persons are all nothing to write home about.
Excellent
Good
Hotel is a very good place to lodge for a few days.Although the security there is not safe.
Classic
If it’s a modern facility they should have their number on google for people to call when they want to make reservations
During your visit to Osun-Osogbo Sacred Grove, Prime Gold Hotel Osogbo is your go to for a convenient accommodation.Free WiFi in public areas, free self-parking, and a restaurant are among the amenities available
Absolutely satisfied
This is a good place to relax, good environment and car park, all cars parked in the compound will be washed before day break. The management is doing well.
Good
Its a cool place and the environment is safe, I love the neatness of hotel generally.
A nice to pass the night. Though not too sophisticated, but OK.
Nice hotel. Enjoyed my time there.
Nice driver and it was a very beautiful experience
The environment was conducive and the service is top notch
This rather hidden hotel welcomes you with a beautiful gate into a nice-looking construction. Quite affordable. The finishing lacks the taste that probably nursed the entire set-up.
Fantastic place to lodge. The rooms are cool and affordable for average persons as well as good for rich too. The location is a little deep in the town but well located for security. The price ranges from 8500, 11500 and 14500 for the rooms. The receptions are well mannered and receptive
Its a cool and beautiful place like home
Its super conducive and affordable. With power supply.
A pleasant and conducive environment
They have good structure, serene environment, small rooms, small beds perfectly made for one person, not comfortable for two people, the water heater is faulty.Good customer service, a little bit expensive (relatively expensive #12,000 per night).Overall rating: 3 stars hotel.
Very palatable, not stressful in terms of transport.....lively
The structure is quite okay but the service is poor
Should improve on water heating system, wall dampness and day guards.
What a wonderful hotel, affordable and good service rendered.. My second home
Nice hotel around Alekuwodo area, Osogbo
Wanted to make a booking but their rooms are fully booked.
A cool place to Lodge after a really busy day on the road. I think its over priced though.
Nice place with professional staffs except the male manager rudeness
Prime Gold is a nice place to be be total relaxation
Cool place. Small bathrooms..almost impractical.
PRIME GOLD HOTEL osogbo osun state is a place of comfort and value
They have got comfortable medium-sized rooms and nice beds good enough for two people. Prices starts from about #7500 to 13000 NGN
Nice place. Cozy.
Easy to locate. Waec office junction awosuru alekuwodo area
Wonderful experience. Excellent customer service and well dressed staff. I love the place.
Nice building,cool enviroment and lovely
So nice and cool
Its a nice place. The rooms are well finished with air-conditioning and hot water baths. The lowest price for a room is 7,875.00 Nigerian Naira as at the time I used the facility.
Neatness,friendliness&hospitality per excellence
Beautiful and Cozy rooms, located at the out sketch. Not impressed with the weed smoking within the premises and noisy.Lacked parking space.
The services provided here are of average quality. Nothing out of the ordinary
The rooms are too small. No internet connection, no concierge and no breakfast. I booked thru Expedia but the hotel insisted it had no dealing with Expedia. I had to pay again. I called Expedia and all efforts to speak with the front desk were not successful. I took my phone to the front desk, none was ready to speak with Expedia. Its sad that this is just a 6 month old hotel, its services are horrendous. The telephone number on Expedia profile takes you to a former Consultant who set up the account with Expedia, yet the Reception insisted that they dont deal with online reservations and that reservations had to be made and money paid physically. Sadly, the hotels POS wont work. There are no tables in the room, no chair, only a sofa. I am sure the kind of clients the hotel is built for are those internet fraudsters, ready for casual sex. There is a two-man noise-making gang whose job is to play lewd and sexually explicit music on loudspeakers, which were positioned by rooms windows. So, you are prevented from sleeping all night long.Do I need to say more? Caveat emptor....
It was worth the price. I moved to this hotel after terrible experiences in Osogbo. It has modern facilities at a very decent price. The food is fantastic. I took breakfast and dinner for two days. Staff are also very cautious. The guy at the bar needs to be trained. His attention to his work is poor. Mr. Ibrahim deserves commendation. He is a great guy.
The hotel is nice but the lightings in the restroom were not in good working
Nice, cool place to be
Warm welcome and convenient facilities
