Prezzo Italian Restaurant Hemel Hempstead in Sibiti

Been there recently. Food bit limited but nicely presented, only one fish option, sea bass. Otherwise pizza and pasta dishes. Service was good and many tables well separated. Would go again.

Dont bother. Portion sizes for kids. Very expensive for Italian 15 for spag bowl wow. For a child. Also nearly got caught out. No cash accepted ridiculous what has this country come to . Avoid. Food not even great

We had a lovely lunch at Prezzo Hemel, staff were very friendly and attentive and food was good. I haven’t been to Prezzo since before lockdown and had forgotten how good the Spaghetti with King Prawns is, I highly recommend it!

Very good service! We enjoyed it so much. The food was great but the service from Alina and Albert made our evening even better. Such good service with a lovely welcoming smiles. Will definitely visit again soon.

OMG....I cannot get enough of this place... me and mum have decided to come here once a month working our way down the menu.....service great, cocktails great, price great, ambience great, wine great,..... I honestly cannot fault it.... wish Id taken pics of my food.....

Havent eaten in Prezzo for a few years. Food was reasonable. Portion size was hilarious. The 17 quid crab ravioli contained a full 6 pieces of ravioli. I thought perhaps they had given me a child portion by accident. Sadly not. Poor value for money and wont be hurrying back.

Its a nice looking place with good food, the waiters were friendly and there was air conditioning!

Food was absolutely delicious, staff were great and accommodating, not overly priced. Would definitely recommend.

Took my aunty here for her 93rd birthday lunch and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Wonderful selection of sumptuous Italian dishes. Friendly and efficient waiter service. Nice and spacious seating with good wheelchair access. We were a good twenty five feet away from the next table and the place and its toilet facilities were immaculately clean. My crab and lobster ravioli was amazing and my aunt thoroughly enjoyed her pizza. We will definitely be going here again. Thank you so much Prezzo.

Grabbed a bit to eat before a film. Nice service and the food was lovely and hot. Shame we couldnt have any hot drinks, as there was a problem.

We came here as we wanted to use our taste card and really glad we did. The restaurant felt very modern, open and airy. The waitresses were very friendly and service was quick. Theres plenty of choice on the menu with lots of options for vegetarians and vegans. Food was delicious with plenty of flavour.

Popped in before heading to the cinema next door. Been to a few Prezzos and this was the best one.Service was fantastic, I was a pain with my pizza toppings but the guy serving us was brilliant and really helpful.Pizzas arrived really quickly and were lovely.

Been to two different prezzos (Hemel and Stevenagethe food was lovely at both, but on both occasions the leather booth seating was very run down and ripped and worn out.

OMG I dont know whats happening down there today but we just had a takeaway 3 pasta dishes all dry claggy cold tasteless pretty much inedible. My daughters pizza nearly broke her teeth it was so hard and dry. Should of took it back but couldnt be bothered to go all way up there again. I wont use again used to be our favourite place disappointed.

8 of us went here for lunch. The service and food was exceptional

Just had a takeaway for margherita pizza with them, and couldnt very more disappointed. For the price of almost £10 its ridiculous, it was extremely small, and honestly Ive had better (and biggerfrozen pizza than this. Please just do better with your pizzas, the quality is nowhere near the price tag.

We are a big home education group and we come here almost every Thursday after iceskating lessons. Hannah and staff are WONDERFUL and friendly. Theyre so patient with all the kids. And us!! Being a big group can be overwhelming for staff but these guys are great. We love it here. 😁😁

Food was ok no different from most Italian restaurants, pizza was lovely only two negatives they dont cut the pizza not easy with knife n fork. the cutter they provided when asked was broke and didnt cut anything. One pizza was wrong when mentioned no apology nothing just had to wait 5/7 minutes for the correct one while everyone else ate

Havent been here for a while so decided to go in for some lunch on Saturday. Restaurant is well laid out with plenty of space and all seemed very clean. Service was quick and friendly, choice of food was good for us and the quality was very good. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Absolute dribble. Microwaved tomato sauce with frozen prawns. Microwaved meatballs.Sauce straight from jar. Terrible.Chocolate fudgecake and sauce was a melted cake in microwave with gone off cream.Avoid.However the service was good and drinks were nice.

Good morning, I just want to share with you our experience of our visit to Prezzo Hemel Hempstead, from 1st of December, when me and my family went to have dinner there.From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were welcome by very polite staff, the environment was absolutely amazing.Then we ordered starters, pastas, pizza and some chicken breast with white souce, all food was absolutely delicious. The kitchen staff were quick, we dont needed to wait as were very prompt! We were very pleased about the quality of the dishes, pizza absolutely amazing, want to thank you to the head chef and all friendly staff from there made our going out experience to be more than we ever expected. Congrats to all the staff there who put such an effort to please that amount of customers, the restaurant was packed. I definitely recommend this place as the quality of services and food was immaculate.Many thanks for this amazing time, Keep up with the great work guys, you all are brilliant!!!And definitely we will be back 👏👏👏

Have adjusted my previous star rating from 3 to 4. Staff member Alex was especially good and food came out really quickly. Kids menu kept kids entertained well too.

Food was awful with the so called "traditional lasagne" looking and tasting like a bowl of slop. This no doubtedly came out of a freezer and heated in a microwave. This is not Italian food and was expensive. Do not recommend.

Amazing place to eat or drink something in a peaceful environment and amazing stuff...nice, respectful people.Food was tasty drink as well. I could recommend "Prezzo" to everyone. Thank you "Prezzo" .....see you soon!

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! staff here taking food away from a 2 year old all because they were asked if they could bring the right food out as what they had brought out was not the right meal ! So sed worker proceeds to remove everything from the table including a babys plate from him .. and to top it ofthere food isnt even fresh its microwaved 🤮

We went when the staff numbers were decimated due to covid. A member of staff was also taken to hospital whilst we there. I really hope she is OK. The staff that remained were incredible. Top top marks to all of you. We had a lovely meal with incredible service under very difficult circumstances.

Ate here a few times before and during covid. Servers are friendly and offer the option to eat either outside or inside in addition to either paying and ordering via the app, or by a server.The food quality is lovely and there is a great range of items to choose from. The only downside we found to eating outside is that we felt a little forgotten about and it would have been great if a waiter/waitress popped out every now and then to offer drinks re fills rather than us having to go back inside and ask. Just a minor detail.Overall, lovely place to eat out.

Exactly the same delivery as when you eat in.Arrived quick.Pasta (king prawnhad a decent amount of prawns, the pasta was cooked spot on, clearly fresh ingredients.The pizza was tasty and the meat was good quality and a balanced amount of toppings.Sides are slightly over priced. £6 for basically a pitta sized garlic bread with cheese and £7 for 4 cheese triangles.Defo go back.

We visited 16/7/21 for dinner. Definitely the best service ever received by far on a meal out. The staff were so attentive, talkative, funny and we just had the best time. 1000% going again! Such a great evening and the food was delicious. What a turnaround compared to my last visit over a year ago. WOW

We came for my fiancés birthday yesterday. 1st time.. They were very accommodating. The restaurant is big clean and modern. The staff are friendly and the food is fresh amd delicious. 5* for an everyday affordable chain restaurant with nice food and good service

This place was better than expected but still really bad customer service. Starters were great, my main meal, a gluten free pasta bake, was bad. The pasta was hard and it wad even noticed by the chef before sent out!! I ate around the toppings and left 70% of it and told the waitress why, although i did not make a big fuss and didnt make it into a big deal. No compensation was offered and nothing was done to make up for this. Pretty poor! Why send out a dish that you know is inadequate in the first place?!

Great restaurant but the car park only allows 3 hours amount parking and then results in £100 fine. Dinner and a movie is a no no. A night out post covid has turned into a scam!

Went here with family for my mother-in-laws birthday during Covid 19. Fantastic service in the circumstances and great food. The waiter/manager was pleasant, food was cooked well, piping hot and not to rushed but perfectly on time. Will definitely go back again.

Had a great evening here and really Wasnt expecting much being a chain restaurant Service was excellent Draft beer on tap and not too expensive for a restaurant house wine £16 and very enjoyable the cocktails are very good quality all the food was delicious nice background music have to say super clean prezzo should be very proud of there staff i have not since any cleaning like that anywhere i live a short walk from here so will be coming back well done prezzo

Awful visit, will be our first and last. We were seated at 19.10 and placed our order within minutes, only to wait 55 minutes from ordering for our starters to be bought out. And this was after we enquired why the tables around us, who had arrived 30 and 40 minutes after us were already tucking into their mains! Maybe we were forgotten about, but we were told this wasnt the case. Our pizzas were dry, with sparse toppings, and we were waiting for over 100 minutes of the 2 hours we were actually in there. Not good when you have a film booked at the cinema next door. A table next to us that arrived after 8pm were fed and left before us. When we complained to the manager, he just shrugged. Will be complaining to head office, awful. Not a particularly nice atmosphere in this restaurant wither, compared to other Prezzos we have visited previously.

I took my family for lunch on Sunday, there were 12 of us, we needed 4 high chairs as we have 4 little grandsons. The staff were amazing, they were so friendly & helpful, they even moved tables so we could all sit together. We had three courses, the food was delicious. I highly recommend it and will go again.

First time at Prezzo, restaurant was very quiet and pretty empty. We ordered the breaded mozzarella starter, which came not cooked enough so was sent back. The remaining meals were all very nice and very generous with their portion sizes. The waitress was lovely and very attentive.

Wait for the food and drinks far too long had to keep asking different servers. Didnt bring olives but was charged so had to wait longer for them to rectify that. My food was fine. My moms chicken bacon and avocado salad had no bacon and one or 2 miniscule bits of avocado. The garlic bread was just plain bread. The restaurant was busy but I have read other reviews saying exactly the same thing but when it was quiet! Huge problem at this location

What a disappointment. The food was less than average and cold.... my starter even came with a hair in. The staff just didn’t seem to care and wandered around the restaurant fairly aimlessly. The whole place needed a good clean, the toilets were grubby as were some of the plates used to serve our food.Overall the service was terrible as most of the staff looked like they’d had a really heavy bank holiday weekend and were in need of a wash and a sleep. I won’t be wasting my time again. No wonder the company seems to be in trouble.

Lovely food. Good prices. Only bad thing is the staff dont have uniform it seems. A lady came over to light a candle or something and me and my girlfriend were like.... who are you?? At least name badges would be good.Update: just been again. Even better service than last time and they seem to have uniform now haha. Meal was lovely.
