Had a family dinner here Sat night. Service was excellent and food tasty. Very grateful to everyone for embarrassing my brother in law with a heartfelt happy birthday song and a candle in his pudding! Great restaurant.

Very good. Asked if anyone had allergies and provided a different menu for one who did. Also asked again when placing order. Service was good. Table a little sticky but otherwise would recommend

Great food great gluten free great service

Firstly, Lucas our waiter was fantastic and provided a great service. However, the food was extremely slow to come to the table, the pasta alfredo had no flavour whatsoever and the "manager" agreed that the recipe is not good. The toilets were disgusting and the chicken dish was dry and overcooked.

Good food. Some nice original dishes and well done classics. Clean with nice ambience and good, friendly service.

After being treated to a gift card for a meal, I decided to dip my feet into the unknown waters of the Prezzo franchise. We walked in to a hub of activity and was seated immediately by an extremely friendly young guy that clearly looked like he was squirelling his tips for a gap year in machu pichu. He whisked menus straight over to us and was prompt in delivering our drinks with the speed that a Russian battle commander would be envious of. Upon receiving our drinks, my wife decided that my pint of peroni would look better on my lap than it would on the table, and kindly knocked it all over me. Over again came our friendly restaurant hipster, who swept away the glass and got me a fresh drink immediately. The meal was cooked with all the finesse that I have a hunch their may be a rat under the chefs hat controlling him to cook dreamy cuisine, and the atmosphere was warmer than the ambient temperature during my holiday to the Maldives.I would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone!!!

We expected very little from such a large chain so we were delighted to enjoy very good service, flavoursome food and warm comfortable surroundings. Thank you for a nice surprise on Valentines Evening

Awful food and very weak customer serviceFood served yesterday was very poor quality. Starter served with zero dressing and tasted like freshly defrosted and reheated. Main dish lasagna was awful ... runny, tasteless, quality of cheap supermarket version.The only things that was done right is Tiramisu. Everything else was incredible poor quality.

Good food, good friendly service. One minus is that the acoustics in the restaurant are bad. When its busy, some people start talking very loud, which then has a positive feedback and everybody ends up shouting at each other

Visited today and served by Alex (I believe its his first day), he was an absolute delight! Service from him was excellent and food was delicious as well.

We have just been to this place and I must say without sticking my nose to far up.... they were great.. they changed the menu and didn’t have something I wanted, so the manager said don’t worry, I’ll sort it.. and he did.. thank you so much for such a great service...

Prezzo has been going down over the last year. Amazingly, cannot pay with Apple Pay above 30 gbp... Keep up with times! Your competitors next door don’t have these problems!

Very professional and helpful staff with a great attitude even when it is packed busy. Great management too. Food is always of a high standard love it here.

Booked here for a meal for three generations and were not disappointed. My daughter loved the choice of the kids menu and the main menu has enough of a selection to account for most tastes. I especially like the fact that Prezzo focuses on Italian food, meaning they can excel at their speciality rather than being just another mediocre high street chain.

Visited today (a Sundayand whilst the food was good standard prezzo food the service was really slow. Reasonably priced especially if you have the set menu.

Weve just moved into the area and was looking forward to trying Prezzo, I wish now that I hadnt bothered, the staff all look miserable, and service was really slow, my garlic BREAD wasnt on bread it was on an Indian naan bread with the smallest amount of garlic, and my Carbonara had no sauce, when I complained to the waitress she went and got me another one, which came back with probably a teaspoon of sauce that wasnt even creamy and didnt cover the pasta and on both of them there was way to much ham which was salty and over powering needless to say I never ate it, my husband had a pizza that tasted like it was smoothered in a chiili sauce and it was missing the ham, sorry for the bad feed back but I certainly wont be recommending this place.

Outstanding gluten free options, and the prawns were fantastic. Service exceptional, and some special someone shared the ingredients to the Olives. The Best olives Ive ever had in any restaurant!However in the words of Gordon Ramsey, TOO MUCH BALASMIC GLAZE!!Thank you kind Saturday night staff.Happy tummy : )

Great restaurant. Always good service & lovely food. We arrived just after 6pm on a Tuesday & were the only customers but it soon filled up. Our waitress was super friendly & our food was delicious. We made use of a great offer (40% off food & drinkwhich made it a very reasonable evening out for 4 people. Its worth signing up online to receive their emails as good offers are regularly available.

Visited with my parents,we we got great service, the staff very friendly and were able to cater towards your dietary requirements. Our food and drinks were brought to us very fast and were very well cooked (slow Saturday afternoon). Tables in the restaurant with very well spaced out as well as spacing new people out to give a pleasant atmosphere with adequate personal space.

Im not one to write reviews but I am so overwhelmed by my experience at Prezzo that I feel this has to be done!Me and my wife came here for the first time and it certainly will not be the last..Friendly staff and top quality food, including our favourite cocktails to enjoy with dinner.

The food was great (I had the ragu and really enjoyed itbut the customer service wasnt. You would expect the person serving you to ask how your meal was or would you like another drink but the guy was none existent, I wouldnt have minded so much if it was busy...but there was only 1 other family there! Once we had finished we were thrown the dessert menu and we ordered (The sticky toffee pudding was amazing), he put diwn the spoons for us once the food arrived...but BOTH spoons were filled with hard left over food! I had to go get other spoons from him at the bar. When we paid with the card he stood behind the person and watched them put in the pin which according to GDPR is illegal...we felt very uncomfortable!...We did not tip!

Went at around 1pm very quiet atmosphere very friendly staff seated us straight away and ordered our drinks and received them promptly. great food and loved the sticky toffee pudding very rich, Husband really enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara and would order again.

Visited on a Saturday at 6pm. The staff were all very welcome to my family.The food is fantastically fresh, the tomatoe sauce was full of flavor and the all the meat was tender. Definitely one of the better Italian meals Ive had.A very minor complaint, they didnt offer us parmesan cheese on our pasta :PThe childrens meal is cheap and cheerful (<£4). My kids enjoyed the garlic bread and penne!The entire meal was reasonably priced, less than £60 for 3 adults and 2 kids, with drinks and (optionalservice.The disabled toilet is located centrally and is easy to access (and it includes a baby change). The normal toilets are upstairs. All the facilities are modern and clean.

Very yummy meal here. Came with 6 friends, they split the bill no problem. Dont get 5* because the drinks are so expensive!

Prezzo at Fleet is really nice. Food and service both great. Visited the one in Farnborough too but the food was substandard. Lettuce in caesar salad was old and changing colour from green to red!! Fish smelled fishy so wasnt fresh.

Another lovely meal at our local restaurant. However the boss/Manager did not make you feel welcome as he spent the evening physically running around the restaurant and nearly fell over a couple of times! He wanted you in and out as quickly as possible. Shortest time We have ever been in there. We noticed him a go at staff who were doing a good job at serving, clearing tables but this appeared not to be good enough for him. The staff would not even engage in small talk with the customers which you expect they were not attentive like they have been previously. Fairly busy but certainly not full. Good selection of meals to choose from and a fair range of wines and beers.

Amazing pizza must try. Fresh, tasty. Really nice place. Friendly staff. Would recommend and will go back again.

Company website and Google info states their Sunday hours from 12 to 11:30pm. I went in at just after 9pm and found the place more or less empty bar one other couple. The staff at the bar looked more concerned than welcoming and I got a strong sense that I was inconveniencing them by visiting. Out of politeness, and despite already having checked, I asked what time they were open till and the man who was approaching me said 10pm, which I didnt challenge. I was sat down and left with a menu. It was very quiet and i could hear the staff talking to each other, about me and again I got the impression that I was keeping them at work when they clearly wanted to just close up for the night. I ordered a garlic bread starter and a beer, then asked for the bill. I was just hungry and needed a bite to eat on a Sunday night after a busy day out and about. The food wasnt anything to write home about but the atmosphere was unpleasant. Wont be going back in a hurry. Suggest Prezzo correct their opening hours (or correct their staff?). My presence shouldnt have been a problem or annoyance for the staff, who as far as the company website is concerned should have been open until 11:30pm.

After numerous poor experiences at other Prezzo locations, Fleet changed my mind about the chain and I am now a regular and happy patron of their restaurants again. Friendly service and reasonable wait times resulted in a satisfying meal that I would recommend to anyone.

Chose to visit Prezzo in Fleet following the receipt of a birthday email promotion, offering a free bottle of Prosseco.Its worth signing up to their mailing list for other regular discounts also.Dont trust the online booking tool!After it showed no tables for the night, I called to double check availability and had no issue getting booked in.Food and service was as usual good overall, always a long wait for the bill which lets it down ever so slightly.
