Prezzo Italian Restaurant Chippenham in Kushmurun

Even with a voucher it was an increadibly expensive visit. Staff were kind and ok comp the dessert that they got wrong but for food its about 3 times more expensive than its worth. Will not go again.

We found ourselves in an unexpected hurry this eve to catch a train and dived in to Prezzo to see if we could have a hasty bite. The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. Such a sunny team. Thank you! (And…I caught my train!)

Lovely chain restaurant. I do love a prezzo and of course you get to know what you like off the menu so choosing was easy. Todays service was lovely. Very attentive staff and was welcomed immediately which is what you want. The light interior differs from others making it feel more cafe like but had nice big tables. A bit on the pricy side but well worth it. The food was lovely and i felt very relaxed. Chippenham prezzo did not dissapoint.

Although the selection on the menu is not my cup of tea there are plenty of dishes to choose from, the food is a very good standard and the service is efficient and friendly. A consistently good restaurant.

The pizzas were good and generous portion but boy did they fail on my lasagne, it was burned at the edges, chewy and tasted like ready-made, total disappointed and at £13.50 the portion was tiny but did not finish as so tasteless. I wont return.

Very nice atmosphere, Waitress was very nice and timed everything well.We had the bruschetta which is slightly different than usual since it uses a softer bread base but tasted very good. The lasagne was nice but a bit undersalted and watery. The pizzas are always great because of the stone oven.Coffee was very weak and tasteless but tiramisu is a nice alternative here.Overall though a nice experience without too much of a price

Went to a surprise 30th birthday dinner. There were ~50 of us on two long tables. Everyone had pre-orderd their food and they had a spread sheet with all orders on, this meant they easily matched each person with their order. They were very well organised. All of the food was served quickly for each course, nobody was left waiting and the food was hot. The food was lovely, the staff were excellent they did an superb job serving so many people with differing choices....had a great time.

The more I thought about this place the worse it got. We ordered a margherita pizza and the vegan spaghetti bolognaise. The pizza was not at all a margherita. It had a cheese blend, no tomatoes nor mozzarella, and the basil was just baked into the cardboard cheese. The spaghetti was overcooked and had not enough sauce, but I will say the fact that it was vegan was cool. The salad didnt come with dressing and was whatever.

Fantastic service from Steff and Natalie. The food came out quickly and they have a excellent gluten free menu. The quality and cleanliness is on point. I had a gf Chicken Alfredo fusilli that was delicious. Would recommend, we loved it so much we came back the next day to eat again.

Brilliant gluten free menu, carbonara was excellent. I asked for the fussili to be cooked slightly more to make it softer (my quirkand it came out perfectly !Staff were excellent, polite and efficient really listened to the customer. Would highly recommend, very well run restaurant.

The food is excellent. Tomato sauce made of real tomatoes. I cannot describe the taste of the sauce as I haven’t tasted something so good in a while. If excellent would have superlative, that would be the food taste description. Great customer service!

We was served by a lovely waitress called Tash. Instantly made us feel welcome and extremely comfortable, was very accommodating and service was the best we ever had. Couldn’t have asked for any better. Definitely will be back now.

Food was good, but the service let it down. You had to wait a while for food and got it wrong. Then over charged at the till.

Used deliveroo....arrived late flat cold! Pizzas were lovely ( ignoring they were cold...deliveroos fault not prezzosdidnt get the extra onion I ordered on one of them and the garlic bread is size of a small pitta bread for over £5 so s rip off.......stick to basic pizzas and collect yourself and it will be fine.

Nice service and decoration of the restaurant; however, the food quality is really disappointing. The galic bread was one of the smaller and tasteless I never had in a restaurant and was still more than £5. The overall food quality feels really cheap and tasteless. The recipe on the menu sounds amazing but left flat down with the ingredients.

A good clean , bright and well furnished Prezzo not far from Chippenham Railway Station. No on site parking, but a car park nearby and some on street parking in Station Road. Disabled access is easy as all on the level. Pizzas are cooked in a gas flame burning pizza oven. Most of the menu consists off pasta and pizza.

I usually visit Prezzo in Trowbridge but chose to have a change of venue. The same great food, the same great service and an equally lovely atmosphere. The parking is easier in Trowbridge.

Although drinks orders were taken quickly, food order took a further 20 minutes (we had been seated for about 30 minutes). Starters were fine but the mains were less to be desired. My partner ordered a spicey meaty pizza (which was deliciousbut I had the mushroom and mascarpone. It was extremely bland and flavourless. I could only manage half before I decided it was pointless trying more.Problem with the venue is that it is very loud, you have to yell to your partner if you want to be heard! It was nice to leave, sadly.Our server however was lovely and very friendly! Apologised for the disappointment in the food, which was nice.The hostess is also lovely.

Nice, stylish place, plenty of room between tables, friendly staff and a good choice of menu. Unfortunately the food wasnt particularly hot and went cold too quickly and also the toilets have been made unisex which is not a pleasant experience, if going to the toilet was ever a pleasant experience!

Really lovely place, clean ,staff were all polite first time there will definitely be going back. Food was delicious, Even my special needs teenager ate his pizza. Would highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant night out with wonderful friends. Prezzo staff were first class! We were the last to leave and there was absolutely no pressure to go. Wonderful food... Lots of vegan options, fab wine and all round top notch night out. Cant recommend highly enough.

Great date night. Had the set menu from a gift and was very happy with the selection of food and drinks provided. Service was brilliant especially during these covid times. Natasha was our main server and was impeccable. Brilliant first date night in over a year thank you very much.

Over priced rubbish. They couldnt even get the gluten free pasta right. The staff said thats how it is! Really your chef/food reheating person needs to get a grip and the staff needs the balls to say something to him. There was so many things wrong with our visit I just despair. again never again! Our bill came to nearly £130 which is the most we have payed for a meal out on our holiday. i Dont mind spending if its good quality food. Iv given one star because the chair was quite nice to sit on🤦

Jodie and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome. We were using a birthday voucher, but it didnt faze her at all. The food was excellent. Go and visit.

Good food! We did make a compalit about the garlic bread being just bread and bardley any flavour, however they were very quick and friendly to offer a new one or off the bill! Quick service and friensly staff. It is a little pricey but not too bad when you have meerkat meals. Overall good place 🙂

The restaurant is well decorated and has a relaxing ‘restaurant’ atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tap water came with frozen glasses and the beer arrived nice and chilli. The pizza tastes great. The restaurant is near the town centre but it is by a busy road so parking can be a little tricky if you’re not familiar with the area.

Me and 4 girls from work ( our social bubble went for a meal, the food was amazing but nothing compared to the outstanding service from Kate! She was able to put up with 5 loud drunk women and service came with a smile.We will be returning!!

Unless you get one of the offers on their website which never include any of the food that you actually want to eat, it becomes are real expensive place to go for a mediocre meal. Drinks are over priced. I guess a good positive is if you sit near the pizza oven you can watch the chefs touch their faces/drink/nibble then touch your food like I have seen twice.

Had dinner this evening as a last minute plan. The restaurant was well spaced for Covid reasons and staff were very pleasant. Food was lovely & price was great so cannot fault. Will definitely be back as is the best socially distanced venue I have been recently, which helps towards a relaxed evening out.

Gluten Free but Topping Free!!Excellent gluten free menu but why when we have to endure a cardboard base, are they so economic with the topping.Less than a half of the pizza had any topping....Very poor and also very poor service considering that all the ordering is done via the app...Also had to wait 5 minutes after all the other meals were brought to the table as the base was frozen???

Busy with a great atmosphere for a mid week evening. The staff were warm and friendly. Food was tasty and delivered quickly... Will eat here again.

Took my 1 year old daughter here for lunch today (first visit to Chippenham branchand the staff and service was fantastic. It was her first time in a proper restaurant and she ate a fair bit and the staff made her laugh and smile the entire time.My food was great as always would recommend the Tomato Bruschetta

Was excited to try the new garlic vegan pizza - not impressed. Very dry - NOT generously brushed with garlic oil and who said tomatoes were not vegan. Seriously? !

Dined here with partner and my 2 teen boys, had a great experience, food was nice and fast coming, kids meals were well sized,my sons had the pizza and calzone which they liked, me and partner had the carbonara which was lovely, desserts were also very nice, prices wasnt too bad and service was great, overall would recommend a visit, will definitely return :-)

Superb family meal. Kids lapped it all up, service was good and friendly even when it got very busy. Discount vouchers can often be found online for a bargain. Wood fired oven makes the pizzas/breads taste incredible, and the non pizza items are also very tasty.
