Gabriella gave us absolutely excellent service. She was friendly and patient with us through our allergy issues. The cocktails and desserts were the highlight of our day.

You expect Prezzo to be good, but must say the current staff have made it exceptionally good. If you go try the crab and lobster ravioli. Absolutly delicious.

Food was really great. Service lady was polite and smiled to each restaurant guest.

Delicious food but quite over priced and staff need to be more attentive and making sure everything’s ok. I had to ask for assistance twice after waiting a while to get someone’s attention.

Best Pizza in Town, family favourite.

Booked online, easy process and got reminders before going with the menu which was helpful.Food and service on the day was great. The restaurants tables were well spaced out and clean. Friendly staff.Got to use Tesco clubcard vouchers which also helped.Be warned non-cash payment only.

The pizza was ok. The service was okay but it was a bit slow hopefully that means all the food was cooked freshly. The cheesecake was lovely.

Some of the most friendly staff I’ve experienced, the duty manager was so kind and helpful and very attentive. We went in on a day where they were short on staff but still delivered friendly, quality service.The place is huge, with an outdoors seating area even bigger than the indoors. The vibe is simple dinning, not too fancy not too playful. Spacing between tables are very good. Music doesn’t overpower your conversations.Food was good, I dug in as soon as it arrived so didn’t take any pics 😅 but I ordered a vegan chicken pizza which was not bad. My friend ordered a beef burger which she loved! And my other friend ordered the pepperoni pizza which he also loved. I’m a bit spoilt as I’ve eaten at some very fancy vegan places and had better vegan pizza, but the one here was still quite good.For drinks I got their espresso martini, I actually really liked it. It’s my first espresso martini so don’t take my word for it, but it was nice.Prices are good, we got a starter, 3 meals and 3 drinks and the total was about £60. I should mention they didn’t charge us for the starter because it arrived quite late.10/10 would recommend.

A good selection of food and options for vegan and vegetarians. Staff were friendly. A good atmosphere.

Chose to have a weekday lunch here as Prezzo have a gluten free menu. Sadly, they were waiting for delivery of their gf pasta but there were other options. I chose a gf pizza - something I have never eaten out - and thoroughly enjoyed it, followed by cheesecake, which is made naturally gluten free. A very successful lunch.

Called in on the chance of a table and had a lovely meal. Everything was piping hot and very tasty. Staff were very nice and attentive. Would recommend.

Hi everyone, for those of you reading this, the experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this place, pur waitress Nicole was amazing and had great customer service, very welcoming deserve a raise, food was amazing, over all an amazing experience😄

I placed an order through a large food company to deliver my order and the food never arrived. I called the Prezzo and a lovely lady by the name of Justine answered, and she was utterly amazing.What an asset to your company. She contacted the company on my behalf and found out what the issue was (my food was delivered to another address!). However, Justine was very helpful, so friendly and gave me some great advice. Will not be using that delivery company ever again but will be ordering from Prezzo Enfield happily. What a fantastic lady.I want to take this opportunity to thank her for all her help and hope to thank her in person in the near future. Best, Lea.

Update 10 April 22. One year on from my last review, and this place is consistently fabulous. The staff are wonderful.(Previous Review): Wonderful restaurant served by lovely people. Yesterday a friend and I got a takeaway two course meal each, with cocktails. The two ladies who served us were warmly welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The food was scrumptious! And packaged perfectly well to keep it hot and safe as we walked to the park. Utensils, sauces, cocktails also provided - double bagged so we wouldnt have any disasters on the way. A perfect takeaway service at excellent prices too. Cant wait for this lovely place to open up for eat-in! Highly recommended. Thank you lovely people at Prezzo.

Fantastic friendly service. I had my daughter’s birthday party, staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Food was delicious. All together was a great, friendly atmosphere. I would like to thank all the staff.

My starter was delicious, we were a group of 6, waitress had a brilliant memory didnt have to write anything down, didnt forget anything served quickly, but wasnt rushed.

I had a wonderful evening in this lovely place. The food is tasty , the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend.

Italian food chain. Comprehensive menu and reasonable prices. Better still accepts Tesco vouchers and Tastecard for 2 for 1 dining on selected days.

I go to. this restaurant all the time as it is so close to where l live.The food is good enough the waitresses are lovely and professional always checking you are OK.Place clean and welcoming.Not everything is good value for money.One thing to say. Prezzo claim to be an Italian restaurant. It definitely isnt.

Very Disappointed. Paid £6.50 for “Large” home fries, got delivered a box with no more than 10 chips all soggy and cold.

Patient and accommodating staff. But, stingy portions/toppings.My son had the burger with pretty much everything taken off but the meat, cheese and bun and they got it right, but forgot the ketchup, which he asked for twice before it came. They didnt have Tabasco, though this is often served with tomato juice. Hmm. Calamari was delicious but you dont get a lot for your money. Pizza was a good size but stingy on toppings. However, service was very good, with the new young waiter being patient and noting all, not forgetting. We did see several people asking for parts of their meal, so this place seems not to do so well when its busy, but overall, its good. Sadly, prices are so high that I wouldnt eat there without a Tastecard or other offer.

We have been having a girls meet up monthly and always enjoyed the food. This time we all ordered lasagne and straight away I could tell it was frozen, it was watery. We asked the waitress who confirmed it. It tasted nothing like it used to. I could have bought the same in a supermarket for a £1. £9.95 for an italian restaurant to be serving frozen lasagne is appalling. We will not be returning.

I would give no stars if possible . If you have money to burn and enjoy having Diarrhea go to prezzo enfield. They charged me £13 for 6 pieces of dry ravioli in a watery tomato sauce . Also they charged me for a split drink which was meant to be complimentary due to there poor table arrangement . My daughter refused to eat the food there I had to buy her dinner elsewhere after we left. I word to describe there food disgusting!!!!

The decor and general feel for the place was lovely, staff helpful but it got very busy which meant wait times were slow as we left a 3rd waitress came on shift. Food was delicious shame the lasagne not available without the cheesy top. The rest rooms were clean, but bannisters to access them were sticky, wall next to my table was dirty with what looked like water and food splashed up beside it, also had cobwebs directly behind me. I would return though, food was delicious.

Ordered the Rissoto and the rice was hard . The creamy lobster ravioli was also dry and unappetising. Very disappointed. Meal cost £123 for 3 adults and 2 children and was definitely not worth the money. Macdonalds would have been better !

Kind of what you expect. Pricing on drinks can lead to bigger bills. Burgers are good but dont bother with starters unless you have a big appetite.

Reason why we ordered from Prezzo because weve dine in the restaurant before and did enjoy the food but very disappointed with our order which was delivered very quickly, I believe it was not given full attention the pasta was overcooked and it was so soggy it definitelywas microwavecooked, it all went in the bin and it didnt even had pinch of salt, very disappointed because eating in customers and eating out customers not treated same and not given equall care. Would never visit, order and recommend Prezzo.

This review is from 2 years ago but spelling was edited today hence date shows as 09/01/2021Today was terrible service. We ordered olives that would normally come with the drinks but they never arrived so after we had finished our starters we cancelled them.I ordered a burger that came with chips, but the chips only came after I chased them up, at which time I had finished 2/3 of the burger.The waitress then apologied and said the kitchen where very busy. We asked for the bill and then instead of bring it over she starts serving other tables so 5 minutes later I had to ask another member of staff.If the kitchen were busy then why did the bill that has nothing to do with kitchen take so long.Very disappointed!

Absolutely loved dining in this restaurant. I went with my two daughters, who also enjoyed their meal a great deal. I had the spaghetti bolognese which was beyond super tasty. A real authentic Italian dish served with first class service from the staff. Great prices, especially if you go on the days that they have the 2 or 3 course meal deals on. Plus the childrens menu is a bonus and hopefully caters for all younger tums. My girls and me thoroughly enjoyed the calming and serene experience, even more so after coming in here from the pouring rain outside. It was lovely to sit down in the warm, with heavy rain outside and finish off the lovely atmosphere with a gorgeous meal and dessert.

A most pleasant lunch. Food tasty and well presented. Excellent wine. Very friendly staff. Tables cleaned after each diner and a one way system ensures plenty of space to observe the 2 metre distancing. Highly recommended.

Ive only given the one stars for the service. I felt really bad for the serving staff as Id personally be embarrassed to work in this establishment. They were very polite and everything was served in good timing.The food on the other hand was awful and I will definitely not be returning. My friend and I opted for the finest set menu. We had calamari and prawns for starters which were 100% microwaved, they did not taste fresh in the slightest and genuinely had no flavour whatsoever. The calamari was rubbery and the tomato sauce the prawns were served in tasted like spaghetti hoops. For mains we had a burger and pizza. The burger was fine, the chips were awful and the ketchup tasted like anything but ketchup. The pizza was meant to be a spinach, mushroom and olive pizza but it was basically just bread with spinach. The cheese was plastic, the olives were cheap olives in brine from a jar and no sauce anywhere to be seen. I wish I had taken pictures because my friend and I could do nothing but laugh. It was genuinely horrendous and as a school teacher, it was scary how comparable this was to school dinners.Considering that was the finest set menu, Im seriously worried about what the rest of the food is like. Quite frankly Prezzo is anything but an Italian restaurant and Id avoid at all costs.

Very good with social distancing/hand sanitisers but the servers dont wear facemasks. Some old favourites missing from the menu but a few new ones too. Had the spaghetti with meatballs, plenty of food if youre hungry. One of our friends had the lasagne and it looked very good bubbling away in its dish...our other friend said the salmon with penne (they substituted spaghetti for herwas excellent. House wine from £19 a bottle was very acceptable. Recommended.

Very friendly staff, unfortunately food was a little bland for me and the service to slow. However I would recommend the Citrus Cooler mocktale, very refreshing.

Came here for a birthday party. Great atmosphere, clean and good food which arrived promptly and tasted good. I had a (verylarge pepperoni pizza which was good.We had prosecco with our meal which didnt quite go well with the pizza.I honestly prefer the taste of Pizza Expresss American Hot which seems very similar. All in all, it was decent.

Great restaurant . Spacious and lovely interior cosy and cute. I had a voucher and it was very very easy to redeem. Food was lovely and filling. Dessert was amazing. Great customer service for a blond lady really nice. We kept them open till late but they where lovely about it.

The set meal options was limited. However the 3 course meal included starters, dessert and a glass of wine. Great atmosphere and decently priced

The food was lovely but took ages to arrive. We waited for at least an hour and the kids became impatient..would have been a higher raiting if it wasnt for the wait. They did give us a free cocktail for the trouble.

I came to this restaurant because of my friends recommendation. The environment is very inviting. And I ordered a three-course meal, the starter (stuffed baked mushroomtastes really good, but the main dish(PENNE ALLA RUSTICANAjust very normal, what I felt more disappointed was the dessert(toffee pudding with icecream )😂so sweet and icky that I could hardly eat it. And the staff service is not so friendly.

Not very busy inside, didnt wait for a queue or something like that to get a table. Food was great. Lovely stuff.Excellent seating area, fantastic for romantic dining, or maybe for groups too.

So disappointed with the restaurant as I do like PREZZO in general. I have booked the table for the Valentines day without any issues. When we got there with my wife, we were seated on the table that was really wobbly and it was shaking from side to side. I later asked if we can get another table so we were moved. When ordering the food Asian waitress seemed like she doesnt have any care in a world. When I asked her about the menu she laugh at me by me not knowing what is what, but explained it in a rude manner. When the food was served, the only thing that I have enjoyed, out of the whole meal when dining out were prawns. The baked mushrooms were under cooked, soft, and with garlic pieces not melted inside. The grilled chicken that we ordered was sour to taste and burned beyond the believe. I do understand that on the Valentines day restaurants get busy, but if you cannot serve so many customers why allowing them to enter? As mentioned earlier about the wobbly table, it was taken away later, along with 10 more similar tables, they were extra tables brought out because it was so busy. Regret going to Enfield Restaurant, Chingford PREZZO is so much better.

Very tasty food but stretched staff so very poor waiting times, avoid during weekends

Visited with my daughter, who was home from university, after Christmas.Very busy. Staff more polite than when I visited some months ago. Very welcoming bar staff.We were seated promptly and our orders taken within a few minutes.Comfortable and clean restaurant.Meals were delivered within 20 minutes.I ordered sea bass and my daughter ordered a pasta dish. Well presented and tasty.Would definitely return.

Quick time period for food, good atmosphere, only downfall is the vegetarian options. Nearly all dishes contain mushrooms, which a lot to vegetarians dont like, there also isnt a pesto and pasta dish
