Im not sure who the womans name who was working there today, she was awesome!! But other than that, I havent experienced customer service the other two times Ive been here. The other two times Ive been here, the butter pretzels were not good at all. The restaurant however is always clean. I think this location should be replaced with an Auntie Annes.

I go here at least every 2 or 3 weeks so Im quite acquainted with this establishment. First off the food has always been great. Everything I get has always been correct, fresh and tasty. Their pretzels are one of the only reasons I go to the frontier mall still. I didnt give this place a 5 rating though because their customer service can be inconsistent sometimes. At times when I go here they can be so friendly and other times Ive had front counter people who are rude and dont seem interested in their job. I think management needs to work on that to get everyone on the right page. Other than that Ill always go back because of the awesome pretzels

Food is great. While eating my food I noticed the employee was dealing with customer and dealing with money then without changing gloves touched all the food he was preparing.

First of all GREAT FOOD. Second of all TERRIBLE SERVICE. I order from here often and every time I do I always get disgusted looks or they treat me disrespectfully throughout the transaction process. Today I went in and they got an order through online and the manager freaked out in a panic and screamed out “welcome everyone” super sarcastically and while getting our food they said to another customer “no we are just super overwhelmed” after she said “must be busy” over all the disrespect is through the roof for being a simple pretzel place.

It usually is really good but the customer service is awful. When my friend ordered multiple things one of the works seemed annoyed to have to do her job. Then she missed giving her one of the things she asked for. After me and my friend asked them about it she seemed so angry to have to get them. We got told it would be 5 min but not even a min later she got her food but it was the stale cup that had been sitting their for who knows how long.

The bigger guy working there was really rude and disrespectful. He was making faces at me while I ordered because apparently I made it difficult when I said 2 large salted pretzel bites and 1 large garlic pretzel bites. He acted like I was stupid. When I called him out on it, he laughed it off. Then when I mentioned I was going to leave a bad review, he started pretending to act nice. Great food but horrible customer service.

Excellent pretzels!!! Their pretzel bites are beautifully buttery and salty making for a spectacular experience! The location is perfect, and the staff are extremely nice and willing to accommodate any of your needs! Excellent service and food!!!

Food is good, and very nice! They let me know options for drinks I could have which was nice. Felt welcome as well. Would visit again!

The food is amazing and the service is really nice too. The workers there are always super nice to the customers. Great place to stop and eat at while shopping in the mall!

So there is a lot i’d like to say , let’s start with the fact that at times they sit in the back and ingore customers when a gentlemen in a grey hat comes out and will help us as soon as he sees us , we don’t enjoy the sitting and waiting for when it’s convenient for you people not to mention could over hear them speaking about politics up front by the counter. step up your game.

I love it here! Everyone is nice and friendly and dont have an issue helping out if needed to. They keep things clean and very well nice, and the pretzels are very filling! They made sure to stuff my bites, would come again 💜

very unsanitized, didnt use gloves and didnt wear masks correctly, the prezels were hard and they were mostly on there phones and pretzels bites were not cooked and my pretzel dog was hard, poor facilty.

taller tan man and shoter skinny brown haired girl kept touching and feeling eachother, found it compleatly unecptable for a work place, wont be coming back anytime soon, same tan tall boy was also on phone infront of customrs.

my pretzels were horrable and they wernt salted and they wers hard and my nacho cheese was very cold and my slushy was not filled all thr way up and not fully shlushiefied

Food was decent but make sure you double check your order. They were so worried about outselling eachother to get a bonus on their check so they purposely charged me for a pizza ring instead of the pastrami. I said it twice and she was really quiet when repeating my order.

Food is fine, but the customer service could use some work. Instead of staying at the front like normal food service people should. It takes a few minutes to get their attention, and they’re just sitting in the back on their phones. Skylar stays at the front, and I don’t understand why nobody else can do the same.

Crazy how something as simple as a soft bread, and some delicious salt can taste as amazing as it does, and it is actually really filling! Then you got the yogurt that is always changing in the case to keep your tastebuds happy. Always stop by here.

I ordered frozen yogurt. 3 dollard for one scoop. Not that great. I wouldnt be back.

Something needs to be done here. I ordered here and was very clear about my orders contents and size, and was asked multiple times to repeat my order. There were 7 completely incompetent young employees and no one knew what they were doing. I ordered White Chocolate Mousse, and it has been ruined for me. The $4 medium was only half full, and when I tasted it, it tasted like rotten milk. This is unacceptable. Please learn from this and do not let customers have this kind of experience again.

We all like the pretzel bites with cream cheese. I stop by there every time I am in the mall. A drink and their pretzel bites are great for snack.

They served us stuffed pretzels that weren’t cooked all the way & the service was horrible! Should cook the pretzels all the way before they serve them!

Stopped while shopping with my father and sister. Decided it would be nice to treat them to a smoothy. I approached the counter, I was the only business they had at about 5pm. A small statured younger woman with dark hair came from the back and basically just slumped herself over the counter, with no hello and a very obviously bad attitude. I smiled and said hello, still received no response, asked "how are you" and her response while rolling her eyes was "fine" I decided I didnt want to spend my money where I wasnt welcome to be and was very put off by her lack of customer service skills. I understand that this is only a small buisness in a large mall but you should treat your customers with basic respect regardless of how you feel about being there. I hope she had a better day, I took my family to inta juice instead.

The manager with the black hair is very unprofessional and unsanitary. I went to this place several times and the manager with black hair was on her phone while making preztals she was inappropriately touching other employees and laughing while I waited for my preztals. Then while waiting another customer came and complained about there preztals not being cooked all the way and the way the manager handled the situation was very unprofessional when the customer walked away they laughed and mocked the customer. I get sometimes it’s annoying but when your representing a company you should in no way make an appearance to do things like that especially when your in the middle of the mall and anyone and everyone walking by can see. I will no longer be eating at this place because it’s so unsanitary with employees that’s there.

Customer service was not good. When we asked for our drinks they wouldnt give them to us until they gave us our food. The customer after us got his drink before he got his food. Very poor customer service.

You lost my business when your bearded employee started angrily cussing at a co-worker in front of myself and a family with small children!

If you want a great snack while shopping this is the place!Comfort food heaven!
