Pretzelmaker in Jefferson City

I used to love the place when I was growing up I used to go there with my grandpa and sister and brother I had good memories but that was in the old place before the one they have now. Now it just tastes awful now I hate the way the place is now I do love this town but some places aren’t like they used to be

Do you enjoy eating 15 bites of bread and salt for $6? No? Yeah me neither.

The salesperson was great but the pretzels were chewy and stale not fresh, buttery and with the big salt on them

Zero stars if possible.. the mozzarella bacon stuffed pretzel bites are completely fake. No cheese. No nothingExpensive and not worth a penny..

Food stale, sales person very rude! Should get a ZERO. False advertising with stuffed pretzels. Sales person was touching my food with out gloves... WONT BE BACK

Worst pretzel ever. Like eating cold dough. Horrible service. Just paid $7 for garbage and I asked to get a warm one they were rude snobby. Hope you get coal for Christmas

This place is the worst. I’ve gone multiple times over the last few weeks because I’m craving an Icee and my spouse wants pretzel bites.. service has been terrible every time. They’re not friendly or enthusiastic about serving me, which makes no sense considering it takes a couple minutes for each transaction. I come home today with 16 pretzel dog bites for my spouse and they’re not cooked all the way. I pay $12 for 16 bites, a large coke, and a medium Icee only to be disappointed. Being in customer service myself, I don’t see how a place this small could make an experience so miserable. There definitely needs to be an assessment by management because the mall provides plenty of business opportunities for this place to flourish if only it wasn’t so poorly staffed.

Shop opens at 11:00 but pretzels are not ready till 11:30. Why even open if you dont have a product to sale? On top of that the pretzel are aways under or over cooked, if there even anyone working to take an order. Ridiculous
