Counter-serve chain for ready-made sandwiches plus breakfast, coffee, soups & salads.
Oret a Manger of Richmond is Amazing!!! I like that place because its always clean and tidy and their service are very fast and organize. Their Baristas are making great and delicious coffee. Love my Matcha latte 😋 💕.
Perfectly good. Slightly scruffy
I went in yesterday for a quick wrap Which was nearly £5 and it wasn’t too fresh which is kind of ok cause it’s end of the day , but the bad attitude of the “MANAGER” was very DISGUSTINGI went to pay for my wrap and he mentioned they are closing in 4 mins and asked me if I wan it for take away or in and before I could answer he said “ you have 4 minutes to finish it because we are closing and after that we are not friends we kick you out “ I had no words to say !! Very bad .. I run a small coffee shop myslef and not on earth i would ever talk to people like this . Good luck in his management carrier. I am sure there is someone else who could be much better to run the place .. but 1 thing sure I Will never go back .. I use to have lunch there everyday but feeling sick of people with bad behaviour . So arrogant !
Rude staff they don’t even tell you when your drink is ready
I like the coffee and the attitude towards healthy living. Bit more variety for gluten sensible would be appreciated.
Good quality products at reasonable prices with clean spacious seating with a/c upstairs
Probably the nicest Pret around, visit here very often lovely staff and delicious coffee and food :)
Staff have shocking attitudes. Customer service is atrocious. Very poor hygiene and infection prevention and control. I wish somewhere else would open up nearby selling decent coffee and I’d never cross the threshold again.
Fine nothing special, like every other Prêt did lots of my revision for exsams here back in the day
Worst service ever in Richmond pret a manger..unorganised staff, unprofessional and rude.
This is the worst place you can eat.All shop is dirty. The manager is rude with customers.I don’t feel safe to go there to eat again.
Lovely staff ,very friendly ,working very hard but still with a smile on their face .Coffee and food taste great .thank you ❤
Very unhappy staff not sure if they really want to work there. Staff just rude. Customer service seems to be a massive effort to fair awful. No buzz or vibe compared to most Prets. Need
Awful dirty everywhere. Paid for a coffee to use toilets. They were closed. Some rude manager made lame excuses, and when I said the customer area is dirty he said it was another companys fault. Can you get your nop and broom out Mr Manager and clean it.
Extremely rude female member of staff who overcharged me. When challenged she repeatedly shouted at me in effort to justify her error. As a previous regular customer shall be giving it a miss after this unpleasant experience.
Just because you place an order before someone, doesnt mean that youll get it before them in this café! Terrible customer service, and tables are always unclean.Would not recommend at all.
Didnt buy anything but there toilets are lovely, had a lovely poo highly recommended
Bad customer service… Hiring new people… not giving them enough training.. Always out of stock specially Smoothies. Why you people run out??? You don’t know in hot weather you will have high demand?? Not able to manage shop properly.Early morning they knows they will have high demand, but still they open only 2 tills and one person on the coffee machine. Always have to wait 5-7 minutes for coffee. The coffee order screen broke which took 6 weeks to fix. This shows their level of attention from management towards customer service.
This is simply the best Pret in all London and surroundings. It seems like you’re walking into a members place or a hotel where everyone recognises you, greets you, speak to you with warm words and treating you with their heart. It seems like going every day to a place where people are simply friends and love you, which in this city is far from being a common thing. Love you all: Mario, Bishal, Asha, Clelia, The Portuguese dark haired lady, and the Spanish girl with short hair who makes exceptional coffees! We love you all.
Its a Pret, coffee is better than a lot of other chains & the chocolate croissant was good as usual.
As always my favourite place to eat on the high St. Lovely sandwiches, crisps, drinks and hot wraps and always a good place to eat in. But one thing I would say to Pret is pay more attention your bin areas as they need emptying more frequently.
I do like Pret, but was surprised that the member of staff who served me was wearing her face mask on her chin. When I asked about this she said she cant be heard if she wears it over her mouth. I cant be heard either, but I was still wearing mine.
It is a large and crowded place with two floors. Drinking coffee in the cold weather warmed us up. The location is also very nice. only my friend didnt like the hot chocolate he drank🤔🙄, i think the capicino was good😋
Till operator breathing directly over the uncovered pastries - and unmasked (same as the rest of the staff there).Stunningly poor hygiene in these times. Going elsewhere
I visited this branch today with my baby for lunch. She dropped a few bits of food on the floor so I cleaned up the area with a baby wipe. The floor was filthy, the wipe was black with the dirt! I am not talking about a walkway I understand they have a high footfall. I also cleaned down the highchair I had used and wished Id cleaned that before I used it as that wasnt clean either. In these days of covid I expect a food outlet to be a lot better than this.
Great service, the team is super friendly and welcoming. The spaces are great and always clean. The manager Bishal is always super attentive and kind.Definitely my favourite Pret!!
Nice pret, unlike other stores they don’t close the upstairs ridiculously early. Only annoying thing is that the toilets upstairs are always locked.
Probably the worst Pret Ive been to in London, but unfortunately it is my local. Long queues even if you go in at off-peak times - it seems the staff prioritise having a chat amongst themselves over serving customers who are waiting directly in front of the till.
Pay money for a coffee to find out they cant be bothered to fill it to the top after what you pay for it and having waited in a long queue.
The worst pret I have been too. The supervisor Tom was incredibly rude to me and my colleague when we placed a big coffee order, it was like he didn’t want to deal with us because of this. Hard to believe he was in a leadership position. Not the first time either but clear the team need training…not ok, especially when you pay so much.
I had a bad history at this cafe today. I often come to this cafe, and today I was shocked when the employee behaved rudely. I wanted to buy coffee and gave 20 pounds (I had no change), but the worker rudely refused to take the money. He waved his hands as if he were saying: get out of here with your money. I left and I think I will never return to this cafe. But I think that this case is bad for the reputation of the cafe. I think other people can get hurt in this cafe too. So I decided to tell my story. I wanted to have coffee, but now I have a bad feeling all day. This is very sad.
Although I enjoyed my coffee and a salad I couldnt relax with my papers because the music was blasting out of the speakers. The staff was having fun though 👌
One of the better Pret stores. Good full menu including the iced drinks. In and out in no time.Though an unannounced sudden revision in opening closing times. They didnt even update their own store website.
I went to the Richmond Pret a couple of times this week and the service Ive received both times was amazing. A staff member named Armagan assisted me promptly, helped me to bring my coffee to the table ( Im currently walking on crutches), and made sure Im OK. One of the times it was very busy and there was no sitting place, Armagan helped me by getting an extra chair and finding a table for me to sit. The other members of staff are always quick in preparing orders and smiley and friendly. Thank you and keep up with the great work!
Visited here around five times, service was always impersonal. Today my order was ignored (the cashier took it without making eye contact at any time), and I watched as 5 other people collected their orders before I said anything. The Batista was annoyed at me! And when corrected her for making my drink with dairy instead of coconut, she became sarcastic! I was the only black customer...not that Im one to read into things...
I always used to buy their Bircher but got fed up with half filled pots, no pomegranate and prices increasing. I signed up for the coffee club but will unfortunately end up cancelling... I feel bad for the staff, lay offs, nonstop work making coffees and as a consumer..... 15 people queues with less staff means I usually go elsewhere for a coffee
Wow! When did Pret become so rude and aggressive?Walked in 2 mins before closing time. Manager says they’re closed. I said I just want a coffee, will take a minute and I’ll go.He wouldn’t have any of it.The door should be closed if the shop is closed.5pm is 5pm. It takes a minute to make a coffee.I asked the manager for his name, he said “do whatever you want” and just walked away.Astounding. Never experienced this in a pret.
Myself and my colleagues visit Pret Richmond weekly and on several occasions we have been astounded and appalled by the attitude of the very rude manager. He has taken his role as covid police to the extreme. He is very rude and should not be on the shop floor. Today i watched him berate an eldery gentleman who was getting sugar for his coffee and had put his bag down. The other Pret staff are always polite , welcoming and attentive. We will not be visiting Pret Richmond anytime soon however.
Superb food as always with a fair range of products to choose from, social distancing in place too.
Rude lady working here (blonde, with glasses, probably around 40 years old). If you dont like your job, quit it. Not a reason to be rude to your customer.Wont be coming back, there is so many choice in Richmond anyway.
Very very poor, I was recently served by a shortish possibly French man with glasses on, absolutely so rude and abrupt to my wife and myself, his English was poor, manners were poor, behaviour was poor, his coffee making skills poor, his own staff stepped in to speak to me instead of dealing with that donkey, I hope someone soon addresses this rude little man in the store and retrains him or just gets rid of this vile man. All other staff in this store were of high standard ever since Ive been coming here for years!
2nd time I have walked out of here without buying this week. Food is pretty standard Pet, great quality but priced on the high end of things. Salad portions vary wildly so you have pick wisely to avoid the ones with almost no filling. The main issue on this site is the disregard for customer wait times. If ther are more than 2 people in the queue walk by this place. Service is painfully slow and if your on a timed lunch break dont bother. Not sure how they manage it but I can walk to pretty much any other place close by, purchase and walk back. To find person who was in front of me in Prets queue is still there and not moved an inch. Maybe they need more competition to realise a long queue is not a postive thing meaning your popular but a sign your service is poor?
Spacious cafe but I was really taken aback that they ear serving ALL drinks in disposable coffee cups!! So basically there was a disposable cup on every single table... some of the staff were not particularly friendly either.
I love this place. Nice spacious layout and always clean and tidy. The queue to get served moves quickly and the seating area upstairs is my favourite, with windows looking out onto the hub of activity on the street below. The upstairs seating area has a nice quieter vibe and Is a nice place to chill with a coffee. Its normally quite cosy, but today the AC is set quite cold and is definitely a bit off-putting on a November day. All In all its a great spot to spend the lunch break.
I recently didnt have a good experience there. What seemed like a language barrier at first with the Barista was actually a "show" they put on for their own amusement. The situation was not handled well by the manager, which gave me a distaste for Pret. If Pret cant hire the right people or train them I wont go.
What can I say. Staff polite and efficient as always. Sandwich choices were plentiful - even after the lunch rush. Filter coffee was exactly what was needed to get me over the finish line of Xmas shopping. Still giving excellent customer service at 4pm - is a testament to how good the staff are at Pret!
I had a peppermint tea & when I finished the staff were happy to top it up with hot water again
Standard Pret service. Nice food at a good price. Clean and tidy
Always like a Pret! We needed something for lunch and a pitstop for a while. This is a big, modern Pret branch with plenty of seating and the usual excellent range of food options. We are in and enjoyed the break!!!Worthwhile drop-off. Enjoyed it. Nice staff and good food. Everything was tasty, fresh and there was plenty of choice!
Next to the train station.Quick and easy to access. All round good cafe.
