Employee attitude is quite variable. Sometimes theyre courteous and pleasant, but other times they act like elementary school kids forced to do their homework and blames customers for their mistakes. Kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth, ya know?

Shout out to Marshall for doing me a big favor today and helping make sure my food was at optimum levels of scrumptiousness!! He has an excellent instinct for human customer service (appreciate that he learned my nameand a friendly light-hearted attitude (when I walked in and joked about the thick scent of cookies). I will go out of my way to go to Pret, it has lots of options for someone like me who has allergies and still wants to eat healthy. But let’s be honest, I don’t need options, all I need (in lifeis the Turkey/avocado/spinach/cucumber/mint/basil/yogurt/lime wrap.

The food was good but being where they are, it was a little overpriced.

Ive been to no less than 15 different Pret locations. This company delivers just about every time. The food is very good, fresh and fast. The people that work there are awesome too. If youre wondering where to go, this is solid option for a fast and nutritous bite to eat

It is what it is. A little pricey, but Id choose it over Pantera.

I dont go in here much. Always passing by. On this visit, I picked up a ginger shot, and a wrap. BBQ pulled pork. Sandwiches and juices on here are expensive, but taste really good.

Food Is delicious. But customer service is terrible. Employees were on their phones and talking to each other, while I was trying to pay for my food.

This place is awesome. Besides already being worth the price of their coffee, they do a mystery-drink-of-the-day and if you happen to order this drink then you get it for free!

Usually a good place to grab a quick coffee and sandwich but not good inventory management or restocking system. Usually out of specific coffee roasts or type of sandwiches but when they do have it pretty good

This place is great but just came from there and they had no good sandwich selection. Ask for the manager and was told he couldn’t make the usual sandwiches they have during the day! Not good for loyal customers!!!

Just had a salad but it was very good. Staff was very friendly.

Entered at noon and ordered a medium light roast coffee. Paid $2.64 and was told coffee was self-service. Thats fine but they were out of light roast and only had half a cup of dark roast. The employee just shrugged when I told her they were out.

I get a coffee and a pastry here almost every weekday morning. The service is fast and friendly and the staff recognizes a repeat customer. The espresso drinks are actually what you ordered, vs. Dunkins beige version of everything. Im very pleased with this Pret and will continue to visit as long as Im in the area. My only complaint is that the price of food and bottled beverages is a little steep.

I went here for my birthday, because its my favorite coffee shop, despite it being out of state and over an hour drive. The staff was super nice, and the coffee was great, and they offered me free cookies because it was my birthday ! Hands down, best staff and service of any chain.

Bad service, I went there today for a quick lunch and one of the workers were being really rude to other clients and not knowing how to deal with them I think it’s a bad look for the restaurant and a disrespect to everybody.

Great food but terrible customer service. I was present today and there were three people who worked at Pret a Manger in the store, but only one working despite a line of 12 people. After waiting 10 minutes to purchase food I inquired whether there was a manager whom I could talk to. The cashier responded "no." I inquired how to contact the manager and was told there was no way to do so. A few days ago, another cashier charged me $10 more than the items cost and I had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get the money refunded. Love the place, but needs a manager

The store gets so crazy busy its not even funny. Its right next to the hospital, actually all the hospitals and it appears to be a place that most of the doctors and or nurses like to grab something quick on break. They handle it well but the store just isnt big enough for all the business they get during the rush hours.

I had the lentil soup (smallit alone was a light lunch. The falafel red pepper sandwhich/wrap was stupendous. Good price for quality.

Only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of outlets to charge a laptop or phone at a location in the middle of a city.

Best lunch near Boston Childrens Hospital.All of the food here is pre-made (pret a manger is French for "ready to eat"but it is surprisingly fresh and always delicious. We have had cold and hot sandwiches, soups, bread, and coffee and if had all been outstanding. The pace of the restaurant in frenetic but the staff is calm, cool, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Expensive but good

I wish I liked this place less. Excellent fresh options for sandwiches, wraps, soups and other interesting and tasty dishes. They have a knack for putting together various foods that make you want to try it all; Ive been several times and havent been disappointed in the least. A bit pricey, though, hence the 4 out of 5 stars.
