Presa El Cedral - Dam in Pachuca de Soto, Mexico
Nothing can beat nature. Should come here early so you will experience calm & relax. Dont forget your picnic basket!Well there are also so many cafes & a restaurant that serves fresh trucha too.
Lancha, Tirolesa.

Nice place to walk around and enjoy the nature, near Mexico City (2.5 hours). The up is sometingh hard but is great the landscape. There is two ways, one short but hard and the long but easy:)
Palapa don juan
Awesome place to enjoy with family and friends so calm and peaceful
Cool spot to spend the day with the family or friends. Its a little dirty in some areas (noticed some trash while walking around the lake). They have ziplines, boats to rent, horses to ride, etc... and even some restaurants to eat in case you dont take food with you. The park also counts with camping areas, which is really cool.
A nice outdoor for picnics. There are 2 zip lines to ride, one larger than the other.
Super

Nice
Great place for camping
While the place is amazingly beautiful, if you ever come here on the weekends you will find the place packed to the brim with ppl selling food and toys, and well, ppl everywhere, didnt enjoy it at all, altho I suppose that of you go on the weekdays, this would be an awesome place, you can camp right next to the water, dogs are allowed as well.
Top top top
One of the best views from top of the hill. Good for camping and for BBQ. Not recommended for swim due to swirls.
Great place
Execelente...
Beautiful place to visit, nice small Damm lake in which you can fish, kayaking or rent a small feet or hand paddle boat. You will be surrounded by mountains with pine-trees and inside the park they also offer hiking, horse back riding and other activities. Inside the park are also small fonditas offerings snacks and some simple prepared foods and sell all kinds of fresh drinks, chucherías y chicherias. On the other side of the Damm is a restaurant which also offers fresh trouts. The park has a large parking lot and I recommend that place if you have kids and if you enjoy nature. It almost feels like Switzerland.
An amazing landscape in México! A beautiful lake surrounded by pine trees and high rocks.
Nice
Ok
Good restaurants. Stayed overnight at decent campsite. Downside: lagoon had algae.
Good place
Beautiful
Lots of tourists, buses and cars spoil what is actually a very beautiful location. If you go, recommend walking round the lake and walking up into the forest on the far side
Very pretty place with humble people. There is ziplining, canoe, paddling, horseback riding, and lets not forget about the restaurants. They are great! It is somewhat cold so be prepared to bring a sweater/jacket, just in case. You never know...
Fun place for a little hike great place for camping. A lot of fun for the whole family. Sooo beautiful!!
Really nice place to go camping. Lots of things to do and dont even get me started on the view you get at the top of the hills. Its a 40 min. hike but totally worth it!!
Love it, great place for family adventure.
Very cool
Beautiful, worth the trip. The zip line looks cool
Great park, with lots of activities and a few very solid hikes. Grills and picnic tables are available, as well as pay restrooms.Do not swim in the water.
