Sound proofing terrible, heating/AC was noisy even when supposed to be off. A rough night sleep.

Its a friendly hotel and service but it has very small rooms. AC works very good. Unfortunately it doesnt have a mini fridge in the rooms. It is far away from Paris centre but u have good connections with bus and trains.

Very small bedrooms, usually with cigarette smell. Bedclothes are changed everyday. Breakfast doesnt even include cheese, ham nor croissants. Rooms price around €75 a night.

Very bad hotel. Very far away from Paris; you need more than one hour with trains to be there. With Busses the situation is more worser. The options in the breakfast is very very limited to the degree you cant nothing. Stuff are not kind as well. I know it is a cheap hotel compared to others, but they take good money, I

I stayed for one night in room 306. It was convenient for one person,the room was clean and quiet. The problem with the Internet is a minus.

hello every body I go there on sunday evening 20th june 2021, the worst was the girl in the reception she is rudde and screaming she is crazy simply !!!service in the reception was very bad 🤢shocked😔😔dirty place was bad hotel not advice at all.....

Its a good place with a good price .

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted without any smiles and lack of interest. The lobby smelt vile.When we went up to our room, we were met with the smell of stale cigarettes. There were cigarette burns in the bedding and even the bedding smelt of it. Baring in mind non of us are smokers and we had our 5 year old daughter with us.The window was unsafe it had no child safety locks - which I understand we are in a different country so their safety standards can be different than to ours. The cleaning standard was disgusting the bathroom was filthy and it was not hygienic at all.We went back to reception and the gave us another key for the room next door. When we went to check the new room it was exactly the same.We went back down to reception and asked for our money back. They said because the manager wasn’t there they can’t do that so we had to fill out a complaints form with our contact details and our complaint.We left and had to book something else, so we booked to stay at the Art Hotel Eiffel which was lovely but we lost out on the money we paid for the original hotel plus the time taken away from our holiday and the wasted taxi faresThe hotel is refusing to pay compensation for the two nights we were booked there - even though we never even stayed there. Booking.com not willing to do anything either!It’s not worth trying to save money - book something nicer and more central to Paris as this is quite far out from the centre and metro not as easy to use as we thought.

Worst hotel ever very dirty

Worst hotel ever, lots of bed bugs and manager is quite bad.Very dirty

They allow (unofficiallyguests to smoke in the rooms (mostly working crews). The bed covers were full of holes from cigarette burns and the cigarette smoke was coming in the room from the other guests. The breakfast was scarce: bread, croissants and jam plus coffee and juice. Too little for the 5€. The beds need replacing as they are shabby looking and dirty. The walls in the room had food and beverages stains. An overall disappointed experience.

Beds too low to the ground. Take a shower and your room is flooded. Do not take the breakfast online you pay way more than at the hotel. Only bread, yogurt , coffee, juice n tea. Not very clean. Paris in general is dirty so dont except too much. Very pricey for what you get, nothing.

Breakfast good. Double Room very small in size. Private parking very good. Payment at check in is not good.

Its a good place to stay

There is no phone inside the room. Had a fight in our 2° night that we were very worry, and we could not ring the reception or go to the reception, because we were afraid of go out from the room. I did not like, the room was smeling smoke and it seems the blankets and sheets was not completely clean.

I have nothing to complain about this 2 star hotel. You get a comfortable bed in a room that will be cleaned every day. It also has a small flatscreen tv. Breakfast is exclusive. For an exta payment you get a small breakfast, exists mostly out of baguettes, croissants, cake and sweet toppings.

Small but has all the basics. Easy access to Paris which is awesome. Had a nice time

S O S !!!!!DONT STAY THERE FOR ALL THE FOLOWING REASONS : DIRTY BUT WHEN I SAY DIRTY I MEAN VERY DIRTY , AWFULL BEHAVIOUR FROM THE EMPLOYES , THE CLEANING LADIES WANTED BY FORCE TO COME IN AT THE MORNING TO CLEAN , WE GOT LATE TO CHECKOUT 20 MINUTES AND FROM THE FIRST MINUTE THEY WERE BAGGING OUR DOOR TO LEAVE , AT 12:30 A MUSSLE BLACK GUY CAME TO OUR DOOR TO THREATEN US AND FEAR US TO LEAVE ASAP. I HAD TO WEAR MY SHOES OUTSIDE THE ELEVATOR !!! THEY TREATED US LIKE ANIMALS. AT NIGHT NOONE WAS AT THE RECEPTION , THE ROOM DOESNT HAVE PHONE TO TALK WITH THE RECEPTION. THE WHOLE 2 NIGHT EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE !! THEY RUINED OUR GOOD ENERGY... STAY SERIOUSLY AWAY FROM THAT TERRIBLE PLACE.

no regret to stay there because at the back of the hotel there is a supermarket with low selling price. GREAT!

Bathroom smells of 💩. Room was clean. Parking was ok

This is a budget hotel , you get what you pay for , a bed for the night , the great plus was air conditioning in the room , breakfast price a bit steep for what it is but the croissant were great with Nutella , staff very helpful and it had secure parking

I like this plase because they have a nice and friendly staff and they speak English.

Wed had an opprtunity to rent two separate quadruple rooms for a total of three days and paid about 85 euros each night. The first one had a faulty flushing toilet, spots on the bedsheets that looked unwashed, spiders in the second room, taped-up window vent, and a faulty shower. The reason I am still giving a 3 star is because the staff was overall friendly and helpful especially the manager Omar.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel.It is cosy and not that far away from the train station Rosny-bois-Perrier and Rosny2 mall.They cleaned the room and changed the towels daily. Although we think, they should do something about the mold they have in the room around the window and as well in the shower (water and bleach should be enough to get rid of it)...

After a horrible night at a Campanile hotel we came to this hotel.We wanted to check the rooms first before checking-in. What a relief!Clean bed/room/bathroom/towels, even clean under the bed. Rooms are small but fine, you wont spend the day here. Air-conditioning present which is great in Summer.Some desk staff speaks English, some dont which makes communication somewhat difficult if you do not speak French. Some put effort in and are happy to help you, some do/are not. Breakfast is simple but just fine. Compliments to cleaning staff, keep up the good work. It seems pretty rare to have a clean, affordable hotel room near Paris.3 stars because its is not luxurious (hence the price), but is is clean and has everything you need.

Good facility in a nice location but poorly managed. No fridge in the room and communication is a big problem if you cannot speak French.
