Prato, Prego & Companhia in Funchal

Uma diversidade de pratos, lanches e bebidas, mas não achei os preços muito simpáticos.Apesar de estar uma foto com o feijão preto, não encontrei este acompanhamento no cardápio.

Restaurante mediano que hoje deixou me surpreendida pela banana a acompanhar o filete de espada.Vale pela limpeza e simpatia dos empregados.

We ordered espada with fried banana and side vegetables. Although the fish was really tasty the fillets were quite small, vegetables were cooked without salt and any other spices (the salt was given separatly). Potatoes tasted like they were cooked a day before and then only warmed up in a microwave (and they probably were because we got our meals about 5 minutes after making an order). This "meal" costed us 13,5 euro per person. Surely we wont recommend this bar.

Nice food, very well priced

Comida caseira excepcional, empregados super simpáticos e eficientes e preço justo. Sitio a repetir na próxima visita à Madeira. Ficam aqui algumas recomendações: Lulas com bacon e cogumelos, bife de novilho com cogumelos e lombinhos de peixe com arroz de grelos. Estava tudo divinal!! Recomendo vivamente!

Hyvää portugalilaiset ruokaa edulliseen hintaan. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu, yritys on pienen yrittäjän, joka omistaa kaksi muuta ravintolaa, paikka. Kauppakeskus Foorumin ylimmässä kerroksessa. Yrittäjä kertoi, että hänen pääkohde ryhmänsä ovat paikalliset asukkaat. Sopii kyllä hyvin suomalaiselle. Kävimme viikon aikana neljä kertaa ja aina olimme tyytyväisiä. Suosittelen!

Recomendo, boa comida e atendimento muito simpático.Durante a nossa estadia num hotel próximo fomos lá jantar várias vezes e sempre bem atendidos.Obrigado ao staff.

Very dissapointed to get 5 chips with my prego and most if the prego consisting of just lettuce and bread...

There are less expensive meal options if you dont want table service. They have a variety of options for table service as well. The picanha was delicious with pineapple, fries were good, as were the black beans. The meat with mushroom sauce was good, not amazing but it was fine and the rice accompaniment was cooked well. Would eat here again

Poncha cocktails should be made in moment you order them, and thats exactly what you will have here. Try the tamarillo poncha.

I dont why people go to the McDonalds while having this GEM 💎 near it. Really cheap and good. The hamburger is really good quality and the prego no bolo do caco too. If you are near the Forum Madeira this is the place.

We really enjoyed our "Prato , Prego" experience...We ate there a few times.Carlos and his charming staff looked after us very well.The bacalhau and all the traditional Madeira dishes were delicious and good value.We heartily recommend it 😊

Localizado no fórum Madeira, é um local agradável para uma refeição mesmo fora de horas. Todo o pessoal com boa apresentação, simpáticos e prestaveis. Mesmo não existindo no menu confeccionaram um prato vegan que soube mesmo bem. A francesinha de peixe é uma experiência diferente á típica com carnes e muito boa, vale a pena provar. Cumpre com todas as regras de higiene referente a estes tempos de pandemias. Os preços são acessíveis. Vale a pena a visita quando estiver pelo fórum 😊

Affordable and ideal for a quick meal

We ate a delicious swordfish with banana and picanha (thin beef slices). Prices are around 10€

Great if you wish to have once traditional and easy-goinng portuguese food for lunch. Big portions and good price. A bit noisy. Service is fast.

Today Sunday Madeiran families were out shopping and for Sunday lunch. I looked around in the middle of our lunch and realised that we were the only tourist here - it was full of local families 2-3 generations. Its not flash fancy food. However its fresh and nicely cooked, as well as very reasonably priced.

One of the waiters hates tourists and likes to make jokes which are the opposite of funny. Not nice. So sad.
