This hotel is far away from being a Resort. There are people all over the place caring a JBL Speaker making annoying noises any time at day or night. The food is terrible, many fliers on top of the food, the food is very simple and not tasted...very disgusting. The pool is very small and dirty ....and for drinks they use the most cheapest liquor available on the market. The recreation for kids is good but besides it nothing else...Do not come here...

I loved this hotel and all the activities to do, along with the very attentive staff. Me and my family enjoyed our stay here throughout :)

A really good place to spend time with the family,great food and the beach is incredibly beautiful.

Awesome experience, resorts staff is very kind and this definitely makes the difference compared to other places, we found several activities on the pool, beach and around the resort, all of them guided by the pleasant "Equipe peixe boi", the food is in indeed very good, with many options even for people with lactose intolerance (this is great). We missed options for celiacs (people intolerant to gluten), but this didnt interfere on our experience. Keep investing on your people, this is the best you have (and of course, the nature life there is breathtaking.

Infested with insects of all kind - I have come home with numerous bites and spent every night suffering from stings throughout my bodyResort is barren - a tiny swimming pool and beach and not much else - the beach has stray dogs everydayFood is subpar - the same trash served every day - however they do make very good pizzaStaff were excellent - best part of the trip, amazing peopleSome nice Wildlife - interesting monkeys and lizardsHotel room dirty and the shower water smelled disgustingI would not reccomend coming here - stay away

The recreationtram is Wonderful. They are simply the best, very attentions with the kids and all the Resorts strucuture as well.!!!!

Destination is beautiful! Perfect for family as there are so many things to do for kids aside from the beach, river, and pool! The service is amazing! We will definitely be back in the future! My son had a slight mishap and had to go to hospital and Erivaldo in the hospitality department, was just amazing as he escorted me to and back from the hospital which he didnt have to do! I was very pleased with the entire trip! Thank you Pratagy!

Came here with my wife and kids for our 16th anniversary. Tried to send an email through their webasite in advance, but no reply. Once I came here I explained them I was here celebrating our anniversary and I would like something special for my wife - something to celebrate our 16 years together. All we got was a towel folded as a kite and 3 bonbons. You be the judge...

What is excellent? The nature is the state of the art, with river and sea, clear sands, the infrastructure on the beach.Food is good, with a regional touch. Highlight for the pizzas, made in a wood oven. Very good.Beers and drinks are ok. They have Heineken and some popular Brazilian beers, these last options being a lower quality beer. They could have chosen better Brazilian beers, as nowadays one can find hundreds of breweries in the country, especially craft beers. Drinks are prepared with the popular cachaça Pitu, which is just ok for preparing drinks. Actually, below average in my opinion. To my surprise, I found out that the coconut water is processed! Not bad but come on!!What is disappointing? The swimming pools are too small and old. It deserves a new project or at least a remodeling. Also, the entire place should have better maintenance. If you are a picky person, like me, make sure to book one of the remodeled rooms. The old "Cabana Praia" options are well located but they are close to be abandoned when it comes to maintenance. Good news is that they have start working on it. Cleaness is just ok in general.They should have someone taking a good care of the river banks. I spent the entire period seeing some disposable cups and plates very close to the bridge to access the beach. I took the initiative to remove some. Come on, manager! Im sure you can do a better job on maintenance, as this resort has a good potential to get 4 starts.For now, putting the beach infrastructure apart, the resort would deserve only 2 starts.Finally, thank you for the staff and manager in charge, who approved an upgrade for my room.

Very good place to be with a family, nice location and close to the Beach. No doubts one of the best resort in Brazil.

Great resort to spend vacations! Beautifull beach right in front of it. Beds and towels are really clean and comfortable. Excelent service.

We stayed at Casa Caiada actually, but used the Day-Use at the Pratagy Resort. Since its an All-Inclusive, everything is available, including alcooholic drinks. Very nice overall experiente.

The Resort is well located, they have a all inclusive day use that is a good way to expend a sunny day in the north side of Maceio littoral.

Food wasnt very diverse and its quality was just ok. I stayed for 4 days and there was french fries for only one meal. Though I asked It for a waiter, he went to the chef and he said that was not possible! (Hows is a basic french fries so difficult for a all inclusive "luxurious" resort?). Rooms are not luxurious but they have all basic needs. Beautiful beach place and nice staff.

Clean and comfortable place! Very nice staff and good food. Id just recommend it to have a bigger variety of things in the breakfast and the desserts offered seldom tasted bland.
