Prague Fear House in Prague

Its a fun place especially if you are with people that are a easily scared. I do think that the experience could be enhanced by adding both smell and temperature in the mix but even without that its worth visiting.

Only bar I am going in the Prague. The atmosphere in the bar lounge is really great. The staff cares about customers. Catacombs are nicely done and actres knows What are they doing! Worth the visit!

Its not much about the fear but more about the torture. Its not a Fearhouse its a Torturehouse. If you want to have all your body covered in blood, have bruises, got your clothes destroyed and get humiliated, buy yourself a Hardcore version. You will get more scared when you see the drink prices 😅

Unexpectedly nice bar accompanied by an "attraction" full of scare jumps that definitely lacks wider variety of mechanics how to scare you and is also rather short. Cant not recommend it as it is still quite unique experience, though I am not coming back any time soon.

I traveled multiple times to Prague, just for the sake of this unique horror experience I couldnt find anywhere else ❤ Its my favourite place, really... actors are brilliant - their costumes are truly well made! And everyone is very sweet in general (I met people there Im friends with to this day)...outstanding atmosphere, well decorated, wonderful events, amazing drinks and a lot of fun every time you visit! I miss it so much, to be honest! And I hope everyones doing great ✨

Totally worth it for a spooky vibe and great drinks. Also it’s within walking distance of the Bernard beer bath!

It was laughable, definitely not scary. Basically walking in a dark basement with actors screaming at you. The bar looks fine, but I would prefer at least metal music with this theme, not mainstream disco… Anyway, I’ll give two stars for the effort.

The fear house is gorgeous! The adventure was awesome! I was there few years ago but it is still in my mind and my heart.Go there and have fun! And after walk you should drink beer or wine or anythibg at the bar. The place has great atmosphere too.And the stuff, they are so nice, so friendly people! 🖤I recommend the place 🖤

First time I came and fell in love! Now it’s my favorite place in PragueCool actors, decadent dark atmosphere and original cocktails will not leave you indifferent. The friendly staff always entertains the client and keeps him from getting bored. It can be seen that people put heart into their place. I will happy come to Prague to visit your Fear House again)

Loved it, ignore the bad reviews - this is an absolute must do! Be prepared to be shoved, chased and other quite physical aspects from the actors which frankly makes the experience Much better but don’t moan if you get bruised- if your sat in the bar debating whether to go in or not (like me and my mate weredo it!! 3 shots paid 528 corona, which means 21€ for three shots and I think is not fare at all. The tour was scary but also was a bit too short duration, not taking even more than 8 minutes for 17,50€ paid. Could have been longer time for what the price means, not fully happy with what the costs mean related to the service.

Far better and scarier places in Prague really poor... On the end you when youre paying with card the inform you that for foregins they are showing the price in € but when you need the to reimburse you have to explain why you have payed higher amount than statet on the bill. The credit card charge shows higher amount because of exchange rates son dont get fooled and let them charge you in Czech crowns...

Very good experience mainly, great clown actor and props in a great setting, minus 1 star for being made go wait at the bar and buy a drink when there was no1 in the line. Quit doing that guys and its all great.

Sick prices in a bar but nothing more than just a nice bar

Hands down my favorite part of Prague! A bar with a haunted house is genius and I wish we had one in Philadelphia!! The staff is great and after the walk thru haunted house they escorted our group to a great table for drinks. Fear House is a “must-have” experience and will forever be a stop on my itinerary while I’m in Prague! Thank you to the entire staff (front desk, bar tenders and charactersfor such a great time!!

So good. Price is awsome for what you are getting. Drinks are not that good but the fear house tour is great you will be sweating from fear. And if you dont want that there is prague legends tour. And thats so cute you will learn about prague little scary lagends in funny way. 5 stars

Great themed bar. Its well decorated that makes you feel that you are burried underground since you can see roots coming from the roof and the bottom from a coffin poking down. Lots of alcohol on shelf. The staff is dressed and wear scary makeup and they will act with the atmosphere. You can also buy a tour of 10 rooms where you get scared on the way (takes 15min). Only bottle pilsner urquel for beer available and sometimes they have craft beer.

Drinks were good, but the service behind the bar for if you wanted to get multiple rounds was a little slow.The actual Fear House was quite a bit smaller than I expected, especially for the price. Also, theres several side rooms that are fully decorated and have no discernable differentiation between them and the correct route, so one if the employees (in full costumeyelled at us and said she would end the tour. We just had no idea where to go, and she said there were signs (half the rooms were pitch black).Also, take off any jewelry, earrings, glasses, etc. when you go in, because they will touch your head. Many times. And not just touch, but whip it around.

Its very well made. Very scary. This attraction is for 15 years and up. Friendly staff. You walk through, but if you are like my boys that ran through (out of fearits a bit short. They were done in 10 min, so not the cheapest but its worth going.

it is good but to expensive for the time you actually spend inside. it doesnt last that much, maybe only 10 minutes at maximum, because you go from room to room really fast. even though you dont wish to go to the next room yet, the "ghosts" push you to do it, by chasing you and touching you, making you run! or else its a good experience! scary but not for long!

A few friends and I did the Hardcore experience and it was absolutely amazing! Bring a change of clothes and wear some stuff you dont mind getting dirty. Loved it!

This bar is really cool, if u liked themed bars u will love this one. Great atmosphere, reasonable priced drinks.

Very nice fear house with a bar. The bar is designed in horror style. You can get some snacks here and a lot of drinks. The fear house itself is a scary place with a few actors adding up to the atmosphere. Definitelly worth a visit!

- interior somewhat scary- prices moderately scary- toilet decorations very scary- barkeepers heckin scary (unfriendly, brought the wrong drink and made billing errors)

I have never experienced such a ridiculously awful service. I went to the bar to get drinks, bartender did not pay attention to me since he was chatting with his friends, then he walked up to me and started hugging me in a very uncomfortable way, while having extremely(!inappropriate comments. Clearly he was very drunk. I just told him which drinks I want and went to take a seat, after 20 minutes still no drinks. I asked his colleague where is the problem and it turned out that he forgot about the drinks, because he came again to ask what we wanted. So he said that the drinks are on him, but the drinks that came later on were still not the ones I ordered. I have never experienced such an awful behavior from the staff, for sure the last time I have ever been there. That specific bartender should not be allowed to work this drunk, he is ruining the reputation of the whole bar.

Last night of a lovely short break in Prague so we went to the Fear House😱😱initially I was a little sceptical. How wrong was I, it was brilliant we chose the standard rather than the hardcore tour which lasts around 15mins, doesnt sound long however when your scared it seems forever. Its not for the faint hearted literally however if you like to be scared this is the one for you. Wont spoil it just have a go you should not be disappointed.

Fab! Visit a horror place every time i have a city break and this one was very good. Quite physical. Wont spoil it. But worth a visit 😁

Great if you want to run round a Horror maze with another man’s hands around your throat. Came out of the experience brusied and with cuts on my arms. Only warned about physical contact with the actors after I had paid the entrance fee. All in all, not a great experience although it wasn’t too expensive...

Really interesting theme for a bar, quite a spooky atmosphere made better by the enthusiasm of the staff. The cocktails have a spooky theme but they also have more standard drinks. If you are in Prague check it out

Only visited the bar. Loved the decor and the special drinks! Heavy metal music was cool, but the very visible laptop with the YouTube playlist took away from the experience a bit... Welcome drinks in syringes were really cool, although they were brought to us without asking and charged in the end. Bar was pretty expensive, but 100% worth the money.

I loved the atmosphere, the bartenders were nice but still it was really bad experience: I bought the Hard core tickets and went there with my girlfriend. The experience was nice even though I was not afraid at all (I even found some stairs I was not supposed to go to and the actors probably did not know where I was). The problem was my girlfriend who was afraid. During the performance they broke her glasses, touched her butt a few times (more than they shouldand bumped her head.The manager apologized several times with promise they will pay for the glasses which never happened - I contacted him like 5 times.1600 CZK the tickets500 CZK for the drinks (3 probably)5000 CZK for the glases

US Haunter visits a Czech haunted house.Prague Fear House is incredible!!!The bar was a full bar that would give The Dark Room a run for its money and the haunt was a testament on how a very good show can be done with a minimal staff.Me and my classmate were locked into the haunt after given instructions (follow lights and sound, do not touch the actors, and the actors will touch us - we had to leave all bags, jewelry, and bolongings in a locked area, or we would have but another classmate opted out and babysat our belongings at the bar). There were only two actors, and they chased us around from room to room. The sets were very good but obviously designed to withstand hard use (good haunters!). The makeup was very minimal, but the rooms were very dark and they had to move very fast to get ahead of us, so fancy makeup would have been list on us.My classmates assure me that the bar made great Espresso Martinis and Cosmopolitan.The bar also had a stadium size tv on one wall showing horror movies. I got to see Nightmare on Elm Street dubbed in Czech.I highly recommend this to anyone who visits Prague. I will probably go again before I come back to the states.

Amazing!! Recommended for everyone. It is scary, it is something you wouldnt expect. Staff is nice and friendly. Very good atmosphere. The bar is great too. If you go there, it is a memory for life. And a good one :)

I paid to get in and they sat me in the bar, they said they’ll come and get me. One hour passed and I still didn’t get in, i saw people getting in and out, then i finally asked what was going on and the one person who took my money when I walked in just told me “oh did you already pay for it?” And she just told me to wait longer than when the other people were through she’d come and get me.

I have never been so scared in my life but I loved it! Great acting, sets and many surprise moments :I would have loved to see (and buypictures and/or a movie of us during the visit..

Definitely one of the best experiences I had in Prague.Got scared as hell, it was fun and creepy at the same time.Dont think too much, just go there!

The bar is not ventilated (not to speak air-conditioned).Drinks are overpriced - no beer (probably not profitable enough).The haunted house is pretty cool but its like a 5 minutes gig for what it is.One big no-no : The staff allows themselves a bit too much grabbing women by their hair for a photo.. Using some real medical utensils on you for a gig..Ive seen and been in much better haunted houses.. Saying its the second in the world (the lobby guy actually said thatis simply a lie

It was beyond amazing ! For those who love excitement and something remarkably scaring ,its definitely the best place to have fun and release the daily pressure and challenge yourself. I feel myself like going through the whole American horror story . The actors are really good and friendly. I love this place . Highly recommend!

It was really like being in a ghost movie. Feel the chainsaw in your neck and smell the gasoline in the chambers and get the adrenaline rush of mad spirits chasing you. But be aware, you need to clean your clothes afterwards because of the fake blood in your face and clothes. I was glad that it was only fake... Bar is also good, we received even a free round of shots!

something definitely worth trying if you like adrenaline. However, people who are supposed to scare you touch you too much in my opinion, like your face or around the neck. It is not for those with weak heart and maybe those who are easily scared, it may be too much

Go there if you like physical assault, being dragged around and they pretend to strangle you. Also go there if you wish for your clothes to be ruined by fake blood. At a time they pushed me and my girlfriend on the floor pushed a real motorised chainsaw to our backs. My girlfriend started to hyperventilate and I yelled for them to stop. Several times. But they continued to push us around. At this time my girlfriend was crying and still hyperventilating. No one could be in doubt about that it was serious. It was only when I yelled that we didnt want our money back, I just wanted them to stop, that one of the actors actually did. He took me by the hand and tried to follow us outside, but the other actor continued to harass my girlfriend. When we got out my girlfriend ran outside and one of the employees shouted to me that I should manage that. I got my girlfriend calmed but the actor who wouldnt stop followed her up the stairs and yelled at her. At this time I once again asked him to stop. It was like he liked it. Afterwards no one made sure any of us were okay. Our clothes were ruined by fake blood that wont come of. And in the maze we were touched inappropriate places.No one asked us beforehand if we had any conditions that could inflict the game, such as heart conditions or pregnancy. Neither were we warned about anything beforehand. This could actually be very dangerous.

Superb customer care. I forgot my glasses at the bar and one of the staff found us ten minutes down the road to return them. Unfortunately I thought this was part of the horror experience and screamed in his face when he tapped me on the shoulder! ☺

Fear house is awesome. Its a fantastic combination of fright and fun. The staff was beyond friendly and treated us like family. We were so entertained that we decided to stay an extra day in Prague. Do not pass up the opportunity to enjoy the haunted house, it is not for the faint of heart.
