Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Conroe

I was reluctant to stop because the drive thru looked busy, but I was 7 cars back and was back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Nothing like customer service that is efficient and respectful of your time. Host 656 was friendly, thanked me for my business, and provided truly exceptional customer service. I ordered the pastrami sandwich, she confirmed all the toppings, and would not hesitate to order it again. I have had many items from this location and they never disappoint. If you are in the mood for a great sandwich, stop in and try Potbelly at Loop 336 and I-45.

Dry sandwiches, wasnt a fan. Overall a ok place if you like such things

I mean for drive thru, its good, Subway has a limited few drive thrus, I think of Potbelly seeing the need for a drive-thru subway. But instead of spinning off and making it a cheap drive-thru they upgraded to a great Subway drive-thru. Very comparable prices for anything worth eating, Im down with the place. Potbelly

I wasnt happy they were out of oil, but everything was still very good and fresh.

I’m from Michigan and Pot Belly’s is one of my favorites. The sandwich was so unattractive unappetizing 🤮I had to really pray to not 🤢 puke.They use the same gloves for everything and it’s so dirty…The guying serving my food had the biggest hickey in his neck… just wasn’t a good look at all.I won’t be back

Good sandwiches but a bit pricey

Its a chain. Why do we review? You know the whole country looks the same now? Panda express, Starbucks, Starbucks, rectal surgery center, cold stone, brewery, vape shop, crack house. Just tired of all of these chains.

Sandwiches were yummy! Cookies were awesome, specially the s’mores one!

Good customer service and good quality food.

Nice fast food option if u are looking for something beyond the typical burger and fries. I especially love their loaded bake potato soup. What I dont love is having to pay extra for cheese and bacon added when it is suppose to be a "loaded baked potato soup". So actually it is a plain baked potato soup unless u choose to pay extra for toppings. I also really like their roast beef and provolone sandwich there. I tried their Italian sandwich yesterday and it was just ok I guess. I would give them 5 stars if they would advertise their soup properly, just irritates me. The service in drive through is usually friendly and never had too long of a wait.

Oh my gosh this place is my new favorite place!! I love artichichokes and they have a sandwich called the Mediterranean that has artichokes, hummus, cucumbers, red peppers and feta that is AMAZING! Whoever came up with putting artichokes and hummus on a sandwich needs a raise and a high five!! ♥️

Very disappointed! I ordered the one with most of the meats, first time going. It tasted ok, thought about buying a magnifying glass to see the meat. Big should be Big for a 13$ sandwich.

I love their skinny tuna and Swiss sandwich.

Food tasted good until I noticed A whole avocado skin piece mix into the sandwich

Don’t have online ordering that says you can go in and pick it up and in actually have the store closed and make people wait in a 30 minute line. If I hadn’t already paid I’d be out of here. Fuming at the business practices. Be up front with people if your pickup is closed.

Bland, over priced food served my rude, unwelcoming people. They were even snippy with a delivery guy that came in to ask about his order.Two stars the fancy decor and clean store-which is easy to keep clean when theres no business.That was the last time Im eaiting there. Yuck!

Updated Review to 4 stars, as Potbellys has really upped their customer service, and maintained their good food quality. Glad to be returning here!

Wasnt really impressed with the food or the fact that they forgot my side of vinegrette which might have given the wreck I had some flavor. The bread seemed tough and I thought by the description it would have had more meat on it. Overall not sure id go back.

So I came to potbelly for the first time today. Ive never been before and usually dont like going to get food from places Ive never tried before but Im pregnant so I decided to give it a try today. I got the chicken club and added Avocado. Personally if Im going to be upcharged a good amount for Avocado I prefer it to look better than this. The service was good, given I went through the drive thru, and the sandwhich was alright (without the avocado). Frankly just pretty disappointed in the Avocado since it was what I was craving. Probably wont go back and if I ever do, definitely not adding Avocado to any of my sandwiches.

My wife brought lunch home one day from this restuarant and I have to say it was one of the worst sandwiches Ive ever had. First, both sandwiches werent made correctly and second, some of the ingredients actually looked a bit sketchy to me. I didnt even come close finishing half of the sandwich before I tossed it into the trash. A complete waste of money!

I was really excited to try this place because I had seen other people with their sandwich es and they looked great! When I went, I ordered the BLT with acacado, which was very skimpy in the avacado and my bread was toasted without asking me which scratched the top of my mouth. Highly disappointed 😞

Always superb service and friendly staff. Make a great chicken and cheddar that keeps me coming back.

I am totally confused about how most people reviewing have positive comments, when I have tried this place twice and both times the food was so unappealing and just tasteless. Today was my second and final attempt to get some edible food. I ordered an Italian and when it arrived, it was smashed with oil running out of it. When they heat it (which I always ask them not to do that), italian meats being fatty, always produce so much grease - they should know that. The bread was soaked through and one reluctant bite was all I needed to bin it. The bread was very thin although I did not ask for this either. Perhaps this is normal for them but I included photos of the sandwich (I placed on foil as I binned the paper that was soaked in grease. Completely disappointed.

Potbelly is a good ,fresh ingredients and great customer service. The only down side is the bread is shipped in not made fresh. I dont believe you can build your own sub, so your choices are some what limited. But all in all good place for a fresh sub also the atmosphere and vibes are pretty chill to.

I generally order from the Woodlands location and expect to have roughly the same experience. Staff is perfect, but the three times Ive been here theres always something off about the food. Soup is very sour and pretty luke warm. Im not sure what could be the cause. Sandwiches seem good but not as hot as the other location, oven issues are a possiblity? I like potbelly a lot, and hope this review is seen by the management. Your staff is perfect from my personal perspective. Please check your ingredients and cooking equipment

Me and my co-worker walked into this franchise and there where 3 people working behind the counter, not one time where we greeted or asked if there was something they could help us with. As we began to walk out, they looked at us and continued doing whatever it was they where doing. So sad. Customer Service at this store sucks and there should be better training of how to greet customers, especially when they are bringing business in. And NO we never got served..

Food is always good and the staff is so sweet and quick. I’ve never had to wait long. The shakes are always hit or miss. Some days they’re better than others and they pick and choose when to give the cookie with the shake. The cookie makes the shake so much better. I love this location and I’ll continue to go here!

Potbelly is a lot better than most other sandwich shops .. its like Subway .. but good.

Walked in to order a family deal. They said that we had to do it online or with the app. Site was down and the app wouldnt allow for the family deal to go through. They still wouldnt allow us to order deal even when we were right in their face!! Subway will be getting our business from now on!!

Thank you to the person working the drive through today for making my dog Dumplings day with the big cup of whipped cream! Top it off you also kindly offered to throw it away! She loved it! Some leftovers stayed on the car all the way home she made sure to clean that all up!

first time ever having Potbellys. Its one of those places where I knew of it, but never tried it. Had it for the first time today for lunch. Ill definitely be ordering it again. Sandwich, mac and cheese and the cookie were all way over expectations for a $13.00 meal. Delivery was scheduled for 2:30. Got it at 2:20. The driver was very polite and was following all of the CDC guidelines. Earned another customer for sure.

There is something about a warm sandwich with soup that is very comforting, and Potbelly does it with a smile. The service and food have been great each time we come here. The dining area is always clean and so is the bathroom. We have also ordered through the drive thru and had a good experience. The peppers on their sandwiches are magic that elevate an already delicious sandwich to another level. I also like their assortment of beverages and chips, something for everyone. Whats not to love?

This is honestly a mixed review. Sandwhiches were very good but the soups were lacking flavor and meat. Staff was friendly but seemed ready for us to leave. We walked in at 8 and they do not close til 9. Its an upgraded version of subway at best..

Do not go to this location at night unless you want to pay $14 for none of the toppings you asked for (see how it says everything on the tagand the ingredients they do give you to be hardly a scoop and all in the smack center of your sandwich. Thank you so much to the crew working nights on December 15th for topping off my terrible day at work by giving me bread and a smear of hummus for dinner. I will never return to this location after this experience and Im sad to say that cause I used to love yalls food. Truly criminal to charge hardworking people for this and serve such terrible food.

1sr there rib steak sandwich is out of this world. Very highly recommend them, great friendly service and the apple cider donut sundae is off the charts yummy

I ordered a meal for delivery and the best thing I can say is the delivery person was fantastic and the cookie was good. The bad side is the sandwich was just bland and there was a piece of plastic in the chicken salad and the potato soup taste like it came from a can. Will not be ordering from here again. Way over priced delivery for what I got.

I just left the Conroe location and wanted to say how awesome Jacob was! I came in for lunch after having a rough morning at work and the lunch I brought, not working out. I didn’t know what I wanted or what I was doing but he was so very friendly, patient and high energy! Thank you so much Jacob, for turning my Monday around!

Sandwhiches are pretty decent. Just like I remembered when I went to my first one. Sadly the staff I interacted with at the time I was here were busy yet barely interact with any friendly attitude. Hard working and made no mistakes yet impersonal.

Ordered online for delivery. Doordash picked up the order, cancelled the order, and it never arrived to me. Doordash was unable to correct the situation. Spoke with Monte at Potbelly and they quickly sent out a new order to us and processed a refund for the trouble. Sometimes odd things happen, but the way its handled makes all the difference. Thank you guys!

Stop by my favorite sandwich shop Potbellys tonight. Customer service was on trash status. I couldnt even get a welcome to Potbellys from the worker who I had to walk past shes standing right in front of the door. The guy he was okay you try to make excuses for her. His excuse was so corny he even tried to clean it up. I normally dont get this type of behavior when I go into this store so Im going to chalk it up. April 29th 🤷🏿‍♂️

Quick mouth watering wraps and sandwiches consistent great quality, did I say delicious, I feel like turning in there even when Im not hungry, employees are up beat, kind, courteous , friendly and welcoming, they keep the place c l e a n right down to the restroom. B BACK SOON!

Walked in at 10:52 to order lunch and was asked to leave by manager because they were technically closed till 11am. Give me a break. I cant have a seat and wait 8mins. Ill take my business elsewhere. Btw I am dressed well, and clean. Probably took longer to send this review, than it would to have taken to have a seat and wait to order a Wreck sandwich and chip. The review saying it depends on whos working is true. Drive thru lady got an attitude when THEY messed my order (red headed oneterrible service, food is decent. The Woodlands location blows this one out the water.

Overall this place is great. Definitely a change of pace from subway and probably even better. Only problem is that it is a little pricey for sandwiches and they dont have too much of a variety of add ons for the sandwich. Nonetheless, it is good quality food and the service is always superb.

Good food, but felt like they were overwhelmed by my family of 5. (Even though they were not busy and we didnt have to wait in line.Long wait time for our order which was only 80℅ correct. I dont see what all the fuss is about.

The service was quick and the sandwich tasted pretty good. It would be nice if there was more on the bun considering the price, but Id probably come here again.

My husband and I went to eat there yesterday, place looked clean, place was way too cold to eat there comfortable. 1 out of 5 employees was friendly. Sandwiches were ok. After 2 hrs of eating the sandwiches my husband and I started to feel sick to the stomach. First we tought it was probably just gas, but later we started to feel the food poisoning symtoms. The sandwiches were the only thing we ate the same that day, dont know if it was coincidence or employees need to handle food better. I dont think we will go back there, just in case.

Delicious when they get it right! But extremely inconsistent! I love their pizza sub. The first time in drive thru out of big bread ok whatever was delicious full of meat and sauce i was happy. The next day they had big bread but they put mushrooms when i asked for none and hardly no meat or sauce. Like they used the same amount of meat as the small one and strecthed it out. Third time a couple days later no big bread again. So i got the small one again. Skimpy on meat and sauce again so still hungry :-/. Thats the worst thing for restaurants inconsistency it will kill your buisness
