لو بتفكر تروح بورتو مارينا، هاقولك على نصيحة غالية جدا:- ماتروحش اصلا!- مبدأيا كدة شاطيء الهاموك مش مفتوح ليك ببلاش، هاتدفع تذكرة للفرد ٣٠٠ جنيه عشان تروحه- حمامات السباحة مش نضيفة و فيها دبان ميت كتير جدا!- اسعار كل حاجة غالية جدا- كان فيه صرصار في الغرفة- شراعة الباب كنا ساندينها بمعلقة عشان مكسورة- الاسانسير بنستناه كتير جدا عشان ييجي عشان عدد الشاليهات كتير جدا جدا جدا- الغرفة اللي كنا متفقين عليها تم تغييرها لما وصلنا و اتحطينا امام الامر الواقع بغرفة سيئة- لو بتفكر تقضي اجازة لطيفة، أكبر غلطة ممكن تعملها انك تروح عامر جروب عامة!

تجربة سيئة جداً جداً. 😡😡😡حمامات السباحه غير نظيفهالعمال بيتعاملوا مع الملاك بمنتهى قلة الذوق. و الموظفين معاملتهم زبالة، و مفيش خدمة عملاء.الوحدات متهالكة تماما و مليانة حشرات و ابراصموضوع انقطاع المياه 4 مرات يوميا لمده تزيد عن 12 ساعه او اكثر ده موضوع مستفز جدا. يوجد صراصير وحشرات بالغرفالأثاث متهالك جدا جدا جداكل شيء مقزز وتجربة لن تتكرر أبدأ 😡😡😡

Not as expected from a big name like Amer groupI rented an apartment in tower 3 apartment# 814,it was not clean specifically the bathroom.the furniture is old and broken.washing machine was not working.staff is the worst team (room service and pool staffyou may meet in such place, they are not trained at all to how host humans as they see you as a bag of money.they security team at the gates between Marina 3 and other Marinas are gangs not a security at all they are there to take money from people to open the gates between Marinas

Good views and aqua nice for kids and good outdoors

المكان حلو.... الفيو روعهبس كل مدي الخدمه فيه و الشقق الفندقيه مستواها بيقلالمكان حلو جداااااااااااالفيو رائع اكتر من رائع........الخدمه جيده...........يعيعيب المكان انه دايما بيحتاج صياناتمعظم الشقق السكنيه فيها بعض مشاكلصحيح الناس هنا بتحلها بس بعد الاستخداممن كام سنه كنت ادخل الشقه مش بكلمالروم سيرفيس اصلا........لو بتحجز اتاكد من الاجهزه الكهربائيه الموجوده عندك وانت محتاجهالو بتحجز من بوكينج اتاكد بردوا من ان معظم الاجهزه شغالهبس بردوا معظم الناس هنا كويسه جدا و متعاونهفي موضوع الشقق اتاكد من الروم سيرفيس عشان الخدمه مش متاحه حاليا او بتدفع تنمها خلاف سعر حجز الشقه

المكان به حمامات سباحة مناسبة للأسرة والأطفال، وشاطئ جميل من خلال رحلة بحرية، مستوى النظافة والخدمات ضعيف، وغير مقبول، تهالك مرافق السباكة والكهرباء، وده ثقافة مقبولة لسكن مصيف بالنسبة للإدارة و عمال الصيانة! أسعار فوق المتوسط ، أنصح بالتواصل مع أ، محمد العجمي للوصول لسكن نظيف+201221776077

I just gave it two star as sea view was amazing besides that bad service and I got robbed in 600 Egyptian pounds and I can’t prove it as there is no monitoring camera and housekeeping can enter anytime without permission and this happened this month

Modest rooms, reasonable price, excellent view of the lake and the sea.

The worstIf i could give zero rate i would , very offensive the apartment was reserved as a sea view and during covid 19 there must be more hygiene but it was worse ,,,the air conditioners werent working , there was a leakage of water int he floor from the kitchen we asked for service to fix all this but in vainAbout the precautions there were none noone was putting on a mask from the stuff even the receptionists , no toulet papers or tissues in the appartmentWe decided to retake our money and leave inspite of not having in other place in northcoast to stay in ,,, but it was unbearable

From April to august only you can enjoy

Very nice for short vacation sea and pool variety of different restaurants but not recommended between mid Oct and mid apr

Arranged, clean, stuff is so friendly, most of service is here, comfortable, clean and wise prices

The worst place I have ever visit .a lot of Flies in the appartment, the guy who checked us in was very helpful his name is Mostafa but the experience with the customer service was very very bad , the appartment not clean at all.you will not sleep because of the Flies . Thank you Amer group

It the worst experience I have ever faced, unprofessional staff in different departments: front desk, housekeeping and management.Extremely overpriced, apartment isn’t maintained and not clean place to stay at all

Tha most dirtiest apartments i have ever stayed in vary bad rooms vary dirty and vary old furniture you have to cover everything before you sit down

من أسوأ الأماكن التي مررت بها بعد عدة فنادق و منتجعات من شتايجن ألداو و حتى ستلا دي ماري، الوحدات أسوأ ما يمكن، الخدمة أردأ ما يمكن كل المطاعم و المحال مغلقة، المطعم العمومي متواضع مع بعض الأصناف الجيدة بعض الأحيان، الأكوا بارك مجففة، حمام سباحه الأطفال بدون تدفئة، التكييفات بالوحدات تعمل بارد فقط لا يوجد تدفئة، الطاقم بطئ و غير متعاون، ستاف المطعم لا يقدر أن الأطفال لا تتقيد بمواعيد، لو يوجد تقييم أقل من نجمة واحدة كنت وضعته، ممكن أعطي تقييم بالسلب إن تواجد

مكان رائع لقضاء اجازه صيفيه جميله و الاستمتاع بكل وسائل الترفيه

Worst place to stay. Rooms are very dusty, billows have yellow spots, air conditions are not working, kitchen have oil on all the shelves, cupboards are very small and panels are not moving. You can also add the traffic jam every time you think to go somewhere with your car. Corridor floor are very old and have a lot of broken panels. The worst day every i have spent in my life was there.
