There are never enough workers and its very slow, instead of using the workers for online orders they should use them help where there is only one person taking and fixing orders.

Hate to say but f it... Popeyes in general is an ok product. However, the folks that are the face of Popeyes are absolutely horrible. If you dont like your job, quit. Dont pour your horrible hateful attitudes onto the people eating there. Whomever the manage is for this location should be fired. Thier leadership or lack there of shows through the employees. Shame on AAFES for not ensuring quality personnel. UPDATE, 29 May@1400 as always decided to give them another chance. Everyone has a bad day. Yep as expected in normal fashion 30 min wait in line, at the counter another 18min. Since when does AAFES charge a fee for a sauce for an order item. Ie. Ordered shrimp and was charged for a sauce. I asked for 2 and was charged 1 dollar. Then as I was standing there I witnessed Shawn cancel the order for the sauce, took the reciept and threw it in the trash. AMAZING......

This Popeyes suckssssss. These workers are so slow not a care about customer service I have been waiting for 45 mins now.

Super slow service. Two cashiers, it took more than 30 minutes. There were only 7 people in front of me. No ketchup ,no honey… ..

A great spot to grab some medium rare chicken tenders and watered down sauce in a shady plastic cup and cold fries with soggy gritty coagulated fat. Eat at your own risk. No quality control whatsoever and nobody cares to correct it.

The girl at the counter would only help one customer start to finish and her coworker looked lost and just stood there not helping anyone. I timed it, 15 minutes per customer I counted 5 people working they could have used one person to take orders two people to fill them and the cook to cook it. This is the slowest "fast food" place Ive ever been to. I think the limited availability of employees is no excuse for mismanagement.

Whatever food yall dont want in the reviews, send it my way...I keep this place in business 😂 In my 5 years here, Ive experienced friendly staff who throws 937373 chicken strips into a 5 piece box, serves fresh biscuits and does their best. The wait time is long...okay so what?! Do you want it fresh and you stand there a few minutes or do you want it in 39 seconds and old? For a staff of 90% teens, theyre doing extremely well. Especially compared to other places in the BX that never have a line for a reason......

Food is good, staff is rude, and wait time is forever.The major reason why this place is a one star is because they only serves one customer at a time. Most inefficient place in the BX. Prepare to wait an hour for your fast food.

Waited 30 minutes in line to order. There were only 9 people in front of me. Workers had no sense of urgency. Food was fine.

Chicken was good up until I could not bite through it. There was no pink, so it wasnt raw, but it was like eating a tire. I got two sandwiches and both of them had this problem. Would not recommend

I ordered three chicken sandwiches tonight and I get home and inside are cut up chicken tenders. Not the original chicken sandwich and it doesn’t even taste the same. So I call and speak to the manager and she says yes when we run out of the patties we cut up tenders to use. I said well that’s not the same chicken sandwich and you should tell the customer I wouldn’t of ordered a tender sandwich and she said sorry it’s the same thing you paid for. Welp just FYI check your sandwich before you leave.

Every time I come they’re out of food (fries, macaroni, condiments, etc). They service a large base and it’s very inconvenient that they NEVER have anything in stock....

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a 3 piece tender. Got back to my room and had a mild sandwich and 5 piece tender. It all tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. The teenagers working were worried more about gossiping and chatting with each other than to actually work.

Chicken is not cooked. I tried the new chicken sandwich, and it made me feel quite ill. The chicken was pink, and obviously not thawed completely from being in the freezer. Even when you buy regular chicken, not the chicken sandwich. it still is undercooked, be careful because this can make you extremely ill. Much better in the states 🤣

Gave this place a try a few times. Food was good, but the order was messed up too many times....missing chicken, missing sides, wrong number of biscuits. This last time they left out a side and tried to give me rice instead of fries! I don’t understand how they screw up so much! Won’t be going back again!

Despite the fact that this place is always busy I have always gotten great service and the food is always hot and tastes good.

The worst Popeyes I have ever ordered from. They continually screw up my online orders and never look at provided feedback. They also only serve breakfast before 1030, no exceptions. I will never order from them again.

Slow, so very slow. Would benefit from a supervisor keeping the orders moving and staying organized.

Slow & disorganized. Lid wasnt put on properly so my side spilled out into my car.

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. The last time I ate here I ordered delivery. After waiting an hour and a half for a 5 piece tender dinner, I found that the very small tenders they had sent me were very dark and clearly had been sitting out for more than a few hours. The mac n cheese I ordered was also very old and had black specs in it and they gave me none of the sauce that I had ordered and the wrong drink. I had to physically drive in to the store to get the issue resolved in a refund, completely wasting 2 hours of my night and leaving me with no food. Havent eaten here since.

Adult supervision needed badly! Food was overcooked dried out and the young staff were unprofessional and rude! I lovePopeyes but this is the last time I will visit the Popeyes at KMCC!

If you want to wait a half hour to order and then find out they have absolutely zero sauces available, then you will love this place.

It was nothing special. But i ordered a wrap for breakfast. $4 for... Nothing really. 100% will never get this again.

Chicken breaded and deep fried. Tasty and juicy.

Waited an hour and a half for my delivery order to not show up that I had already pre paid for. The delivery never came, I had to call and remind them. Then they still never came even after another hour of waiting. I called them again and they didn’t pick up. Amazing.

We just had a huge lunch at our church, where ordered 300 pieces of chicken. They not only got it to us on time, but it was hot as well.The chicken was fantastic.The staff at Popeyes were really helpful and kind.

This is no joke, I paid $13 for a 2 piece with a side of jalapeños. BUT, you can see I got an order of jalapeños with a side of chicken 🍗. I definately will never come back to this place.

Dont order from here they will just cancel your food order and not deliver you food.

Food is really good but the lines are usually very long and they occasionally forget to give you all the items from your order

My wife and I ate at this Popeyes Chicken while waiting for a flight back to the states. The chicken was very tasty. The original Popeyes Chicken at Ramstein, located between the bowling alley and the gym, was opened in the early 90s and it was always busy. I still prefer the Chicken Ranch in Molshiem but for fast food, Popeyes is pretty good.

Chicken biscuits... all I need to say. Your order will sometimes get messed up depending on how confusing you are. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!!!

Event though it was extremely busy my order was correct. Food was hot and tasted like Popeyes at home. Kind of bummed that the only sauce they had was BBQ but not a huge deal. Staff were friendly though they were extremely rushed and appeared understaffed.

Ordered an 8 pc family meal and when I got home.... no biscuits!! Now I am sad

Im not a big Popeyes fan to begin with. I prefer KFC, but thats not an option at the KMCC Mall. Over all good food and great service. Ive eaten here several times and its always been consistent. Employees are always friendly. Some of the other restaurants at the KMCC could learn from them.

Tried popeyes delivery service for the first time today food arrived hot fresh and on time and the sweet tea was ice cold, I wish pizza hut that is on post could do the same.

I usually love Popeyes but this visit was awful. I ordered mac n cheese as one of my side dishes. After receiving my order I was informed that they were out of Mac n cheese and could replace it with mashed potatoes, which had no gravy......
