Was pleasantly surprised just how moist and delicious the fried chicken was, especially at 4:00 p.m. I live very close to a KFC, but now Popeyes will be my 1st choice for Chicken.

The guy at the counter who took our order was nice as could be! The chicken was terribly undercooked unfortunately. The shrimp was delicious!

Employees ignore you until THEY are ready to talk to you. Food is good, but employees need politeness lessons!!!!

Popeyes Chicken is so crispy and juicy, and the seasoned, battered fries are just the right side compliment a big old breast and biscuit. and dont forget that signature gravy. just light it on everything.The gentleman operating the drive-thru window tonight was very professional and had a Barry White swag over the intercom that was really cool.

It was good as always just the truck was running late and they were out of alot of stuff but service was good and the manager said next time we came in he would make it up by giving us our order for free cause of the inconvenience.

The food is always fresh, tried the Mac n cheese & it was good, the staff is always friendly...the store manager always checks on his customers!! My favorite is the naked chicken 🤤

We went to the drive through and the young man had a wonderful customer service spirit. We asked him could we get legs and wings only and He gave us information on details on if that could be done and how long it would take.... Now that is what we like... If we wanted to wait or order something else that is customer service that we enjoy hearing, so thank you ❤️... We decided to wait and got full service hot 🔥 and fresh... Thank you sir and manager... Ordered onlineWaited for email/Text confirmationWent to the pickup order lobby was closed thanks for letting all of us know Popeyes,The stuff member said can I help you I said yes Ive got a pickup for Green then he said pickup through the drive thru said okay so then got in the drive thru lane, waited 45minTold them had a pickup for Green at this time I realized the other team member didnt let the cook know or anyone for that matter.They apaligized and I waited another 25minAnd guess what happened next?The order was totally wrong go figureSO YALL HAVE TIME TO KILL GO VISIT YOUR POPEYES.

So me and a friend of mine went through the drive thru and got our food and parked well we ate food was great as always but as we was backing out we heard a loud noise..didnt think much about it well we got down the road and heard something scrubbing on the ground so we stop and get out and the bumper was ripped of on one side so we now know what that sound was went back to the store and noticed that a pole was sticking up about 4 maybe 5 inches out of a parking bumper and knew what had happened so he goes and talks to a manager and tells him what happened and the manager he said that the pole was there to keep ppl from driving into the drain so he got our phone number and said the owner would call well 2 weeks passed still no call we go back the same manager says its up to insurance they have and the owner would call us...still no call go by today to take pictures and they have cut the pole that was sticking up out..its ok tho corporate and a lawyer is on board now..plus I was able to get images of the internet of the pole before they cut it out..i hope they get exactly what they deserve for trying to cover up there hazardous parking spaces..

Best naked chicken strips (it taste so good with the special seasoning on it). Their chicken is juicy and delicious. They are usually pretty fast and always friendly.

Pretty sure its better when not understaffed but the sweet tea tasted like a white suburban mom made it and the red beans and rice was pretty much regular beans with some horrible mushy rice swirled around in refried beans but hey....the chicken sandwich was good.

They always have the BEST crew working. They are always smiling, laughing with each other, amazing teamwork! Always friendly and inviting. Always clean and service is prompt. My families order is always right and they have the BEST sweet tea around.We normally get a box of chicken for the family to split but sometimes we just cant turn down a chicken sandwich and fries. My husband had the new flounder the other night and said it was amazing. Their fries are the best and always fresh and crunchy. We love Popeyes of Gadsden!

Most people from this location have always been helpful and nice but this one lady who wears a Minnie Mouse mask below her nose everyday. She seems lazy and is VERY sarcastic. I got a pic of her on her phone at the drive through window. She should have been doing her job. Now we know why it takes so long to get food. If it werent for this employee Id have given a higher rating but she is UNBELIEVABLE. She is rude to you in a sly and sarcastic way. I miss the way this location was when she wasnt there. She needs some SERIOUS training. Come on lady, care about your job like your fellow co-workers do!

Was SAD to learn today that Corporate has discontinued Cajun Rice and adding Mac&Cheese. And, chicken sandwich had too much batter and very little chicken! However, my family still rates Popeyes Chicken the best!

They did not honor the price that was displayed on their drive through menu. The Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit was shown as $1.59. They charged $2.89 and when told what the menu said they sent someone out to change the price. What happened to honor what your sign says and that the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!!!

Slow service. Cold food. Drive thru order taker messed up my order and the management tried to charge me more to get missing items from my combo meal, charged me for fries and a drink, then wanted to charge me 6 dollars more for a 3 piece tender, which came out more than the 5 piece combo. I will not return.

Zero stars wasnt an option, my COMPLETELY WRONG. I used the mobile app and picked it up from the drive thru. I get home, get set to eat lunch, started passing out boxes to my son, only to realize that our food....WASNT OUR FOOD!!! I tried calling the restaurant 18 times, and EVERY TIME I called someone would pick up the phone and then just hang it up.

I have not ever eaten at Popeyes for breakfast before. . But I decided to try their chicken biscuit. . Its got to be one of the best chicken biscuit Ive ever had at a Fast food restaurant. Very nice slab of chicken breast with their special seasonings. None of this prefab stuff. . Delicious!

Great chicken. The pickles on the chicken sandwich are plentiful and thick. However, the Gadsden location has a bad habit about getting the orders wrong and the staff nor managers care if they mess up your order. Great food, but check your order before you leave the drive thru.

They have the Very Best Fired Chicken Lovers in the World. Almost as good as my Mother use to cook.. The service is outstanding and the Employees are just so Pleasant. The Spicey Chicken sandwich was very good. Customer service fantastic. (Ordered #8 and #9 they gave 2 #9 instead. Simple mistake yet non-spicey was for and elderly person. Called and told mgr. and he offer to fix the issue and very professional. Thanks.)

Service was mediocre, restaurant small and unclean. The food was decent but my chicken was cold. There was a leak ok the counter and their solution was to throw a rag over it. It was soaking wet so the water was making a puddle and no one bothered to at least throw a rag on that puddle! Ha!

There was a large order in front of us. They made sure we knew it would be a few minutes wait. The food was wonderful. We ordered 2 kids meals and 2 #7 combos. Our food was brought to the table since it took a little longer than usual. And they made sure we had everything we needed after we started eating. All were fantastic, as was the customer service.
