Food was hot, the pacific island woman who helped me was awesome! Excellent customer service!

Will never go there in a heatwave. The restaurant was 100 degrees inside. I had to stand outside and wait for my order. It was cooler outside. Are they to cheap to run the air?

Good chicken among other things a great sandwich both fish and chicken.

The beans and rice small side was on point. The chicken was as expected. I was very disappointed with the biscuits and mac and cheese.The biscuit was overworked. It didnt rise and was hard as a disc. The mac and cheese had aome.type of red film in it... Wasnt sure if it was a spice or overcooked. Disappointing. Hadnt had any Popeyes in 2 years since arriving here from the Midwest.

I accidently hit the wrong store for a mobile pickup order. The manager Victor at the Springs store honored my meal pick up after communicating with the sonoma store. I am thankful I didnt have to drive any further for my meal. Thank you very much! Now thats service!

Its good, reliable, fast food fried chicken. Mashed potatoes with spicy gravy is really good

Popeyes chicken is fantastic. Regular or spicy, always tasty and hot. The chicken sandwich is definitely a must have.

The owner and staff are great and the chicken is always hot but the new nuggets dont have any flavor at all I thought they would taste like the chicken they serve but it has no seasoning at all! If you try them order the smallest amount to see if you like them 1st. And they should just stop selling wings because they are always over fried with little to no meat. Otherwise chicken and sandwiches are great!

The lady took my order and I ordered the chicken mild. But they still give me spicy chicken anyway. For that I end up giving my food to my friend. So waste of time and money if they dont get the order right.

It was a little packed this evening and I didnt wait too long to put my order in. And the better part of this visit, I didnt have to wait very long to get my food either.

The location is terrible. The parking spots are small, there are homeless hanging around all the time. Its not somewhere I would want to leave my car for more then 20 mins. But the workers are super friendly and the food always comes out great. Hopefully the landlord can clean up the shopping center.

Anytime I have coupons, I must stop by. My order was quickly made and most importantly correct.

Had the food delivered. Food its self was good. No butter or honey for the biscuits and no ice in the drinks. Would have nice to have the iced drink cold.

First time ever and probably last. Many items we either missing or wrong item. Almost 50 bucks and it wasn’t good. Fries stale, chicken sandwich had some weird yellow junk in it and one of the sodas were wrong. A complete meal was missing. My daughter went back and got attitude from the manager. She wanted a refund and got a partial refund and food replacement she didn’t want. She will never go back there with that kind of treatment

Loved the chicken sandwich added a few other dips on it made it great. There was only 1 person ahead of me. So I was in and out in a flash.

Visit in August 2020 during Covid.Ordered on the app. The app has issues occasionally. Went to pick up my food and only had to wait a minute or so. The tables are blocked off and there is a good amount of space inside to stay apart. The Spicy chicken sandwich is a little salty for me but the chicken was very juicy. Get the app to order so you dont have to wait!

They are super slow and you always have to double check your order, especially when going thru the drive-thru cause I think they enjoy jipping people of something you order...

I was so curious to try the chicken sandwich. Is not a big deal, is good but they use a thick breast. which make it difficult to open you mouth and take a bite. I ordered the spicy version, which is really spicy, good! I think if the slice the breast like a pattie or a little ticker, the sandwich will be great. sandwich was uneven, one side is the tip of the breast (thinnerand the other side was the back (thickerpickles are good spicy sauce is very good.

The chicken is fresh most of the time. If not you can tell them you will wait for fresh. They will start fresh chicken and it does not take long. And they are very friendly

Place is slow. Real slow. I waited for 40 mins for 3 chicken strip meal. Never going here again. Prices are high and chicken tastes old.

Usually I would give this restaurant a 5 because their service is great and the quality of food is remarkably delicious but on Sunday I finally got a chance to try the infamous chicken sandwich and was completely dissatisfied and totally disappointed that not only was it not crispy as advertised but gooey and warm. Most of this sandwich went in the trash, I had a very long day, was tired and didnt even have strength to go back for a new sandwich.

So I had the chicken sandwich and boy was it BOMB. I waited 55 minutes for it, (you read that right, 55so I decided to buy 5. Pretty cheap @ $3.99. I kept two for myself and sold the other three for $15 a piece. I just walked through the drive through, easy $45. So why did I read Popeyes is not selling them for 3-4 months because they didnt expect this turn out. We all know aint nobody gonna want one of those in 3 months. Good while it lasted though...

My son absolutely loves Popeyes Chicken so much ❤. I always have to drive across town just to buy his chicken but worth it.

We ask for fresh chicken, & they still gave us old chicken that had the texture of beef jerky 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 AND double 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 this place.

Service was great but the food was terrible. My fish was burned the shrimp was more batter than shrimp and some all batter NO shrimp. Cole slaw was good, tea was awesome. I wont be back tho 😞

Forgot to give me part of the order and gave me the wrong sauces. If I have to pay 25 cents a piece for the sauce, I want the ones I asked for. I wanted bbq and ranch. Got mustard and sweet heat. Missing the sides.

Pretty good, could see how people could get frustrated from their own lack of patience, for the huge amount of people who visit in the evenings during rush hour the store seems to handle it well and get food out at a consistent rate.

I delivered 3. 1/4 lb shrimp meals and the customer was happy with the order and delivery time.

Not really fond of the way they do their food . But thats just me. I know a lot of people that like it over KFC which I would not eat their food if it was free.

Their customer service could be better; like not informing the customer they didnt have the pieces of chicken you ordered but would you like to wait for your pieces or have something else.

Went to try the new ghost wing special and upon arriving home I realized was given an incomplete meal. Then I was expecting "real" chicken wings Im pretty sure theses wings belonged to a parakeet or sparrow they were so small. I think they call them "ghost wings cause you could not see them !!!

The food is good as always but i guess basic math is not something used like when you get a 5 peice tender meal and only get 3........ fun part the guy that took the order was the one who boxed and served our food we are the only poeple in the place and no other orders were made while we waited for our food...

Beyond disgusting. The meat was tough and rubbery, with a crunch that was like biting through tendons, over and over again. Completely inedible. The biscuit was wet at the bottom...why? Never will I ever be going back 😝😝😝There were some other things that were different, not bad, just different. Like the gravy. Its not traditional gravy. Thered a bit of a kick to it. And, the coleslaw, it has dill in it.
