Its chicken its good much better then KFC by a long shot. But my order isnt right a little more often then I would like

A chicken sandwich consists of 4 things and they somehow always find a way to miss one or add one that I asked to be removed

Lobby closed, long lines, lazy staff, lack of normal menu items. At least what we could order was good. You higher kids without work ethic you get a less then optimal experience. Avoid this Popeys till the lobby opens!!!

The girl at the drive through window said extra sauce was 50 cents. So I grabbed 2 quarters and handed it to her, she then told me she was too busy to sell me the sauce cup that I could LITERALLY see 3 feet behind her. The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The amount of time it took to explain why shouldn’t sell me a cup of ranch was longer than her just handing it to me. This was 6 pm on august 23rd. Whoever you are please work on your people skills.

Could have been fresher for a lunch hour. Was expecting hot food. Never have been here before and expectations were quite high. Lobby was very clean customer service was good. Would probably give them another shot.

The food was good, and came out quickly. The dining room doors were surprisingly hard to open due to some kind of ventilation system pressure. Pull really hard, I guess.

Went specifically to try the chicken sandwich as recommended by a YouTube video. It was good.

I loved it. The chicken, fries, and biscuit where amazing. Remedied me that i miss having one in Kalispell before it when down hill. Plz come back to Kalispell

Stopped there 3x this week, two of those the restaurant was completely closed, the other time only drive thru open. Unable to patronize, such a massive waste of marketing dollars. Tired of businesses that are only open once in awhile.

Ordered online through the app. Paid showed up to the location and was told they don’t do the surf & Truf?? App says they do they sell the chicken and shrimp separately just put it together. But was told they can’t price is wayyy different…. Said fine I would just order so I start to order and the guy say are you making an order… I just said I was. Proceeded to get no answer so I just left. Between the items not available at the store the inability to work with what they have and the rudeness I would get your chicken some other place!

The people there clearly just dont care. I get missing items every time I order or go through the drive through. I like this place because its close but honestly not even worth it any more. Constant disappointment.

Closed on Mondays. Very poor signage to let people know. Only sign I saw was on a scrolling sign which was visible from the point we saw the sign to when we parked.

There is a reason there wasn’t a line here. We passed McDonalds by because of the long line and we were on the fly to a music gig in Whitefish. So we took a chance. I ordered chicken nuggets. How could you go wrong, right? Wrong. There was probably chicken in the nearly burnt fried breadcrumbs. My husband didn’t complain too much about his burger, but when he is hangry all culinary discretion is nonexistent.Sorry, I didn’t take a photo.

The drive-thru was the only option as they closed the lobby far too early; and the order was messed up due to the ordering system not working properly - this lead to 5 minutes of clarification at the window and making sure the order was correct the second time.

The one in Post Falls always serves the chicken sandwich hot, crispy, delicious. This Missoula location serves up old, soggy, uninspiring junk. I threw it out.

Food can be hit or miss but great when they are staffed right. Like everyone else they have had staffing issues. I dont have an issue waiting for quality food the first time around.

An absolute s*** show. Im here at 5:45p. Most of the soda varieties available in the universal dispenser are empty. Theres only one choice for anything sugar-free, and is suspensing water instead of tea. I upgraded my drink to a large drink, only to find out they dont have large cups (after paying, of course). 5 minutes after ordering spicy chicken, they inform me that the spicy chicken wont be ready for almost 15 minutes.I should say that the dining room was exceptionally clean, which is a good thing, because its 6:00 on a Wednesday night, Im the only one here, and Im the only one thats been here since I walked in the door. The chicken and rice was also hot and fresh, and actually pretty good.

The business was not very clean and smelt horrible. Some of the food was fresh and tasted good but some tasted like it had been there for several hours with no heat lamp

First experience at Popeyes, drive through... no utensils, napkins etc, food was blah... just made me appreciate KFC even more! Glad we got that out of the way!

My husband and I decided to give this place a try on June 12th and it was delicious!! Chicken had a slight kick but was still really good

Imagine being in the drive thru, placing your order then get to the window..pay for your food, see the cashier laugh into her mic…then her manager comes to bring you your food. You take it, hold your foot over the brake and look back..she makes a face like she’s disgusted…then u call the same restaurant in the morning and they say bc they have a “black manager” that it wasn’t offensive to u…you all really need an adjustment..

Giving one star because 0 isn’t an option. i’m still sitting in the drive through. it’s been an hour. shoutout to popeyes for putting the fast in fast food.

Unbelievable service. Shelby was so SO friendly and the food was exactly right. Hot, crispy, delicious. Our order was right and we got it very fast.Ive managed restaurants, retail, and grocery; Shelby is exactly the kind of person I always searched for. Friendly, welcoming, and engaging with customers. Lazy Staff. Sat in line (3 carsfor 40 minutes for a order I put in online. I also do door dash. Workers move slow. No ambition to speed up the process. This place needs to hire new people. Ones who can actually work in a fast pace environment. Would highly recommend just going to KFC. Save your time. Seriously. It is quite ridiculous.

Used to work here and do not eat here! Black mold is covered all in the coolers! There chicken is all frozen and they thaw it in hot water which is not ok! Upper management is sleeping with other managers and all treat employees like complete trash!

I love there food. But I do not like how they always forget something. I never get a spoon for my mac and cheese. And the lady hounded me to buy a cookie so finally i gave in and I never even got it 🤦‍♀️.

Stopped to grab some food during a road trip. The dining room was closed so everyone had to use the drive thru. We ordered for our whole family and when we distributed the meals we were missing one so one person didnt have any food. We went up to the window and let the lady working at the time know that we were missing a meal. She started cussing and yelling saying that we were wrong and she g*d d*mn packed it. After explaining that we were still missing a meal and we dont know what to tell you maybe it went to another person in the drive thru and we were not trying to steal we just wanted all of our family to have their food after spending over $70 she finally started packing up the meal and throwing stuff after swearing and yelling more.

35min wait for less than quality food and forgotten drink. Understanding the employee shortage, after 35min I expected more fresh. Big let down conpaired to other locations visited

My mother and I came through this past weekend. From start to finish, I can honestly say I have never been treated so rudely. "Candy" Took our order, we asked her a question from the intercom and she responded like we were absolutely stupid. When we pulled up to the window, my mom asked her if her pickles were on the side for her sandwich like we asked since we had a 30 minute drive and didnt want a soggy sandwich, she looks at us and says "You can just pick them off." Are you kidding me?! Nice costumer service. The manager came to the window and said normally she is a sweetheart but she feels overwhelmed "Then LEAVE THE WINDOW FOR GOD SAKES!" THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Traveling out of state and ordered the large tender family box and a chicken sandwich for my husband and two kids. We love Popeyes. It took 30 minutes to get it. The tenders were half the size from other Popeyes, not impressive for the same price. No tea or lemonade. We got back to the motel and didnt have the chicken sandwich, so back again for another 30 minutes. About 5 people working one male sitting outside smoking with a female that didnt work there. I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes waiting.

Manager was rude and ill trained. This establishment did not have biscuits for our meal. The cashier was not aware that because the biscuit was not available for the meal we could/should recieve a discount, .60/biscuits. Manager failed to pass this information down to employees. Chicken was cold. One breast looked as if someone took a knife and cut out the center of the breast. When my wife asked the manager about not receiving a discount for lack of not having biscuits and the breast that was missing half of the breast and being colded. The Manager became angry and stated she would give us our$1.20 discount in a hostile tone. They need to lock this place up and let KFC move in.

We went on 4/ 3 / 2022 it was awful as far as getting what you want.. they were out of fries, shrimp, dipping sauces and biscuits.. oh ya and there lemonade.. good grief you would think if you didn’t have food you would post outside instead of waiting in the drive tho lane for 15 minutes.. that I really don’t mind but all out of food!!!! 😮😮😮. Come on… that’s not the first time either, who ever orders your inventory doesn’t order enough because your always out out of food.. being fast food and all… ok rant over.. 😞😞😞😞

In total it took just under 30 minutes to get my food (Noon on a Monday, the drive through lane was backed up all the way around the building)My food was excellent! Everything was piping, and I mean, PIPING hot, which I appreciated since it was a rainy day. The chicken pieces looked small, but there was enough to them. The meet was juicy and the breading was crispy, the mac and cheese was rich and plentiful and again, very hot! The included biscuit was buttery and warm, and came with butter and a honey packet. The coleslaw was crunchy and sweet... everything was better than I expected honestly.The service was quick and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience.

I dont believe reading is a requirement to work in this dump. Obviously "French fry" looks too familiar to "cole slaw" and no one can differentiate between the two. Counting must be another requirement lost in order to work here as well, 6 items on an order, but not 6 in the bag. Hmmmm.... And people complain they still dont make enough money.

I lived in the South for years; Popeyes is the only Chicken that matters. Clean restaurant good food, friendly staff. Every flavor of Coke zero available. Hell yeah!

Food is fantastic and drive-through staff is wonderful, quick, fun, and funny. However, this locations loses 2 stars because of it its lobby staff, for the 3rd time, either personal or waiting for a driver pickup order, the one employee running those orders has ignored several people walk in, and back out. Stand around and space out the drive through window, take customers out of order, and toss sauce packets around mid order making. Waiting 15-20 minutes and beyond for a pickup order is unacceptable for the above reasons.

This is the 3rd time in the past 2 months that Ive stopped in for Chicken Nuggets only to be told theyre out! I visited last week while shopping hoping to order a 2piece chicken meal, only to be told they were OUT of bone in CHICKEN! Its POPEYES! How can a establishment whose main menu items are Chicken, have such difficulties providing it?!

Popeyes actually sources their chicken from local vendors. Overall Popeyes is bomb, however this franchise location could bump up their chicken quality. I understand that’s a difficult proposition to make will rising chicken prices. Happy to see Popeyes up here!

Passing through on I90 we stopped in for a quick bite, went through the drive through and ordered two sandwiches and a side of mac n cheese. Not one napkin or a utensil to eat the mac n cheese. We were a mile east before we figured it out. First and last time Ill eat at Popeyes.

Pretty good. I only get the blackened chicken since Im on a keto diet right now, so I cant speak for the rest of the menu. Good service and clean.

Went here last week. Service was excellent but its not really comparable to Popeyes in the southern states according to my partner who lives in Florida. Still decent food, but it could be better!

My visit yesterday 2/3/2022 wasnt so pleasant. I ordered two 3 pieces dark spicy requested it be made fresh. Was told it would be fine if I was willing to wait 15 minutes the wait was fine with me( Im from New Orleans and being out here on the road I miss the food back home I was getting a little home sick and my husband decided to try and make me feel better by getting us popeyes). I waited over 15 minutes (wasnt a problem at allthe problem was even after the wait my chicken was not spicy and wasnt fresh😫 I had already left the restaurant and went back to the loves truck stop (my husband is a otr driverso we couldnt go back...BUT! I called and spoke with the manager Erica and she said if I was able to come back she would make my meal as I ordered it. I couldnt get back the same day so the next day 2/4/2022My husband had to pick up a load around the restaurant and Erica delivered as she promised 🙌🏽 THAK YOU SO MUCH Erica ❤ you definitely earned yourself a customer! I will recommend this popeyes to all of my truck driver friends that are delivering in the area! You showed great customer service and satisfaction 👌🏽

Not only did I have to walk into the lobby to get the two chicken breasts I was supposed to receive with the three piece combos I had purchased, which were not in the box, the worker who I spoke with was rude and unprofessional AND I’m now home sick with food poisoning because of their Mac n cheese. Thanks guys. 👀 I would not recommend stopping here.

My daughter and I had went to Popeyes through the drive thru one evening to take dinner home. We ordered a 16 piece chicken family meal that was supposed to c Bbbvbome with 3 LARGE sides and my daughter ordered their surf and turf. I’m driving home so my daughter could eat...a surf & turf with no turf. We get home and my daddy goes to fix his dinner plate and asked if the rest of us had already eaten because if not we had a problem. We had a problem alright and still do! I brought it back to them the next day and caught an employee outside and said look I don’t want to cause a scene inside and he asked me what the problem was. I explained and he took the bag and said I’ll make it right. The pictures below were AFTER he fixed their error!I think it’s needless to say I’ll NEVER eat at the Missoula MT location EVER again!

I love the chicken but honestly when u pay 30$ for a family meal and the coleslaw is half full not.cool but thats why I now get chicken and biscuits here and kfc coleSlaw

Ive loved this place since I was in the military. Always some excellent food at a fair price. I even made a mistake in my order of what I wanted and the woman at the checked to make sure I wanted it before I got it. Very nice wait staff. First time I have been at the Missoula Popeyes. The food was quick (this is at lunch rush hour!and the food was delicious and crispy. I love this place and I have a new passion for fried chicken after i stopped here. Prices are good and the food is good. A place to mark on my list of good quick eats.
