Chicken nuggets are SO good! Wild mustard dipping sauce. And their Chicken sandwich.. Mmmm.Pretty good for fast food.Never a long line up, but some how its a long wait time for Drive-thru. I pre-order for pick up.

Amazing, delicious, chicken was fresh and juicy, everything was super warm and tasty. The staff was also awesome! Most important Ive never seen a bathroom so clean!!! 10 out of 5 if I could!👌🏻🤩

Bad our chicken was bad it tasted gross money so wasted and staff cant understand a simple order, we wew the only ones in drive through. Noone was in ordering and we still waited over 10 minutes the fries were cold and soggy as well.

Always coming by for lunch on our way to Toronto. The employees are very kind and fast. Food quality is consistent everytime, only downside is that they dont always stock up on all the drinks.

Just Like any other fast food chain it suffers from its issues, comma but on its good days theyre chicken sandwiches cant be beat

I ordered the 5 piece Chicken Tenders. Lightly golden fried. Very nice portion for the price. Staff super friendly and responded to my questions about the dipping sauces included with my order. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Spent almost $50 on a 12 piece family meal. Waited 15 minutes for it, as they had nothing cooked and it was very busy.Get the "12 piece" meal home, only 8 pieces in the bag. Thanks Popeyes 🙄.Hope someone enjoyed the 4 extra pieces 👍

Clean but very slow service. Ordered 5pc of fried chicken with fries and had to wait over 40min because they had no chicken ready...

Excellent. Restaurant and washrooms are clean. Food was hot and fresh, not greasy at all either. Also the service was great. Lots of nice smiles from all the staff.

Food is always delicious, but a bit pricey and there is a bit of wait but atleast the chicken is nice, fresh and right out of the oil. The bathrooms were relatively clean too

When this place first opened we loved it! Unfortunately, the last 3/4 time we have gone it has been a horrible. Food is cold or saturated in grease with no flavour. We never go to this location anymore. We still love Popeyes tho.

Super clean restaurant; all the tables are spotless! Lovely decor! And the staffs are super friendly and helpful. There’s power charging station available, which is super helpful for travelers like us. The daily special menu specializes food with extremely reasonable price. This is by far the best fried chicken place!

Waited over 25 minutes in the drivethu for 3 classic chicken sandwich combos. Had to call in at one point as 2 vehicles behind got food and pulled around us and multiple people had been in and out of the lobby while we were waiting. When I called they said 1 more minute. After 5 minutes I went in to inquire about our order. It still took another two minutes to get the food.This particular sandwich always appears to have a wait time. This experience was quite frustrating. It was after 930 when I pulled out of the drivethu.

Food was excellent! The restaurant was clean and tidy! It has everything it needs to be wheelchair accessible but the activation buttons for the second pair of doors werent working. So that automatically makes it not accessible. When we entered and wanted to leave the activation buttons Were NOT working to leave so its a real trap. I ate mac and cheese, popcorn shrimp with fries! The food was delicious! The other bummer was I ordered a small sprite and received a large cup of carbonated water. (I dont mind the carbonated water but I was still deceived because its not what I ordered).If yall fix the doors Ill change my rating to 4 stars. If its not accessible its not open to everyone.

Wow. This place is really bad. The chicken was horrible. The Cole slaw was gross. The fries were good. I normally like Popeyes chicken but this location was so bad.

The staff is very friendly the girl who take the orders talks to the customers very politely I think that the name of that girl is jashan maybe. It was a very nice experience though the food was very tasty

The last 3 times went to the Brockville location the staff has gotten my order wrong. I ordered the same thing all three times except this last time I ordered an extra coleslaw. All three times I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal with mild, all dark meat, with an order of mashed potatoes. Got white meat mixed in with what was to be all dark meat, and this last time I ordered the coleslaw extra. They included the coleslaw in the meal and charged me the potatoes extra knowing they were more expensive, but they did not give me the coleslaw at all. I got home and realized this and called them to complain. Now they want me to drive back across the city to pick up the coleslaw at todays ridiculous gas prices. wont be going back.

I found the crispy chicken sandwiches overated. You can get the same quality for half of the price at any mcdonalds.

Dont understand why popeyes is always so slow...always wait 15 to 30mins for my order. Good food but consitently have to wait too long.

Burger we bought was too salty and fries was okay however, theyve have certainly fried with old stinky oil. Cooking oil should have been changed long back. But they still keep using it.

Mmmmmm fat juicy chicken sandwich with a smokey ranch sauce drizzled all over it. Each bite getting more and more juicy and delicious! Absolutely delicious Buffalo ranch is the bomb 💣

Decent food, did not get the spicy chicken sandwich I asked for. However when the lady was making my sandwich in the back, she was interrupted by the cashier to help with a return, I noticed that she was handling change, did not remove her gloves and went back to finish fix my sandwich with the same gloves. I interrupted her and asked her to switch her gloves which she did, but had an attitude about it and did not apologize for being unsanitary.

Ouff bad service , staff dont say Hello or Good morning. I wait 20 min for my order and a biscuit missed in my order. I wouldn’t recommend this Popeyes location to anyone. Very disorganised ! The staff take the break in the same place of the clients

Food is amazing but girl working who clean floor and bathroom she closes the washroom and put chairs at 8:45 something and she don’t let anyone to use washroom. She watch thr customer in bad wayy. Im coming from toronto i take break my girl start crying so we go to osmos to use washroom. Girls wearing the white muffler on head. Worst employee i ever see

The service was good. The fries were great but the spicy chicken burger not so good. Had way too much sauce and had too much bitter taste to it compared to other locations Ive tried. Probably because of the excess amount of sauce.

I once sat 40 minutes in this drive thru and the shrimp is the size of your thumbnail. The food is sub-par.

Chicken was crunchy and very flavorful as always, not sure how a fast food joint manages this sort of top quality service

I just recently decided to start eating here. I got tried of the other guys, then saw the sign for Popeyes and that was it. I just order a number 10, chicken sandwich, and number 6, eight chicken nuggets. So I dont have a comment on the rest of their menu. But I have never had a bad visit to this restaurant. So I guess I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is hungry for a change.

Friendly staff, clean location, and fast service. Ive been here a couple of times now to grab lunch while on the road for work, Ive never had any issues with service, employees have always been friendly and quick, and even when Ive had to wait a few minutes for something to be ready, Ive always been told, and my food has still come quicker than Ive been told. Food at Popeyes is pretty standard at most locations, but I find the quality here is pretty good. Definitely recommend here as a good, well priced meal option if you are in the area.

This restaurant opens at 11:00 am , 11:06 am I call the restaurant waiting in the drive threw to get serviceThe young lady said I will ask management, I heard her say no it not but I will open it , the young lady said I will take ur order , we waited in line 19 mins for my meal, they r waiting on the onion rings, got my meal and got 7 onion rings that took 19 mins , management issues

Fried chicken was very good. Fries were not fresh...biscuit was great. Id go back but choose a different side!

A good spot to grab food on the way from MTL to TO. Glad that it had the convenience of a drive thru and service was quick, less than 2 minutes between ordering and receiving food. The chicken was hot, juicy, and crispy, and the fries were tasty. The biscuit was a little on the salty side, but still good. The drive thru employee was so polite too! Would definitely come back

The spicy chicken sandwich is addictive. Cant get enough! Great spices, really solid prices for value, and can I recommend picking up a box of biscuits to make your breakfasts that little bit more special for the week?This location specifically has a very loud speaker at the drive thru but excellent service all around. Happy to travel a little bit to get my fix when the service is this good.

I’m not kind of person who eat fast food but this place had good history in US so I said I will give it try.No complains the chicken taste so amazing even though was fried not grilled .Very crispy and the bread so soft with hot sauce !Good job!Just one comment guys pls put the mask properly while working, the mouth has germs .Protect others and urselfAnd yes recommended.
