Just need to improve their wait time

They were out of a lot of drinks. The drink machine wasnt working correctly for what they did have. The chicken was undercooked. The staff was unfriendly. There was no-one inside and only three cars, counting me, in the drive-through, yet each car had to wait approximately three minutes at the speaker before their order was taken.

Would not give me red beans without rice

They are very rude especially through the drive thru they don’t give you time to order they have very bad attitudes and they had our orders messed and the manager Romanique was just as rude as the crew (Neshasmh they have to get it together if you don’t want to work in customer service then please don’t apply for the job because how you guys treated us today was unnecessary

The lady working behind the counter was very very very rude I believe she may have been a manager but not sure. She was very rude when letting us know that it was take out only, and then I had to walk back across the street to get silverware and she was very hateful when giving it to me she was hateful whenever I asked for it. And the drinks were nasty and the food wasnt to good.

Customer service is trash. Even the managers a rude. will not be going back!!

Their drink machine wasnt working, ac wasnt working food order was and always wrong. I hate giung their. I have kot eaten their in 2 years and its still the same we wont b back

Business is not like it used to be going out the service is very poor

They are slow and food is not always fresh. I believe they need a pop up inspection and audit.

My experience was terrible. although my food was hot, delicious, and accurate; my visit was terrible The young lady who was working the drivethru was incredibly rude and completely dis satisfactory as far as customer service or even by the most simplistic standards of communication She had an attitude from the VERY beginning and refused to give me the sauces I was asking for as well Useven shut the window in my face and ignoring me trying to speak to her. UNACCEPTABL E!!

We should not be going wrong with fries but mine were so old and soggy they were able to mush a large order into a small bag. Eww. I was disappointed in that. The staff were smiling and very friendly. I just wish the fries were as great. Keep up the good work! Improve the fries 🍟

Every time that I order from this location they forget my sauce!

Ordered 5 piece spicy tenders and they was rhe smallest tenders 8ve ever seen at Popeyes the first one I bit info was raw. I instantly threw it in the trash. I never has a bad experience with Popeyes but this location absolutely horrible.

The sign says the lobby is open, but all the doors are locked. Waited in line over 15 minutes

They just threw our food in the bag and threw peppers with alot of juice in the bag. They didnt answer the phone when tried to call back

Popeyes is not the same like it use to be . Its either too cold, the taste of old oil, or either under cooked.

Food is usually good but they been slacking lately. I do a mobile order but my last 2 times my order has been messed up. I get the 3 pc tender meal supposed to be mild but got mild/spicy mixed 1 time & straight spicy the other time.

The location is the absolute worst. After waiting 37 mins in the drive thru,, the manager refused to take my coupon on my phone. I had 3 other receipts all using this same coupon previously. I asked for the district Mgr, she called her and told her, and began to laugh on the phone. She stated again I told you, No, you must have the coupon??? The rep cursed me and snatched my card. The only reason I tolerated this was due to the order being for someone who was in the hospital(no appetite for weeks). But only wanted Popeyes. The topper: the food was old and mild instead of spicy, red beans instead of Cole slaw? PLEASE COMPLAIN About the Management and especially the District Mgr. They do not care about service and take customers time for granted. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Good ordering service. But when I got my chicken home and looked in those boxes it was a mess.The chicken was cold like it had been under the light. . The fries were stck together like it was their last. Those fries were so short look like they come from the bottom of the bag. The biscuits were cold. Rice n beans were cold. They need to do better than this. People are spending theyre money to eat good food and you get this mess. Somebody need to report them for this kind of service.

The Popeyes on Greenwood Road in Shreveport needs to be closed!! I understand things happen but every time I decide to give them a chance. Either they do not have something on the menu or they mess up your order the customer service is horrible. An hour before they close they will stop cooking chicken and tell you that theyre not dropping anymore tonight .I will stop to the gas station and buy some chicken before I stop there

NOBODY WEARING MASKS and service is horrible. They gave me not so fresh chicken along with maybe two teaspoons of mash potatoes & half container of red beans & rice in a family meal. Prior to ordering , it was pitch black but I notice the light over the chicken and proceeded to place order. I asked if they were aware the lights were off and they responded yes. Now back to the beginning, I asked why no one was wearing a mask . The young lady at drive thru stated she’d just returned from break , which means you’re on the clock. Well , I noticed that the lady that was preparing my food mask was UNDER her chin and she was talking and preparing my food at the same time. I asked if masks was a requirement and the young lady in drive thru said yes. I eventually got my order and got home , only to return it bc it wasn’t fresh and containers nearly empty. The Mgr said the reason for the mash potatoes bc they were out. I asked if he’d like to be served half the meal at full price .Popeyes 165 south Monroe, Louisiana UPDATE : I asked for refund !!! Nobody cares about customer service anymore ..

It was okay I changed my order at the window and the manager told the worker dont do it again. She doesnt realize if I cant change my order you can keep tje chicken and I am driving off.

Horrible customer service, been driving for hours and stopped for food. Lady gave me cold food and when I asked for fresh she still provide cold food. This place is not closed just business sucks

The worst service!!! Told them what I wanted and completely didnt listen! They were rushing us, we were being polite and telling them thank you and they didnt even say a word to us. This is no place for anyone to go if u want to be respected!

The cashier was very rude ! She pretty much just threw our sack to us .we had two drinks ,she gave us one straw. the chicken sandwich was awful. it was so small you had to look for the chicken under the bun. smallest Popeyes Chicken Sandwich Ive ever had. Also no napkins. will never go back! dont waste your time or money at this place! Which the other two Popeyes that we passed had lines to the road, this one had no line. there was one car in front of us. that should have been our sign to keep on going!

It was extremely busy. We ordered tenders and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes and then they never gave us any sauce. Was very irritated because we were just passing through to go to Shreveport.

If you dont want butter or honey for your biscuit, dont want your dipping sauce, napkins or drink. If you want burnt beignets with no powdered sugar than this is the place for you!Even after I went back to ask for the dipping sauce and iced tea, I recieved a Pepsi! Worst Popeyes Ive been too.

Ordered online to save time. Was stuck in line for over an hour. Frozen lemonades were not frozen, chicken had been cooked for quite some time , bit the French were nice and hot so I have the one star for them.

25-40min on avg just to get through the drive-thru...Today? 38min. Ordered 3pc spicy tenders with red beans & rice and a sweet tea.Received? 3pc regular tenders with rice and a splash of red beans (no sporkand something that tasted like flavored water.Not coming here again. Plenty other places that sell chicken with way better service and accurate orders.

Your manager should get a raise. She handled a stressful situation with grace and cool when faced with a line of customers too many to accommodate, letting them know in advance she probably could not feed all before running out of food. Preparing us ahead cut out a lot of confusion.

My family visited the Popeyes on 165 south. We sat at the speaker to order no one answered to take our order so we pulled forward to the window where two ladies sat watching us but neither came to the window. My husband blew the horn in hopes to get them to come over neither of the ladies moved instead she proceeded to be rude by talking under her mask still not coming to the window I couldn’t hear or see her lips to see what she said but her body language said it all...the other young lady walked over to the side of the window to get something but still didn’t check with us to see what we needed or how she could help. There was a young man to finally come to the window to take our order...very unprofessional...here lately the customer service has been horrible...there are three other restaurants that sell chicken and are less expensive than Popeyes and me personally I think southern classics is better and closer, but my children like Popeyes but I do not appreciate the poor customer service and will definitely rethink it before I go back any time soon.

The drive-thru service was great & respectful but the chicken & fries wear old not good at all the chicken pieces was extra small.

Horrible experiences. The first time I went there I drove passed the speaker on accident because I couldn’t see it on the ground and the lady at the window made me drive all the way back around and sit in the long line again. I went yesterday evening and I sat at the speaker 5+ minutes with no one saying anything to me which lead a car to skip in front of me in this long line. A lady in front of the car that jumps in front of me comes back around after receiving her food and tells me while I’m still sitting at the speaker that the speaker is broken!😡 Someone could’ve come outside and told me that the speaker was broken or even just put a sign up that said it was broken so I would know to order at the window. This led my boyfriend to do the job of the employees and tell the cars behind us that the speaker is broken.Also, you never know if the place is opened or closed because the lights are not well lit or they never turn them on to make people think that they’ve closed for the night. Would not recommend if it was the last place on the strip left open. GO somewhere ELSE!

I had just left a funeral and was starving. I stopped by to get a family box. I spent $32 and my order was wrong when I got it home. REALLY!!! I It was cold and raining so i didnt take it back.

Nasty is not the word. I’m already in touch with the BBB . The chicken sandwich was old. Nasty tasting . The other chicken sandwich was a tender that was so hard and nasty. You never know who is ordering at your establishment, you should at the very least serve food that doesn’t look a week old. When you can see the old-ness of food that’s a serious issue! Shut this place down!

Rude staff. We ordered 3 combos that were $21 total and couldnt even eat it. After we got our food we had so much mayonnaise on the sandwiches it was seeping out the sides. It was on top and bottom buns. It really felt intentional because we had ordered all plain sandwiches nothing on them. We even asked if they had mayonnaise on them 😏

It was an unpleasant experience for 2 chicken sandwiches, fries and 2 drinks.We waited in line for over 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of us. Once we got to the board to order, sat there almost 10 minutes saying hello, blowing the horn, even calling the business number.Finally, I chanced pulling up to the window and tell the young lady at the window that I had been sitting waiting for my order to be taken. She immediately replies, "oh yeah, the board is broken" I responded and asked why there wasnt a sign on the order board and her nonchalant response was "I just got here". Yet when the car directly in front of me pulled off from the window, I saw her lean out and look out the pickup window toward where I waiting by the order board. Regardless if she just got there, she knew a customer was waiting and could have waved me up to the window.I requested to speak with a manager, informed him of the issue and wanted to know why an OUT OF ORDER sign was not on the board.His response was that Corporate does not allow an OUT OF ORDER sign on the order board. I repeated what he said to me to make sure I understood the reason I was given that resulted in my waiting over 20 minutes to order.I also informed him I had called the store while in line waiting and the phone was not answered and had a full voicemail. There were at least 5 employees walking around in the store that I could visibly see from my car and no one answered the phone.I had to place my order from the window and then wait for my order and additional 10 minutes.So, I got out my car and walked back to the order board where another car was sitting there waiting for an order, that was never going to be taken and told that car and the majority of the others cars in line almost to the street to pull up to the window.I told the Manager at least put someone at the entry side door to wave at the customers and tell them to pull around to the window AND have the order taker wave them down from the window.I was traveling from DeRidder, LA through Monroe evacuating from the 2nd Hurricane in Southwest Louisiana in less than 45 days and this was the WORST part of the evacuation.I will NEVER stop at this Popeyes location again and would not recommend anyone else to either.If I could have left zero stars I would have.Please contact me concerning this complaint.I may be reached at williamscdc@msn.com.

Horrible chicken sandwich! No mayo, no pickles.... Whats going on? Really enjoyed it the other day but these 2 sandwiches today are horrible!

Store says its open until midnight. All the employees are in there and you can see a ton of chicken in the heater but no one at the window and their speakerbox is missing in the drive through. Dont waste your time.

I get there order my food and had an entire conversation with the lady about exchanging this for that and the fact that I was willing to pay for the change. Get my order and head to the hospital where my husband was, he opens the box to find the entire order wrong and not what me and the lady discussed! The whole order was screwed!

It is utterly ridiculous how much they charge without a coupon or advertised deal. Just two pieces of meat with one side is almost$7. Thats extremely high in my personal opinion. I should have just stopped at the grocery store, bought a chicken, and a potato and cooked it at home. Without a coupon or discount I wont be going back.

The worst f’ng experience ever! Fire the 12 pm manager on shift on 9/2/19. First she takes our order smacking her gum!!! 10 cooks in the back and chicken took over 15 min to be ready. My dam tenders were cold as hell! Worst Louisiana experience ever!!!

Came with a couple of friends , we ordered first and when we got our food it was cold! Our friends food took over 20 mins. They ended up asking for their money back. The menu wasn’t working. 6 people in the back cooking. This place was horrible. Avoid this place if you can!

For a fast food joint this place is pretty good - highly recommend the biscuits and dipping your chicken into the honey. The soda here tasted like dirt but I’ve been told it’s the local water in the area that tastes that way, and the soda syrup doesn’t cover it in the mix. The locals I was with are use to the taste and didn’t notice it until I said something. My first visit to a Popeyes and it was pretty good, the staff was friendly too!

This is the second time Ive gone to the pop eyes on Martin Luther 165 South, and each time they filled my order with the wrong food I was there about a hour or maybe 2hr. I ordered a large dirty rice and they gave me a lg. Rice and gravy. I can not eat rice I was so angry maybe if the manager would pay attention to the workers and not sit down talking to the coustmers and stop all that foolishness in the business area things would be better I love Popeyes chicken wings and they wasnt good and not even warm Im dioponited with the service I received this Wednesday night 5/15/2019

Stopped at Popeyes on 165 loved the food. Cooked to perfection. Well seasoned. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, full of smiles.

Great tasting food. Had to go back exchange my dark to white like I asked for"I stated someone doesnt know dark from white here."Everything elso was perfect. No let me take that back. Walkking out the door my cup lip was coming off, stood by closest table and spilled a little drink. One of the employees asked me did I need some napkins. I told mine out my fpod bag start wipeing she laugh with other employees and said Ill get it up.

Out of state traveler. Arrive at lunch time with plenty of other customers there already. Took maybe 2 minutes to place my order and maybe 3 more to get my food. Nice and hot. The staff was great. Maybe a mile south of the interstate.

My order was completely messed up and I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. I ended up getting one of my meals free and thats why I did give 3 stars. It tasted good as well.

We got good hot and fresh cooked chicken. But it must have been shift change when two young ladies drove up next to us im popeye uniforms smoking pot and they got out spraying themselves with air fresher and bodyspray. Im glad I was served before they started.
