The drive thru was quick, the for was ok. I liked the fact that there was a security guard outside in the drive thru area.

The service was nice but slow

The chicken here was fresh and amazing and juicy!!👏🏽Great Job!! Gloves are important in food service industry though nobody should be handling anyones food without gloves and glove change after 30-45 minutes with proper hand washing protocol!!!

Their drive through is ridiculously slow!

Food is always delicious and always hot, the drive thru is slow though. I recommend walking in.

Same challenge everywhere. Insufficient staff. Bulk orders being filled at the counter. It seemed to take forever to get the substandard fish.

The wait time was decent. Staff was pleasant. Only disappointed that no salads were available.

Terrible customer service and they always forget things you ordered...on top of that, when asking for the things they forgot, you will be met with a terrible attitude. Aways check your bag before leaving.

Love their chicken *drool* The chicken sandwich though! Omg! Somewhere else claims they do chicken but clearly not like this. The first time I bought the sandwich, I went back and bought 2 more!

The amount of rats running around this facility is crazy, they are running right by the drive thru line so you get a full rat show when you waiting in line! Customer service is okay thankfully, and if you can get past the rats… the food is okay.

Got through pretty quickly it was just a out midday. The chicken pieces very small but it was good tasting.

Used the drive thru had a bit of a wait as someone up ahead must have had a tall order but once we got moving it was effecient and accurate. The food was HOT and tasty, no soggy fries chicken not greasy, value you for money

I order at the drive through and got served in a decent timeframe, however, I was sent to the parking lot until the chicken was ready.

I ordered the 3 piece combo and upgraded to a large orange juice which is quite refreshing.

Very consistent with excellent tasting fries, chicken strips and sandwiches.

Went in and bought a chicken sandwich, open it up to eat and they forget the chicken.

It a great fastfood restaurant but I only try there burgers and I love it so I just stick to that every time I go there one day Ill try something new but the burgers are real nice

2022 and hands down consistency is 👌!!!Cajun Sandwich 🥪 is the best!I must admit, when I tried Popeyes fir the first time I was bias; never liked it. But now I must say the flavor profile has grown on me. This location is one of the better one, pretty good customer service and drive through is usually relatively quick.But! None of the location seems to ever have popcorn shrimp when I go. Why? 🤷‍♂️

Service was good but food was too salty, not healthy. Its evident in everything, buns, chicken, etc

I ordered escovitch fish and bammy. Not only did I not get any bammy but the fish wasnt escovitch it was 1 piece of fried fish fillet. Su nubody nu bbc vex like me.

Horrible, spent almost my entire lunchtime in the drive through. Join the line at 3:11pm didnt get through until 3:50pm. When I reached the payment window, I said to the agent, I am buying the food but cant eat it because of the time in the line, she apologizes and suggested that I have it (lunchon my way back to work. Excellent response. At the pick up window I repeated the same thing because the young lady was very slow, I was at the window over a minute and a half before I was approached. She only folded her lips and proceeded to hand me my meal while she hum under her breath. This is my last purchase at your Constant Spring location. This happen on Tuesday May 24, 2022. This is also a regular occurrence at this location. I have had rhe unfortunate opportunity on mire than 3 times to accompany fellow coworkers and the treatment is always the same, hence I time the service this time. N.B. your team is very unpleasant the SUV in front of me had a query and she was very unpleasant (at the pick up windowI think thats why she took over a minute to assist me, remember my time in the line was way over 30 minutes. They need training.

Chicken tastes better for some here than KFC. The drive through thou is very narrow.

Got a shock on my last visit, that the prices have gone up. Caught me by surprise, but on the scheme of things still not bad. Please use a little less salt.

First time since the pandemic Ive been to cross roads or Stanton Terr locations however today I enjoyed my meal fresh hot and nice , waiting period was ok . Thanks 👍

Fries are always freshly done and tasty. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but it wasnt spicy at all. But Popeyes is one of my favorite places to get cajun fries and chicken sandwiches.

Not a fan of the franchise, the service experience was what you typically expect with “Jamaican fast food service.” The lady was real nice though and patient so I gave it an extra star for that. The food wasn’t anything to rave about and drink rather flat. Not in a hurry to head back.

The only thing Im not 100% comfortable with is the location of the drive thru. It feels claustrophobic and if anything happens it definitely seems like itll be a good long wait for any help to come your way. Otherwise, they are very efficient (at least the very few times Ive visitedand they seem consistent.

Their fried chicken is cooked better than one in the United States. Also, red beans and rice has a better taste.

Great food, great place. Always has the freshest just done chicken. The customer service is next to none. If you are in the Manor Park area. Please stop in worth the wait. Drive through can get a little busy. Make sure you get an apple pie.

Food was nice. But they took my favourite off the menu,... BBQ chicken. If they brought it back, Popeyes wouldnt have enough hands to sell it. Too much fried not good for you,..... thats why I dont buy from them other than the rare occasion.

Dive-through is a bit tight, so be careful as you may damage your car or truck. Customer service was on point.Taste is good except for the Red Beans and rice.Will be returning in the near future

This chicken was not bad, am usually a KFC kimd girl but i I was pleased with my purchase. I would buy again. The juices were too sweet for my liking. The lines moved fast tho..

I am a big fan of Popeye when we go to Florida so I was happy to check it out in Constance Spring, Kingston. I was not disappointed with the chicken but they should reduce the salt. The only downfall was the length of time it took to place our order. But if you know Jamaica, this is a norm for them. Some staff could do with a course on customer services.However, the end result and the lovely male staff member who assisted with the order made up for any negativity we experienced.

The bestest fast food franchise with great prices and delicious meals. Nothing compares to the hot and spicy chicken and sandwiches they offer. The salads are amazing and fulling. My go to spot to fill up on good food.

We love Popeyes chicken. However, when we got some from there last week, the chicken was a bit too salty. We enjoyed it, but not as much as we did in the past. They need to pay attention to this flaw. Too much salt is not good for anyone.

The food was good they had what I wanted, traffic is good not crowded, clean environment but I did encounter some disagreement with the staff but Ill just blame it on the time of day, other than that a great establishment for fast food service.

Unsatisfactory service spent almost a hour in the drive through. Security cut off line we were the last in the line . They did not have the common decency to let us know they were out of food. Reach drive through and hear they only have 1 max box and 3 pieces of chicken dem have left. And it was almost time for us to come off the road. With that said after finding out we were not gonna get any food we had to wait until they serve the person in front of us before we could leave to even try to go somewhere else to try and get food. They could at least advise us so we could now because they sent the security to stop persons from coming in the drive through they could atleast tell us we waited for nothing

Better than alot of other fast food places. Always seasoned properly. Tastes unique, and bring you back there for that authentic cayenne pepper flavor. A good place to try at least once. The food is well prepared and seasoned with love. My personal favorite is the popcorn shrimp and the chicken sandwiches. Fries are a whole meal by themselves. SoooOoo tasty! Sometimes the wait can be longer than anticipated, but good food needs good preparation.

If you really want something different from the usual from the competition here is definitely a good choice. Since recently I have become very fond the the Popeyes flavour and the way the chicken is done. Talk about crispy juicy flavorful chicken. Oh boy.Anyway, I have to give them credit where its due. The staff is generally very welcoming and accommodating especially to my particular request. I know they can be long and complicated at times.The last text I went to this location, I arrived a bit before opening and the staff let us in so we could use the rest room. That was a plus in my book.Orders are done fairly quickly, but can take a little time when there are a lot of people, like on a Saturday.There is seating upstairs and u will get a decent view of crossroads while having your meal. Its just across from the movie theater as well so you can grab a quick meal before or after a movie.
