Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in San Juan

I am disappointed with Popeyes in PR. All veterans must receive a10% discount from food purchase. Veterans should be recognized for their service as well as police officers, firefighters, medical personnel etc that in any given point we responded to any crisis to safe life’s.

IT is alright now but before it wasnt so lets leave it at that

Hours vary by day and are not posted anywhere. Edit: Now there is a sticker with store hours, but it’s closed after the opening hour and the employees don’t know when it opens….

Good chicken sandwish. High drive tru volume at 12 pm.

Its the slowest Popeyes location ever. Was in the drive through line for almost an hour😡

If you don’t have money to have a car don’t go there the administration don’t like poor people since they refuse to give service to people on foot no even to go thing

Dont have the same spices as New Orleans and the chicken sandwich made my granddaughter very ill.

Popeyes chicken was very good as fast food chicken places go. Not greasy and quite tasty. Had some mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy with it...also tasty.

Always great chicken. Definitely the best fast food chicken around.Always so tasty, so fresh. There side orders are expectacular and prices are much better and bigger chicken pieces than KFC.UPDATE 11/24Still you cant dinner inside, sorry but very lay back administration.

Very good chicken but when I told them I needed more straws and folk the cashiar didnt give me none

When I tried to visit, Popeyes had a real long line on the drive through (over thirty cars). It was moving really slow. I tried to go into the restaurant, but they were not allowing people inside. It appeared as if they did not have enough people to handle the traffic. I went to McDonalds instead.

Very poor service, dont serve what you ask and when you question then they look you like they dont care.

Slowest Fast Food Restaurant. Waited on a line of 10 people for 45 min. They allowed 3 people to cut the line during that time. Management should be replaced

They still dont allow eating inside the restaurant and the employees have horrible customer service on the drive through. Super slow service and they have attitudes when asked for the food.

Been here twice so far and I was given the wrong side with both meals.

Food is good. But they still dont allow indoors eating. So most sales are thru car carry out, very long lines.

The service in this Popeyes is really great, they used to be a little faster when they opened. But overall is still really good.

The team members greet customers, are polite with everyone and also very attentive taking orders, the tray in wish the food are served comes with all needed to eat. Theres a waiting bench near the serving counter. Obviously the food on point.

They took too long to take my order and the chicken sandwich was just ok

It was very good. Although, I WISH they would have spicy chicken at the time I arrive. Im not saying because of laziness because they were preparing it, and told me how much time Ill take. Not much time, but I was in a hurry. Great place to eat.

I work here and I can assure you we all take care in the food we make and the presentation. The food is both good and fresh.

This is the best popeyes because they serve good amount. They are nice strips combos called antojitos which are way better than the regular combos price wise... like I do always I bring my drink because drinks in fast-food are always too expensive and cheap good antojito combos came w/o drink.

Popeyes has a very delicious food, a tasty chicken and fries, so exquisite, and much better if you like it spicy.

Super fast line, food was hot and has a lot of parking spaces. Great location too.

Located next to Sagrado Corazon train station in Santurce. Delicious fried chicken and good service.

Nice food and the mashed potatoes is THE BEST but have to improve the some prices that are to expensive in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷!!! 5 Stars with better prices

State side biscuits do not taste like these honey biscuits. The potatoes with cheese and bacon another item that we do not have state side. Both items were great.

Its Popeyes, you can expect it to taste just like any other popeyes in the island. Drive through does take some time to move but its ok. The spicy chicken.... yes... Im a foodie so obviously in going to like Popeyes!!! Please close every KFC in the island and we are good to go.
