Popeyes in Pusan

Super long wait when you order fried chicken pieces. The staff talked so much among themselves when preparing the food, without masks on. I don’t feel comfortable eating the food they prepared.

I bought a takeaway today for a chicken sandwich classic, a 3 piece bone-in chicken classic and a 2 piece bone-in chicken spicy. The waiter cheated me by packing in a chicken sandwich classic and a 5 piece chicken tenders! My own stupidity for not checking before leaving. Too late now that I am home and just realised this ‘mistake’??? Beware you guys must open the bag and check before you leave the counter or end up like me.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews … been there a few times, food is always fresh and tasty. Facilities are clean and employees are fair … the best fried chicken you will find in Switzerland. So glad they are here!

Friendly staff and the spicy deluxe was excellent!

Very BAD service. We waited for almost an hour for our order. And they didnt put all the items we ordered in the bag. We spent CHF 103.40 and they only gave us 8 tenders when we are supposed to get 24 pieces of tenders!!! Very disappointed. The staff should check the items first before they give it to the customers. We will never ever go there again.

I normally don’t eat at places I have at home but made an exception at this Popeyes. So glad we stopped by. Customer service by Team Leader Granit was amazing. He even felt really bad that we couldn’t order all the things we wanted so he offered a sweet treat for the kids.Definitely will return!

Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere whether you spend a lot or a little time here. Had Sandwich Deluxe Spicy at various Popeyess however I really liked this, Swiss quality!

The chicken is delicious, talked to the manager, great guy imo.10/10 would go again.

Great fastfood and nice ambiance. Must go with your friends and family. They just need to have other kinds and choices of Cajun style foods.

Two thumbs down sadly…not at all like the popeyes I know from home back in the USA. Different batter recipe leaves Film of grease in your mouth - 25% of the menu choice here, and then almost double the price. Please stop trying to bring American classics over to Europe to make a quick buck! What’s next - Arby‘s with only veggie burgers and weird cabbage salad ? I never tasted coleslaw as bad as that I had at popeyes Switzerland…

Aight so I was very hyped when I heard they be coming to us, cause Basel really needs a good chicken shop, but oh boy were my expectations ruined. I went twice to make sure I had really given it enough chances. First arround the opening and then a week later for good measure. Lets start with the Tenders. The breading isnt very crunchy and kind of feels like flour in your mouth. The chicken is barely seasoned and for sure not marinated for 12 hours... more like salt and pepper before breading and frying. And for my taste the Tenders are just too thick making it like 90% Chicken and 10% breading, which I find a bit too much. The Sandwich bread is sweet but okay, yet they barely but any sauce in the Chicken Burger with the fattest piece of chicken in it. You basically go through 3/4 of the burger with barely any sauce. Fries are average and the French Fries Sauce is straightup Mayonnaise.So yeah overall very dissapointing and I forgot to mention its pricy for what it is.

Adequate at best. Chicken wings nicely fried and crunchy. Chicken tenders very soft if that‘s your thing. Sandwich batter was too soft and dry.Popeyes more like Popeno…

Just an amazing place! I really liked the vibe! The food was really tasteful, the service was fast and finally, Angelos, our waiter, was so cheerful!I can only recommend it, come to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen if you want to taste delicious chicken!

Angelo and Granit are very good managers. Overall a 10/10. The burger was very tasty and juicy and the fries were the best fries I’ve ever eaten.

we went to eat with colleagues for lunch, the chicken is excellent as well as the fries but the reception of the restaurant is horrible, it does not go with the excellent chicken, I am horrified, my colleague who understands French heard an insult from a responsible woman with a white shirt (I think she was a manager in view of the difference in shirt colorand since then we have been very surprised. Popeyes its over, I do not recommend

The place is not ready! The employees need more training, they were all disorganized. There were no chicken tenders available there!!!Card payment works only with a credit card!Close the place, train your employees for 1-2 weeks and add all Popeyes products to the restaurant!

At arrival 12:30, the place was full of people which is nice and normally is a good indicator for a fastfood restaurant. We waited for 5-6 minutes for a take-away order (could be worse).The prices are way above normal in comparison to McD and BK.I payed 23.90 for a 4dl Sprite, Small Fries (they were good & not too salty like McD), a Chickenburger (the chicken was ok-ish but the sauce was more like a salad dressingand some spicy wings (if you like spicy food, youll be disappointed).All in all it was ok for a once-in-a-lifetime tryout food purchase, but i would rather go and drive 40 minutes to the nearest KFC in France.

Very friendly and kind staff working there. These chicken sandwiches are amazing, one bite and you forget what it actually feels like eating such quality fast food, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
