Spacious, great interior design.

Delicious food but I hope to get more professional service and speed up the operations like McDonald Restaurant.

Took over half hour and I am still waiting. I will cancel and leave empty handed if takes any longer.. They dont seem to understand the concept of "fast food"

After 3 hours they told me they didnt even start my order

worst service ever , never eating there again. i ordered the sandwich without cheese and it came with cheese that happened two times and they asked for the sandwich back , like do they want to resell it

I ordered food and it arrived 70 minutes later also the over all quality of the place is deteriorating. I called the delivery guy and he didnt even try to make excuses. Bad experience

The chicken arrived very hot and crunchy. The fries were very soggy. The rice is tasteless and the red sauce tastes terrible and was ice cold. The coleslaw is also soggy and tastes funny. Quite disappointed but nice chicken and mash

Delicious and the place is clean, especially with the new decor

I ordered the Golden Meal ( 4 pieces of chicken + fries + biscuit + soft drink and ordered garlic sauce on the side). It costed 5.55 JDs ( their prices have increased , I remember that I used to get this meal for 4.5 JDs)However, popeyes has the best fried chicken in town. I didn’t like the quality of the biscuit at all - it was tasteless. Their fries used to taste way better as well. Packaging used to be bigger before, this tight box isn’t the best option for such a greasy meal.

Very very very bad experience! I had “the sandwich” it was very oily and soggy!! It was clear they just throw a frozen chicken into the oil. I couldn’t eat it and jad to throw it away. I think Popeyes should invest in making the food better rather than paying for false marketing. Never eating it again

Very Very very bad food because not cooked well and very very bad service, example I order a family meal and chicken was not cooked well with blood things in it and potato was cool and restaurant was dirty Plus wash room, so not recommend to any one or familys.And I have proof about the same.

I really like the Sandwich .. its so delicious and fresh every time I get it.Its honestly so addictive. And I like the chicken nuggets too.Prices are reasonable and they have great deals and offers.The drive thru workers are cooperative.You might need to wait a little bit for your order though.

I saw the guy making the sandwich. he made it and wrapped it and then it seems that he forgot something. he opened it and he smeared some sauce on it. he filled it with some kind of Mayonnaise. I got the sandwich it was cold, the chicken was not cooked enough and it was full of excessive amount of mayonnaise. disgusting . no hygiene.. food is not consistent. the sandwich was thrown in trash.

Tastes very delicious, but I hope its a little bigger, and contains more sauce.

Worst service I had in my life all over the world rude staff it took them 25 min for 3 pc of chicken tenders one of them raise his voice in my face with a bad attitude like we are in street not seasoned food and the chicken was oily and not tender at all I don’t not recommend any one to visit it’s a pity that they reach this level bayader branch

We were pleasantly surprised how delicious the food was. It was very nice to be able to enjoy an American food chain. The location was also very clean. Glad we went as we were craving fried chicken!

They have the best fries, mached potatoes, biscuits. Not a big fan of the chicken though..

Popeyes is only good when there is no traffic on the restaurant, unfortunately they cut back when they find an increase in demand! The quality of food drops along with the levels of service. Employees at this branch seem to be their against their own will.Oh one more thing Never order Ramadan Iftar from Popeyes you will get it 50 minutes after athan (true fact).

Not organized at all, extreme waiting time, they got my order ready without me knowing as i couldnt hear the number due to the noise in the restaurant, after acquiring my order they had it for dinning in while i asked for a take out and after i took it and left i found out that they had my order wrong. No one measured the temperature for the customers also a lot of customers were walking in, ordering and waiting their orders without face masks and no one did anything about it

This is their biggest branch that was recently opened, the same location used to be Burger King.The place is spacious and good for dining in as there is enough space between tables.We tried their new sandwich (The Sandwichwhich was just good, nothing more. We also tried chicken tenders and the 20 pcs box that comes with large side orders of your choice along with 4 drinks, and all tasted very good.This branch has large parking lot and a drive-thru so parking is no issue.

It’s good if you like to have a junk food in this restaurant. We enjoyed having spicy 🥵 meal for 4 persons.

Ordered some family meals on Thursday. It took an hour for order to reach which is normal on a peak day however order came short with items missing. Upon follow up we were told to wait another one hr and a half. In terms of food, biscuit is greasy and heavy on throat . Chkn quality is ok. Wont try ordering again. Upon escalation our missing item came in within 30 min.

-Unfriendly staff at the front counter, in a level that you feel as a bigger while you are requesting the food.-Serving ounter is not presentable look very low class.-Almost fake offers, 3 pecies out 6 pecies is very very small, which makes feel as cheated.-Good location with good space.-Serving the offer was very fast as the place was very poor of customers.- Cleaness of the dining hall & serving the tables were very poor.-Generally I was not happy of this experience with my family-Be careful the price on the board and add are not included with the 15% additional taxes !!!

Must bring your own salt, something to clean the table with and if possible I think they need new mops because the floor is filthy. This is the second time in 6 months I came here with the same issues, no hope for a clean place to eat. Chicken was very good though!

The food was good, the place was quite and somehow clean, customer service is moderate, the cashier was a little bit stupid. The server was good, chicken, potato, mashed potato were perfect but the biscuit was half size of usual, a small improvement on cashiers, cleanliness and serving sizes would be perfect.
