Popeye's in Georgetown

Didnt have biscuits, didnt even have chicken nuggets (!). Service is rather slow and the servers could use sone training, they came of rather rude.Other than that: AC is working, food was good, toilet reasonably clean.

To begin with, how come such a big franchise doesn’t have a credit card machine for Visa cards usage. And even worst employee that don’t know how to slide the card 🙈. Now food related, when we order mashed potatoes, didn’t have, biscuits didn’t have, chicken tenders didn’t have. The rest of the chicken cold 🥴. Shame on you Popeyes

Worst drive through in the city. Needs to up their game and update their service.

The chicken was not hot nor tasted fresh. The biscuits were fresh but oddly shaped.

Place need a serious cleaning specially the washrooms and sitting area. Food qualify needs improvements

I’ll never buy chicken from location ever again don’t get me wrong the staffs are friendly but they always burning their chicken every time I go day or night the chicken and chips are burnt it tastes bitter they need to change their oil as often as possible that is wrong having people waste their money and being disappointed .

Spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru waiting for a 2 piece n fries. Then asked why they taking so long, they said they were waiting on fries. Doesnt take 30 minutes to make fries.

The camp street location have a lovely environment when seating out doors and a play area for kids outside. They have the BEST fries out of everyone. Also I won a promotion at them 😁😁

It may be a Popeyes but if falls short on three counts. Its spicy version of the chicken isnt spicy and they even give you an additional amount of hot sauce for those who know what spicy is. Second, their biscuits are small and dry. They crumble when you try and bit it. Third, their three piece is equal in price to our three piece, but ours include a bigger drink and side. The Guyana franchise need to step up. I wont be eating here again. .

This place was my favorite lunch place that time that I spend em Georgetown, located a few steps from the office, even that it’s fast food they offer good sandwiches for a good price!

The food alright. The only problem is the fries. Popeyes fries are supposed to be seasoned. You guys are selling plain fries for the same price as seasoned fries which seems like a scam. Also for delivery why is it so hard to put pepper in the bag.

Great fries and Chicken, but a bit of improvement is needed to make sure all the meals they are known for, are always available for customer to choose from

General timeless

They are really slow. Even the drive thru takes about 5 minutes. Sometimes I cannot even understand what the cashier is saying over the telecom. Horrible. Inside service is even worst.

When we go theres rhe chicken was tasing oil we went to KFC own taste delicious than Popeyes .Well Merry Christmas to you and your families and friends

Supervisor was very helpful and accommodating. I was in a party of 8 which consisted of 5 little children, and had extra napkins, and ketchup and cups, everything an adult would need when dealing with kids.
