Pops Family Restaurant is a diner style dining ambiance. They are much much bigger than any diner Ive been to. You are handed an electronic gadget that will alert you when your table is ready. We had a party of 5 for brunch and only had to wait 10 minutes...the food was good. I had pancakes. They were a smidge undercooked but very, very tasty. Their coffee is robust and not watery. We will definitely be coming back on Sundays after church.

Spectacular diner food.There was a 15 minute wait, and like 15 parties in front of us. The place is big, but also their service is fast, so the turnover its quickly paced. We had a table within 15 minutes.And yes, the food was fantastic. Totally diner food. But yummy. Big portions. Kinda greasy, but not in a bad way at all. If Im ever in the area again, I will 100% go back.

Good for quick(ishbreakfast food.If you don’t have time, order ahead and take it to go. Road burritos for the win!

Service was great. The place was really busy, but there was still parking. The parking spaces were roomy, having two painted lines between cars, so you dont have to worry about door dings. Staff was well organized and did not seem stressed out. Despite every table being used, the place was not noisy, did not feel crowded, and was clean. Plenty of space between tables. So glad we didnt have to shout over loud music to talk.The food was cooked well, and everything was made exactly to order. Bill was accurate and paid at the table so didnt have to wait in line to pay. A+ guys!

Terrible customer service the hostess is very rude, id never eat here again. They say send complaints to an email to look good but they never reply

Extremely rude and racist, definitely going to better business bureau. Isnt the first time either. If you’re a person of color dont visit. Ive been told to email them to still no reply

I saw you guys went viral online for being racist and terrible people, im here to confirm because this place is family owned where they stick up for each other so they wont ever say otherwise but ive had several racist encounters here. The women who work here are rude except for the Spanish waitress everyone else here is uptight and extremely rude

Sunday breakfast at Pops didnt disappoint. Usually get the eggs benedict, which is very good, but mixed it up and tried the Ultimate Greek Omelette with grilled onions added & holy cow was it delicious!! There was veggies & feta in EVERY bite!!! Got the hash brown patties - they were hot & crispy, but super greasy. Their wheat toast is really good. Our server was attentive & nice. Feels welcoming. You should definitely give them a try - consistently good food!

Have eaten her for years with no problems until we stoped and purchased meatloaf with rice pudding to go. The meatloaf made me very sick for 3 days . Very disappointed because this was the first time that I ever had a bad meal here. The rice pudding was also burnt and the meatloaf kept me on the bathroom for 3 days. As I mentioned first time in many years I ever had a problem but haven’t been back

The food was O.K.. I had the crabcake Benedict and corned beef Hash. The crabcake was not made with real crab and the hash seemed like it was a blend of real corned beef and canned corned beef.

Awesome place to eat. Plenty of food to choose from and great portions. Staff is wonderful

What a surprise this restaurant is, the wait staff are great, I had a strange order cheese omlet with one slice of cheese 1 piece of buttered rye toast and a cup of coffee, that is exactly what they gave me. The wait staff we cute funny engaging food was perfect, it gets five stars from me and I will return.

What a great place to eat at! Our server was extremely attentive, fast and very likeable! The food was filling and just delicious! I dont think you can get a bad meal here.

This place was packed on a Wednesday afternoon so we knew it had to be good. I liked my club and the wife had a tuna melt. They were good. Staff was nice and they were moving!

Super quick and friendly service on a Sunday morning. Home fries were crispy. The crab cake Benedict was fantastic. 2 thumbs way up.

Fast service, amazing staff, and delicious food. Pops is one of my favorite go-to restaurants. Take-out orders are ready exceptionally fast and food is always fresh. Delivery is fast and efficient. Dining in s great, absolutely wonderful staff. Great quality dinner food, great variety.

My husband and I were visiting the area with our 2 year old. This place is a gem. The food was great and reasonably priced for the portions they give you. The place is incredibly clean and the staff great as well. The atmosphere was very welcoming. We would definitely come back again if we are in the area.

We were really happy that we stopped here for dinner. The food was delicious and fast. There were kids meals (for breakfast or dinner food), both came with drinks and the dinner meals had ice cream as well, which the kids loved. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served all day. They also offered a specials menu. Portions are generous.Our server was incredibly friendly and made an effort to connect with us and our kids. The building is spotless! The outside and inside are very well cared for. The owners obviously care about their business and put money into keeping the facilities looking immaculate!

This place is awesome it was very busy and I was by myself so I opted for a seat at the counter. Keri was on the ball and had my coffee and water to me in 45 seconds from sitting down. I ordered 3 eggs over easy with bacon, toast, and grits they had it out and done perfectly in 5 minutes! I will definitely be back next time Im in town.

Came here last year after working as a vendor at the Milford Oyster Festival, decided to go again this year. I think it’s turning into a tradition. Omelets are really good, Deanna the waitress is super nice and all smiles. Definitely coming back next year.

Had breakfast a breakfast burrito named after pops himself. It had a homemade taste made from real eggs. Big enough to last for 2 days. Came with the best home fries Ive had in a long time. One small complaint, the coffee want great, I prefer a dark roast and its more like a light roast with little flavor. Another slight complaint, ask to be seated in the back or next room because the center aisles always has lines of customers paying their bill so you have all kind of smelly and loud people standing next to you while you are eating. Still giving this place 5 stars for the great food. Next time Im in Milford I will definitely go there again.

If you are looking for comfort food and atmosphere that makes you feel at home then you have found your place. Thanksgiving is my favorite meal and their turkey dinner made me nostalgic. Deanna was such a sweet person. This place is comfort.

Delicious breakfast with friends family! Stayed in Connecticut for a few days just to visit. The night before they couldnt decide where to pick for breakfast out of many good options Im sure but Pops won! Beautiful place and great omelets!

I wanted Pops to be our new weekend spot because the pancakes are pretty good but after 3 WEEKS IN A ROW of charging me for 2 sides and not putting it on the order, Im starting to loose my patience.:1st time, OK little mistake/oversight.:2nd time, maybe out of whip cream? But still no refund on the sides??:3rd time I SPECIFICALLY left it in the notes (knowing full well that it gets stapled directly to the bagand surprise... No whip cream, no refund now on 6 orders of sides not received.They obviously read the order if they put the fresh strawberries on there but why charge me extra every week after week and cant complete the orders? Why put it on the menu if there is a refusal to add it to the orders? I cant be the only one being habitually overcharged weekly?Granted its only a couple of bucks here and there but it still adds up. I cant say if I want to be ripped off/disappointed again for a fourth time because by then, I think it would be shame on me.Its just bad business practice in my book.

Went there for the 1st time today. Had a great experience. Waitress was awesome and very friendly. The food was excellent. Came out quick and hot. Had a cheeseburger club with curly fries! Definitely will be going back

We had lunch with our grandson. Large variety of menu items. He really enjoyed his grilled cheese sandwich and fries. He loved our onion rings. He also loved his ice cream shake. Clean tables with very attentive service.

The food and atmosphere is wonderful here! My omelet was amazing and the service is fast for this place being so busy. The servers are warm and friendly especially Deanna who brought our food over with a bright sunshiney smile and high vibe disposition! I highly recommend this place!

Wow, stumbled in here when visiting a customer and so glad I did. It was pasta night, and I was amazed at the flavor and amount of food for the price. Great atmosphere, great food, great people.

I had the garden omelete with a side of turkey back. My family had pancakes and a bacon cheesburger. Food was very good. Burger was juicy. Omelette had fresh veggies and pancakes we’re soft. Everything was good. I like that. Im getting hungry looking at these photos😂

Best diner in the area! I LOVE this place! We come here at least once a week. Saturday breakfast is a must. Most of the time we come twice a week. This time I ordered Crabcakes Eggs Benedict- OMG! Its delicious. Well, obviously its a personal preference, not everyone likes crabcakes. I ordered it with avocado in addition. But everything I tried here is delicious! Even my boyfriend who is very picky and never gives a place a rating higher than 8, said a 9.

Nice diner like spot. Chicken parm sub is good. Menu seems to have a nice selection. Becoming a more frequent patron lately.

The food was very good, the service was on point and the prices were reasonable. The hash was very good, but i wasnt a fan of the grits. The texture was odd. A bit too chewy. This will definitely be my regular breakfast spot when i stay in the area.

The server/waiter was 6 stars ✨. He had a great personality and was funny. The restaurant is super super clean & the decor is perfect. I didnt expect the restaurant to be so spacious and comfortable with a patio deck in the back.The breakfast 🍳 delicious. Great local family business.

The food and the service was all great! We stopped in during our road trip. We stopped at a service center and gps’d nearby restaurants and this little wonder popped up. We decided to give it a try. We’re glad we did. The inside is very upscale and spacious and I love the floors. It’s very kid and family friendly. They even have outdoor seating. We had their cheeseburger, French fries, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, scrambled and fried eggs, home fries and their dinner rolls and we would consider getting everything all over again and trying something different also if we’re ever in the area again.

Food was very good big portions and friendly staff there was about a few minute wait but that was expected due to the long weekend very nice reviews and very decent priced I was surprised by the cleanliness and modern feel to the inside I would definitely recommend to anybody to come here grab a bite to eat and enjoy the atmosphere

Nice atmosphere. Indoor seating has views of the lake and woods. Outdoor seating was under a tent with more than adequate spacing between tables. We went there for brunch and we all enjoyed our meals. I have been enjoying the outdoor seating in the crisp fall air. Service was good.

Food was very good and the wait staff couldnt have been nicer. Nice menu selection; large outdoor eating area as well. Homemade pies!

Cute little diner with a covered outdoor patio too.... Fast & Friendly service. The rice pudding came with my husbands meal but theres a nice variety of cakes & pies.

We stopped at this place while out running errands and Im really happy we did. Its a very pleasantly decorate, has great food,good portions,and great service. It is a family restaurant so expect there to be children. The only thing I didnt like was the very basic beer selection. Basic Bud/Coors stuff. Otherwise this place is great, definitely check it out.

Great experience on Saturday morning February 15. My daughter and I sat promptly at the counter area. Our server came to us quickly offering coffee and water. We reviewed the menus and ordered with our very pleasant woman. Our food arrived hot and quickly. Very happy with our dining experience at Pops. We will return.

A real traditional Family restaurant with a lot of returning guests from the neighborhood.Great breakfast with tasty waffles with fruit and blueberry pancakes. The Home fries are delicious and the serve good sausages.
