Poolside Bar, Grand Hyatt Dubai in Sharjah

awful food and awful service

Food was not up to our expectations. Nachos, delivered with canned sauces on the side and Club Sandwich not nice at all. Pricey for what you get. Crowded and noisy pool with not too much shade.

Excellent service and food is good. The mojito combo is a good deal. My child loves the pool and the play area. Will definitely come back again

Looking at the vast pool area, you can enjoy some snacks here. Typical but authentic French fries are winner of this pool side restaurant. Enjoy them with a glass of coke when the Dubai is in winter season!

I am here post Covid19 , the pool restaurant staff are very prompt , friendly and polite , the food is very representative in quality and look to Hyatt standards, the pool itself is huge and has nice spaces and corners to relax , kids are is amazing with water slides and an infant pool , kid club is still closed , Awsome place to get out with family

View are amazing, and having some domestic birds and animals are also nice..but it is quite expensive comparing to other poolside bars around!

Totally recommend this place, you would forget you are in the city.

The Pool in Grand Hyatt caters for everyone. They have one of the biggest adults Pool in Dubai and then they have kids pool with slides and also a toddlers pool with shade. I can fully recommend this hotel it is just brilliant and clean.

With temperatures in the mid 40s a welcome relief and plenty of room.

A fun place to hang out with family and kids. They have a kids water slide and large pool for adults. We had cocktails from the pool bar that were reasonably priced.

Early in the morning on a clear Summer day @ the poolside of Grand Hyatt. Refreshing and relaxing. Later it is probably getting quite crowded and of course families coming for sharing nice moments together full of fun on a hot summer day in a cool place.

Wonderful pool with a very large palm garden. The perfect place for relaxing..

I think the place is very normal. Service was not very good may be because they were busy. I asked them if they have prior reservation and was told no and then i found that they have which made me upset. Shisha was not very good and very expensive at about 150 dhm, almost double the price at other places in dubai.

Great outdoor restaurant, and friendly staff.There was a lack of variety in the buffet, no soup to start with, no variety on the salad bar, and just Apple pie as a dessert.Nevertheless, they are offering one of the best live BBQ buffet, great outdoor ambiance and landscape.Liked the chilled drinks especially it was a hot summer night.Overall it was a really great experience and definitely will be back again.

Food is overpriced and quality is not good at all. Service is good though...
