Great overall experience. Coming back is a must.Excellent food with great variety,either its on A La Carte restaurant or buffet. Excellent environment. Staff goes to great lengths to accommodate .5.

The rooms in pictures are not the same as in reality, very poor service, it’s not like European hotel, everything is for Russian, we have booked sun bad, but we didn’t get fruits and wine the first day, you must look after personal to ask for anything. The sun bad beautiful like on pictures are only 6 and it’s reserved for all time, so you have possibilities to lie on uncomfortable bars without pillows. So in my opinion everything looks like it must be beautiful and good but in reality I don’t recommend , especially because of service! It’s really bad!

This hotel is just perfect! With perfect pools, yummy restaurants, lovely kids club with the most kind staff, always feel relax, wanted and on truly holiday!! We will definitely like to come back 🙏🏼❤️Thank you for unforgettable vacation ☀️🌈🐬

Everything is just perfect.

Very nice outdoor and pool area and friendly and helpful stuff. But the rooms are very dark and depressing and the food (we are thankful that we only had breakfast; do not try the coffee!was poor. Overall far away from a five star experience.

We went to the hotel outside of the main season but the weather was still nice. The room is comfortable and the restaurants are nice. However in my opinion both the hotel accommodation and the restaurant are a bit overpriced

My stay in this hotel for eastern holiday is not very pleasent.When we come to the room( after 1 our check innthe temperature in room is 15 degrees.I was frozen whole dayThis is 5 star hotel and my feel is not 5 star

Our week here is almost finished. Summarizing, firstly our stay had not a lot in common with 5 Stars; Thankfully it wasn’t like this always and the situation changed within these week in a better way. People that work in a bar, kitchen and cleaning were nice to us and were trying to do there best to make our vacation more pleasant. Moreover, thanks for reaction at my previous post, it means a lot for us and future guests, because it means that you are working on your problems.To conclusion wanna mark amazing fountain show, good bar menu and food choice at both restaurants. Hopefully you will improve everything and such situation with electricity, water and so on won’t happen again.

I only write reviews if I am particularly impressed and I was particularly impressed. Beautiful hotel and most incredible spa. The customer service was outstanding. Kseniya, Darya, Yiannis all deserve a mention as does the masseur Kevan - but actually the entire spa team were fantastic I just didnt catch all their names. Room service people all super friendly and helpful too. I relaxed so much that I forgot the pin number to my credit card by the end of my stay, but the lovely receptionists helped me navigate that issue too :)

We had lovely time in the hotel - delicious food and excellent service! It’s a great place for families with kids. They have every day kids club program - Zoe and her team are entertaining very well! Highly recommend it!

One of the best 5 star hotels in greece

Great hotel for a family holiday! Spa and massages were good, hotel food was not so typical for Greece, mainly general foods such as pizza, sandwiches, pasta etc., the pool was a very nice place to relax and catch some sun and the staff was fast and friendly! The hotel also includes a Market that sells sweets, snacks, games, tanning lotions etc. which was very useful.

We spent an amazing week of holidays. All was simply perfect. The place near the beach is beautiful and the infinity pool is a dream. The meal are very good and always diversify. Every staff was nice and made all the best to answer our needs. A special thank the Spa team who was wonderful when my little daughter felt faint. We will come back for sure !

Hello, everyone ! I was on a family vacation with my two children from 20-28.07.19. in Double Room Elegant with Garden View. I want to start with the fact that with the parking of the car, the piccolo greeted us very kindly and unloaded the car very carefully, arranging everything perfectly. Our registration was completed in minutes and we were introduced to the services offered by the hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean, thanks to the maid Manana and Lamara (thanks for the spotless cleanliness). I would like to point out that during our stay there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the hotel had taken care of devices against them, but my recommendation is when cleaning the rooms not to leave the front door open while the cleaning is in progress. We asked for it and our wish was granted. The pools are maintained and clean, but I want to pay special attention to the service of both the pool bartender and the beach and pool waiters. Three people impressed me a lot and made our stay perfect - they were Nikifors (bartender), Vasilis (waiterand Evlampia (waiter). Thanks for your hard work! Our reservation was a full board, the breakfast was diverse, delicious, and the dinners were themed, with our favourite being Wednesdays sushi. Great fun for me and my son was organised beach volleyball from 11am and 5pm. I recommend the hotel with both hands. We had a great time and for sure we will visit again next year.

In addition to the incredible service, the complex offers a super luxury base - spacious rooms with enormous beds, an impressive infinity seawater pool, as well as a unique spa center with sea water.Admissions to the management of Poseidon Restaurant and its manager Julia and the members of the service staff in particular the extremely attentive Olga. The food there is real gourmet.Sincere thanks also to the whole hotel management, led by Hristina - an exceptional professional.The cleanliness of the whole complex is perfect - the sheets are changed every day, the ladies who care for hygiene are always smiling and kind.The hotel offers everything that is needed for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation for every family, with special care for children.And last but not least, the incredible fountain show that entertains the guests every night.We recommend Pomegranate for anyone who wants to combine lux and peace during their vacation.And also this is one of the few luxury hotels with mosquito nets!

Amazing hotel, with beautiful views, green area with fountains. The infinity swimminpool was the best! The staff in the reception was a bit lost, but the waiters in the pool bar really made up for it! They were just the best! Theodoris and Stevi thanks!!!! Dinner at the Hermes restaurant was very good although a bit pricey, the waiter again did a great job. I would love to come back soon..

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff are fantastic (helpfull, friendly & efficient). I booked a number of treatments in the spa Karen was my therapist. I can highly recommend him. He was very professional & exceptional at his job. The quality of the food and high standards this hotel maintains makes it a must stop and stay for your travels. You will not regret staying here.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels. The staff was extremely friendly,We had one great night here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

This is a real 5* hotel. Its not cheap, but they are striving to make everything perfect. There are people relentlessly cleaning the glass elevators, the beach every possible corner, the food is fantastic and so is the Spa. Its not cheap, but this hotel offers a lot.

Spa center is the high quality, the best of I saw. The garden and infinity pool are wonderful and impressive!

Hotel looks very nice. There is a nice area with plants and fountains. Suitable for a quiet vacation. Fountains show every evening is amazing.

Our favorite place in Greece. High level of service and good beach. Great wellness area with a wide variety of provided treatments. They also can propose an individual medical detox program. Good kids club. Nice food - you can also get a personal menu within the detox program.

Gorgeous establishment. We only took a tour of the property. Maybe next year we will come here. What we saw was impressive.

Nice place. Upscale 5 star hotel. Briliant 20minutes program with water-mucis-light show in front of the hotel at 9:30pm: music, fontains, colorful lights, fire, computer animation and ends with short greek historical&hotel presntation! Wonedrfull show! Remarkable and unforgedable spectacles!

I ve tried the relaxing massage, and it was so beautiful in a super luxurious and modern environment, what can I say about the personell, very professional and polite. Among other and historic 5 star hotels, this massage was cheaper but way better. I totally recommend it, if you are using premium services like this in a 5 star hotels. I will come back soon cant wait, all the tence all the negative energy, its all gone. Thank you so much, for everything.

I visited Pomegranate hotel together with my husband and 6-old daughter who is allergic to dairy and eggs.We stayed in the hotel for 8 days and there days were totally perfect.The food is just delicious, both for breakfast and for dinner, you always have a big choice of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as seafood and dishes from local cuisine.The hotel is very clean and the staff there is truly friendly and professional. You always get help when you need it and everyone seems to be doing their best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.Every morning there is outdoor yoga/Pilates or stretching class with great teacher Nataliya.Many thanks to the hotel staff for our great vacation, especially to the restaurant manager Yuliya, who kept her eye on what the staff cooked for our daughter and made special orders for the child❤️

Just arrived, family of 4: parents and 2 adult children brother and sister. We booked 2 standard rooms and were given 2 double rooms with beds 1,6 m wide! It’s ok to sleep alone but not for 34-years old brother and 29 years old sister. Nonsense. Disappointed. Could not even imagine that there could be such a tiny bed in a room which costs 3000 euros for 9 nights.Not 5* at all. Very poor.

The hotel is nice and the services are good. There are a few things Im not okay about. Parking does not have covered seats to protect the car from sunburn. Access to the pool in the spa is not permitted for children under 12 years of age. Outdoor swimming pools are not heated.

Hotel, room and lobby are beautifull. Hotel is generally ok. But everything is too far, like in Turkey 5* hotels. You have to walk to the beach by stairs and go up which os very frustraiting during hot summer days. There is amazing sound fountain but get bored after two two days. Racio price-quality is 3.5-4*

Possibly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly and the hotel has a huge pool. They have a private beach and live performances.
